Contacted Windsor Ford, looking for a pre owned SUV. I was connected with salesman Tom Disney, who arranged for me to test drive a unit i was interested in. Unfourtunatley i didnt like the unit, and they didn't have anything else i wanted. Regardless, Tom stayed in contact and kept me posted on a few units coming into the dealership. It was a very positive sales experience.

disappointed for my experience with windsor, i was bring them my car and explain to them that i need to fix my left steering wheel control, i told them that i got the part and replace it the price of the part was arround 42$ but its not working that mean it could be the wire or something else, so they took the car and after two hours they told me that i have to change the part for 1800$, i was surprised and i said no i have to take my car and they ask me to pay 194$ for diagnostic without doing anything, its my first time and it will be the last time

This is in response to a previous poster. BA R (Bob Robinson) from a few weeks ago. I am really wondering what was truly going through your mind when you went to the part counter. My thoughts are that your expectation were not realistic. I deal with the parts department a lot and never had noting but respect. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Their job is to provide parts and parts knowledge to customers.... not to be mechanics. If they had said they do not have tools to check it then that is that. Do you want to walk into a parts department have no one to serve you because they are all out installing things. Sounds to me like you severely over reacted and probably go back and apologize. And while I am here. Good job to all at Windsor Ford. What a great place to be dealing with. I wish all businesses were this way.

Windsor Ford keep sending me emails reminding me they want me to provide feedback so here goes. I had multiple error codes showing up. Took it in and they diagnosed overcharging as the problem. They cleaned the battery posts for $250. Two hours later I was back with the same error codes showing up. Left it ovenight. Diagnosed a short in the alternator wiring and fixed that. Cost 750 dollars. So for $1000 I got a short in the alternator wiring fixed. Seems a little expensive.

Went to Windsor Ford and had Terry take a second look at them as I thought they were new, answered not only in great shape but look like less then 50,000 km on them want us to put them on now? Great service and very professional took the time to show me what to look for on tires when getting to end of life.

I think this is the first time that I've had to post a bad review, mainly because I'm so frustrated and fed up. We had a terrible experience with the service department. Suffice to say, they tried to charge us over $800 for a "problem" which was under warranty, but they blamed it on a wire which would not have enabled it to be covered by warranty. They kept our truck for three days and didn't even bother to call us for updates. We had to do all the communicating. In the end we proved to them that it was a warranty issue. When we got in the truck they left us a few "surprises"; a promotional water bottle thanking us for our business, and the panel for the fuse box, lying on the passenger floor next to the open fuse box! Since then, we've had an issue with the engine light which Bannister Ford investigated, only to find that the evap line was never reconnected after being serviced by the "professionals" at Windsor Ford. Be careful!

After my first review was posted I got multiple texts from the salesman to the point I had to block him. I feel that these reviews are tools to learn from your mistakes because of how your customer service made someone feel. I have edited the narrative in hope that the salesman can learn to be better next time. Things to do better: 1) listen to what a customer wants; 2) discuss options (new vs used; finance vs lease) up front to narrow down the search and save time; 3) ask important questions like "will you be trading anything in?" before diving into number crunching; 4) make a customer feel like you care by offering to keep watch for what they want instead of abruptly ending the conversation when you realize the person isn't an open and shut sale. I have dealt with many pleasant sales people around BC and Alberta who had vehicles I was interested in posted online but were sadly sold. These people were patient (I know wanting something used and specific is not an easy sale) and they offered to keep my digits in case they saw something like it in their inventory. Those are qualities to aim for as a salesperson.

Service counter and or the people that receive keys from tow truck operators are very unorganized. And when it comes to owning their screw up, they make it your fault for losing keys and paperwork for a full 24hrs. And ask if theres is a problem after losing all paperwork and keys for a day. Or use the excuse, "we used to be a smaller dealership, and now we are huge, it's hard to adjust". Just cuz there is more square footage, doesnt mean receiving keys and paperwork has gotten any harder aka your job.

