My absolute thanks to the service department at Midway. I had detected a possible issue with my "Mustang" and when the Ford dealers let me down, Midway came through. They booked me in, checked my concern, assured me all was good and then charged me to little. (in my opinion) We are 2,100 kilometers from home so were kinda at their mercy. Thanks, again, to the service staff for making me feel safe, comfortable, and reducing my stress for the drive home. You will not be forgotten.

Recently took my 2007 Wrangler to Midway after it died on the road. Having spent 10s of thousands over the years in maintenance, I was fearful of the potential cost. Especially at a dealership! Within 2 days of dropping my Jeep off, I received a call to inform me that the mechanic had found a ground wire that had worked loose. It would have been easy to stretch that into a several hundred dollar invoice, but they did not. The billed me for exactly what needed doing. I am beyond impressed with the integrity and honesty of this dealership and won’t think twice about bringing my wrangler back in the future for servicing. Thanks Midway! ????