Wasn’t overly positive. Had my 2006 mustang in for a parasitic draw issue. Spent $1000 to have it diagnosed and repaired but that didn’t fix the problem. Brought the car back and was assured it would be diagnosed for free. Got a call several days later saying they couldn’t find the problem and wanted me to pay for an additional 8 hours of time to diagnose the issue. I refused and picked up the car. This car is only driven in the summer and has had every service and maintenance done at Windsor ford. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that a major dealership can’t even stand by their product and complete a repair that I already had a thousand dollars into. I want expecting the repair for free but after spending $1000 to not fix the problem I expected a quick and free diagnosis before proceeding and the dealership could not deliver.

The fix was completed very quickly, a vehicle inspection was also performed (part of the warranty) and everything was perfectly good. Horrible Service Department - We work all throughout Alberta and I have never experienced service this bad. The truck went in the night before with a possible rock in the brakes, the next day we had to hound them for a response and final got results 5 hours after it was 'supposed' to go in. Laughable.

Dropped my vehicle off at 10:30 am for a prepaid maintenance service (oil change and tire rotation) as well to check the air bag light that had been on. It is now 2:45pm the next day and I still do not have my vehicle nor have I had an update that is more than "we will call you when it is done." For an appointment that should have taken an hour to an hour and a half, it is unacceptable. This is the first and last time my vehicle will be serviced here.The only reason for 2 stars is Pat, the courtesy driver and her amazing popcorn and Renee at the service desk who took my many phone calls and was understanding and realistic. Very frustrating experience that was made a little less frustrating by those 2 women.

The service people are nice - however - I was told that my issue was resolved but it was not. I was told that the sensor light that was on had no effect on my cars issues. They machined my rotars which actually did nothing but make me need to replace my break pads and rotars and the original problem still existed. I went to another mechanic and he replaced the senor and magically the issue went away. When I left the Ford garage I was told that they did not know what my cars issue was and the next step would be to replace the entire brakes and that would be very expensive. so yeah, not impressed.

Excellent service, quick and painless other than they under pressured my back tires after rotation so the low tire pressure light was on (figured they would have noticed that). I called ahead for an appointment and was accommodated well. The service went well for the most part and the staff were very helpful. Not sure how I ended up with a broken cubbyhole but that may have had several causes. Not quite as helpful as my first visit with them but still very interested and conscientious about imparting useful information. The problem is more the vehicle then the service and assistance. It seems to keep having the same problem and replacing the computer module repeatedly at a cost of over $1000.00 each time is really not acceptable

Passing through from the lower 48 and our truck was having steering issues. Upon calling the night before they let us know they were booked but if we can get there as soon as they opened there might be a chance they could help us. My husband got there the next morning and Jim Shay went ABOVE AND BEYOND to figure out what the problem was. After a FULL day, it boiled down to the trailer we were towing was too much weight for our snow tires therefore causing the truck to be all over the road. Put different tires on the rear and off we went without any problems. A big THANK YOU to Jim and his team for helping us out. The Floridians!

Would not recommend for service department whatsoever. Brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed and serviced. They incorrectly diagnosed and didn’t even test drive after replacing a part to know that issue was clearly not fixed. If they would have they would have seen acceleration loss AND SMOKE billowing out of my exhaust. Then they offered to replace part that actually needed to be done (while still fully charging me for their incorrect diagnosis and the completely useless part they put on the day before). So essentially they don’t know what they’re doing, they don’t actually look into what their code readers say to see if there’s any issues, and they don’t stand behind their work. 0/10 recommend. Save your money & go on youtube. It’s free & it’s the equivalent of their mechanics.

Purchased a new F-150 from Windsor January 2020. Abe was the sales person that helped me, and I can honestly say it was one of the best buying experiences I have had. There was very little to no pressure in his sales practices. Abe worked hard to get my business and get me the best deal possible, and was very knowledgeable and attentive through the entire process. I was also surprised when I met the finance manager Kathy that I also didn't feel pressured there to purchase additional warranties, add-ons, and maintenance, at other dealerships I have found this to be the case. Kathy was lovely and I really enjoyed that part of the deal as well. Despite not having the truck on the lot that I wanted Abe was able to find and bring in exactly which truck I wanted. It was refreshing the work with a dealership that acted with honesty and integrity. I am a very happy customer.

We cannot thank the service team and shuttle drivers at Windsor Ford enough for what they did for us when our truck broke down on our way to Grand Prairie from High-Level. We walked into Windsor Ford ,without an an appointment, and they took us right away. Turbo needed to be replaced so they had one hot shotted from Edmonton and it would be there the following morning. They had the work completed on our truck by 1 p.m. They even brought the truck to us at the hotel. They were very accommodating considering we also had our dog with us. She met some wonderful people in the showroom . They were able to drive us to our hotel and to my appointment which was the main reason we were going to Grand Prairie. We are definitely going to purchase our next vehicle at Windsor Ford. The main reason we would is because we got great service and we were treated as a valued customer even though we never purchased our vehicle there. Keep up the great work.

This was our first time having any work done at Windsor Ford. We had bought an older Ranger from a private seller that had known issues. We took it to Windsor to sort it out because it required dealer programming to fix the computer issues. The shuttle service was great and the driver friendly. Spencer was a great salesperson to deal with. He was accommodating to our requests. The sales manager and finance department was also great to deal with. We are happy with our experience with him. I was a little upset that when I booked my first oil change, I wasn't told there was also going to be an inspection done - so instead of it taking the 20 to 30 minutes I expected, it was an hour. And with 2 small children, it was not fun at all. BUT I will say that the staff in all departments were very very accommodating to us (especially the toddler who had multiple meltdowns).

Can someone please tell me why my boyfriends $90,000 F350 that is only 6 months old has 1000 rock chips in the paint already? We were even told that this “starry white” colour was a premium colour so it was $800 more. When we confronted the dealership they said that we should try driving on nicer roads? And they gave us paint pen to fix the paint. This is a work truck and we live in Alberta it is impossible to not drive on gravel. His 5 year old dodge didn’t even have this many chips on it and was driven in the exact same roads. $90,000 spent and not even 6 months later my boyfriend is sitting in our driveway for hours using a paint pen to fix Ford’s bad paint quality.

This past September 9th, I attended Quick Lane at Windsor Ford to request regular maintenance per service plan. I was told it would take 4 hours because my 2015 Escape had reached the 48,000 km. mark and for that reason, a transmission flush would be performed. I couldn't leave the vehicle for 4 hours that day, so was advised to return the next day. I returned on Sept. 15th and was then advised that transmission flushes are not part of the fmpp maintenance on my service plan. In other words, I could have had the services performed on Sept 9th, eliminating the need to return another day. The second issue was that the maintenance check revealed a low battery, so I authorized the installation of a new battery. My husband had purchased a similar new battery from Trader Ridge 6 days prior and neither of us received warranty papers for the batteries purchased. When asking about the warranty, we were given three different warranty periods - 5 years, 3 years and 2 years, depending on whom we were speaking with and none of them offered warranty in writing. One employee stated that the information would be available on an electronic file at Ford should something go wrong with the battery. Feeling uneasy about not knowing what warranty was attached to our new batteries, I contacted a Ford manager who sent a paper copy of the warranty for the batteries via email. We believe that the information should be voluntarily provided at the time of purchase so the customer has the details of the warranty in their files at home. Our experience was less than impressive, for sure!

Just bought 2 brand new vehicles from Windsor Ford and the sale went great and smooth but that is where my happiness ended. First the part they ordered for my truck was the wrong part so my truck sat an extra day waiting for parts, then when I get it back the usb ports aren't working so now back we go...then my wife's car has a part missing in the roof and apparently they ordered the wrong part for her car so a couple more trips and still have a hole in the roof in a brand new vehicle...so far we are at least 6 trips across town and still having issues. I recommend Windsor for sales but definitely not for service! I am beyond frustrated now and have at least 4 more trips across town to pick up and drop off both my vehicles again...

I brought my 2020 F-150 to the Express Lane for Service #2 which includes an oil change and tire rotation. This all took less than 30 minutes which was great. After reviewing the service report and paying I got my truck back. The tires had not been rotated or removed from the vehicle at all. The explanation I received was that because the tread wear was equal between all the tires there was no need to rotate. Ok, fine. But don't tell me where I can come back for a re-torque and state that the tires were rotated on the service report. How can a person trust that a service is being performed without resorting to sneaky tactics to keep providers in check?

I called to book my truck in for a service as well as recalls that need to be done and was told that because I didn't purchase it there that they only looked after them at their convince and that they couldn't book an appointment without a vin off the vehicle. I am currently away from the vehicle and do not have it with me. I find it pretty sad that they don't want to take care of potential new customers. People move and unfortunately every time I move I'm not going to purchase a new vehicle from the local dealer so that they will service it. Things like this will definitely influence my decision on where I buy and Windsor will be the last place that I'm going to give business to.

Bought a truck there with a lift wheels and tires and the process of getting said parts and having them installed was a complete disaster. Some guy not even in service promised to get me in to have lift installed, no appointment was actually made with service (This guy was in parts or something just booking appointments like he runs the show) and it took them 3 days to install it. The wheels took over 2 months to get in (In hindsight I could have found them myself for less money and had them in a third of the time frame) and when the tire guys put them on they ignored the horrible tire rub and drove it out of the bay anyways and put a hole in my mudflap and bent the bracket. Requests to have the wheels returned to the supplier in exchange for another set with different offset, and have the mudflap replaced have fallen on deaf ears. Bought 2 brand new trucks there and had every service done there for the past 7-8 years but I guess they don't care about backing up long time customers. Off to another dealership I go.

I had a minor mechanical issue that required parts be brought in overnight and I was promptly informed by Vicky W. of the delay and the need to have the vehicle brought back for install at a later date. Dear Windsor Ford, My husband, John, and I are driving our 1998 Fleetwood Bounder 36S from our old home in Alaska to our new home in Arizona. We broke down at Pink Mountain on Saturday, September 7th. We were towed twice and finally found a mechanic in Dawson Creek on Tuesday, September 10th, who worked on it. He declared it fixed and sent us on our way at 4pm. It only took a few miles to realize that it was not fixed. We limped into Grand Prairie late that night. We called Windsor Ford Wednesday morning and asked if you could change out the fuel filter. To my immense surprise and great pleasure, I was told that you could do that for us. The Ford dealership in Fort Saint John and in Dawson Creek said that they could not help us. We limped over and as we pulled up to the dealership, the check engine light came on for the first time. Wayne came out and did some quick diagnostics and then handed us over to Vickey. Wayne was great! Vickey was fantastic!! She kept us informed on the status of our repair, arranged a hotel at a discounted rate for the night and arranged rides for us to go to breakfast and get to the hotel and back to the dealership. She is a credit to your shop!! I also want to tell you how wonderful Pat and Gail are! They drove us and provided a wealth of information about the area and a hug when needed. We are thankful for the mechanics who worked on our RV. They didn’t stop until if ran as it should. They also created a work around for the design flaw that allows rain water to soak the engine air filter which was the trigger for all of our issues. Ford no longer makes the parts to mitigate the design flaw. Without this work around, we would be unable to drive in the rain without re-creating the problems that brought us to you. Took my expedition in to be looked at as I had multiple lights on, Windsor Ford was thorough and found the problem and made repairs. As well as finding things that might be an issue soon. My dad called last Tuesday after my appointment and was told Terry would reach out to him Wednesday morning, and nothing. Whats wrong with you Windsor ford. It seems i was always directed to someone else. When i was trying to buy a truck. I picked out one on the lot, i wanted to buy cash. You were reluctant to get back to me. Finally i get someone that says bring your old truck for an evaluation. They asked what i wanted the guy was so snooty. I know i wouldn't get what i asked so i would have been happy with half of that. They couldn't give me the price, he would have to talk to his manager. I waited two weeks, and started looking for another dealership, got in touch with one,who got me the truck on windsor fords lot . i got a better i got a better elevation and a better price. whats up. Is it you don't like woman, or is it you don't like people that are not buying high end.

Brought my car in for a recall. Payed for the front alignment to be done, because the rear was being done for the recall. Received the car with the rear done but the front was in the red, but in spec... Called the manager, told him my issue, and was told to come in and receive a free alignment. I came in first thing, and was told that the alignment is in spec and no alignment would be done that day. Parts department was awesome/helpful and hooked me up with new pads and I was on my way! Edit October 11th, 2019 After calling the manager the same day in the afternoon and explaining what had happened, he arranged a phone call for the next day and they came and picked up my vehicle, fixed the alignment, and Dropped off my Flex in better shape then I gave it to them. Very happy to report, this is the service experience I’m used to at Windsor, thanks everyone, especially Terry and Dave.

Went there for a warranty fix and they call me the next morning to finaly said that it wasn't on warranty so I went pick my truck in the after noon and they charged me 95$ for scanning my truck ( things that I had already done and mentionned the code at the service when I brought my truck earlier ) if I would know that it wasn't on warranty at the beginning I wouldn't never leave my truck there and loose one day of job because I don't have my truck. The new “quick lane” oil change line is the least from quick. I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. I even asked the less then friendly service consultant how long it would be when I first pulled in and she said about an hour. As soon as my warranty is up I will be going to lube city where it has only ever taken 20 mins tops and greeted with friendly service.

We were on a road trip to Alaska in our RV. We had developed exhaust and tailpipe problems in the first week of our trip that desperately needed attention with 5+ weeks of our trip remaining. We called Windsor Ford from the road to see if they could possibly get us in. The service desk suggested we stop in so the Service Manager could check our RV out. This was on a Saturday, May 26, 2018! The Service Manager took a look at our issues, checked his service bay out and was able to get us in. They had to take apart our exhaust line, repair the muffler flange, reinstall the exhaust line, and then did some welding at each joint of the muffler. All this in about 3 hours on a busy service day for them. We were able to go get some food and then enjoy their comfortable waiting area and free internet. We had no more issues the remainder of the trip! We can't thank everyone at the Windsor Ford's service department enough - you saved our trip! If we lived closer to Grande Prairie, AB than we do (we are from Washington State, US) you would be seeing us often as a loyal customer. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Upon entering I was greeted with a woman who was not very pleasant nor very helpful. I was scheduled for regular maintenance on our F150 econoboost and was told it would take about one hour. I waited 4 hours! There was no place to walk to so I could get some food to eat and nobody could give me a time as to when this would be completed. The lady at the front desk apologized and told me there was some confusion but they were bringing the truck in now and I would have to wait another hour. My blood sugar was low and I was very frustrated with a lack of communication by staff members. This particular trip was a disaster.

Purchased a new ford at another dealership and I took it to Hansen ford GP after a mystery oil was leaking from the rear of my truck. After the shop foreman inspected the truck he just answered “ not from the truck” after asking him what his 30 years of experience thought might caused it he replied “not from the truck” and continued to repeat himself, refused to say any other words and really did not want to help problem solve the issue... if this is how the shop foreman demonstrates Hansen fords customer service then I can take my 200,000km’s of maintenance elsewhere!

We moved to Grande Prairie 4 years ago and have always taken our Ford Escape to Windsor Ford. We were always told “Don’t take your vehicle to a dealership! They’re shady as h*ll.” But we did anyway. We owned a Ford, and thought there’s probably lots of shady service shops in Grande Prairie. It often seemed they were finding very expensvie problems every time our vehicle went in, but the service was usually good so we stuck with them over the years. Our vehicle went in yesterday to be serviced and have the tires changed. For the first time ever, I was asked “when would you like to have your vehicle back?” And was told “ok we’ll try and have it done around 2.” I wasn’t counting on this or anything, but we never received a call period. Next day, I called to ask about my vehicle. I was told the part wasn’t in, so they weren’t able to do it. And that somebody called at 6:37pm to let us know. No one called. Later to find out....someone called at 6:37 and left a message on “Howard’s” phone. This explains why we never received a call. No one thought..”huh..Neither of these people are named Howard. Maybe I dialed the wrong number. These people probably want their vehicle back.” Go to pick the vehicle up today - first asked if I’d like to make a $440 deposit for the work that didn’t get done yet. “No I’ll just pay for the tires that were changed.” The price for the tire change seemed outrageous, which another service agent agreed with, and found that there was indeed a mistake. Ok new total...The price still seemed high for a tire change...Oh! What’s that? There’s a random air filter charge on there too. *people trying to figure out why this charge is on there* “So you guys don’t want the air filter?” “Uh...no?” “K well you want us to go take it out and put the old one in?” “Uh...ok I guess?” So off someone goes to, I assume, dig our old air filter out of yesterday’s garbage and switch it with the unneeded new air filter. Our old air filter looks strangely fine for another while. Windsor Ford..you’ve stolen enough of our time and money. If your looking for a trustworthy service shop that’s not going to waste your time, keep looking. Advantage Muffler & Brake is the only other place we’ve taken our vehicles. Always came away feeling good. I’m looking forward to giving our business to the good guys.

First it took them three hours to do a simple oil change in the “quick lane” and another time we had to wait three hours for a diagnostic on our truck. Went into your store to get a battery for my fob, I drive a 2015 King Ranch . I got a message on my display stating I had a low battery in my fob . I did not realize they were covered under warranty, at the time I received the message I had both fobs with me. I went to the parts counter and explained the message and also stated I had both fobs and did not know which one was low,.... this is the part that really pisses me off. I asked them to test the battery and find out what one was low and the two smart ass kids at the counter where laughing and said" we don't test batteries and said we don't have a tester.... I said " really " you don't test batteries at a dealership ??? They replied no my toolbox is at home. I looked at them both and said " I'm not laughing . Long story short.... if I had walked out of the store without first going to service counter ... I would no longer be a customer. The people at the service counter did an excellent job, including looking up a few questions I had and actually taking the time to go outside and physically show me what I had asked them. When you spend over $80,000 on a pickup , people DO NOT appreciate be heckled Thankyou Bob Robinson

Omg! Went in for a quick lube oil change. We were pacing back and forth waiting and waiting. We would periodically peek out head into the garage... Why is the tire off the car and why is there about 8 mechanics surrounding it? When we asked how much longer it would take, we were told they were short staffed and it make take a while still. 2 HOURS! 2 HOURS to get an oil change. Should take only 2 minutes with NO tire removal.

Windsor is very efficient with time. I don't care for the multiple emails for feedback every time I get service done though. I appreciate the inspections done with every service, but when they recommend replacing a $500 windshield because of one small rock chip (that was repaired previous to service visit) I feel like they're attempting to rip me off. I will continue to get service work done at Windsor, but not if the recommendations after are completely unnecessary and costly.

After dropping off my truck for an OPI (out of province inspection) at 745am It was not ready to leave the shop till 430pm. At 9:12am It failed the OPI for window tint which is understandable and having one mud flap loose & one broken. Was told "To remove the tint it will take 3.0-4.0 hours, so you are looked at 378-716 before tax." To remove tint from 2 windows. The mud flaps were such a huge deal yet took the majority of the day to secure the one loose mud flap & was told eventually that the broken one could just be removed because the book doesn't state if it's necessary to have to pass an OPI so he was just going to remove the broken piece & when I picked up my truck your tech did not remove the broken piece & charged me for installation of 2 mud flaps when he only secured one. So it took 8 hrs to do an OPI, peal off tint from 2 windows & secure one mud flap but charge for installing 2.

Vicki Wilson, the service advisor was great, the rest of the service not so much. Asked to have my brakes completely looked at as well regular maintenance. We are from out of town and she really looked after us, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rotors and pads were replaced but emergency brake was seized when we tried it. Asked about this and Kirby the shop manager came out to look. He said that it was my fault for not specifically asking to have it looked at as it is a different system and that it wasn’t completely seized on. My old dealerships out East included checking the emergency brake in the multipoint inspection and this was noted on the Vehicle Inspection Report. Kirby was rude and unprofessional. We had an 8 hr drive to a rural area to do the next day, Kirby suggested that if it stays stuck on, we just pull into the nearest dealership on our way home to have it checked. After leaving the car for 2 weeks and paying $3000, not what I was expecting to hear from the service department. We drove 2kms from the dealership and brakes were heating up from emergency brake being stuck on. Had to get under the car in the rain to release the brake. When picking up the vehicle, the cashier handed me the credit card machine with my invoice, nothing was discussed other than what Vicki had told us when she called to say it was ready. There was no vehicle inspection report included with the invoice I was given. I called to ask to get a copy emailed to me and have yet to receive it. Left a message with Manager of service department and haven’t heard back yet. Very poor service compared to other Ford dealerships I’ve dealt with. Will not be returning. Update: I reached out to the dealership as they requested after posting my review. I was contacted and told they would look into it and get back to me. A month later I emailed back for an update. It’s been 2 weeks since then and not a single email from the dealership. Don’t be fooled by their posts about wanting to make things right, it’s just another waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else that your business will be appreciated.

First time there in service department. Coustomer service was awful. Pretty rude behaviour. Its the new big building. I was expecting alot of professionalism but they failed. I hope the figure this issue out and show some respect towards the people who they make money from. Rest seems fine to me. Rest apparantely i had to wait for 4 -5 mins just so i can tell what i am here for coz people standing in front of me behind the desk seemed too busy talking. I mean seriously guys i was expecting a great experience but it just made sad coz this is exactly not the way to do the business. I am gonna go back to hansen ford next time as i usually go least they cared about me. Will not be coming here ever. I recently had the pleasure of Windsor Ford Parts and Service Center Personnel. You are Amazing! I was driving my 2015 Diesel pulling a heavy trailer from the lower 48 through to Alaska when I heard a lound pop, and had to stop. I wasn't sure sure exactly what broke, so I looked for fluids underneath and flat tires. Nothing appeared broke so I tried to move and Immediatly noticed I had no turbo boost. We called ahead and asked about replacement parts thinking the worst, and the parts person help me determine what parts were available and all that would be required to replace a turbo. When we pulled into the lot, we disconnected the trailer and took the truck into service. After opening the hood, we saw the blown intercooler pipe. Again the Parts Person helped us get the right part (Upgrade) so that this failure will no longer occur. Of course we didn't have any tools to replace the tube, Deep socket, and their service department was able to fit us in and gave us a fantastic deal. I was treated extremely well and their entire staff made what was just a long drive into a pleasant layover. My repair was completed in less then 2 hours. Thank you Windsor Ford, and especially your Service and Parts Staff.

We bought a new truck two weeks ago, turns out it has steering issues that Windsor Ford cant fix, they did inform us that they would contact ford to see if there is a solution. In the mean time they let my wife drive this truck with steering issues that they cant fix and try to convince me that it is ok to drive . when i questioned the service manager and tried my hardest to get him to convince me that this truck was safe to drive, he hung up on me. Really cant believe the horrible service we get on a truck that is two weeks old.

Every time I go in they have always being extremely kind and friendly. Service is always amazing! I really love the Quick Lane. I don't normally have too much time in my schedule to be booking appointments for an oil change so unfortunately it normally gets pushed longer than I like to. Got an oilchange done there a few days ago. I wasnt going to post anything but I was a little upset when I had to pay $105, when I usually go to LBX and they charge me around $80. I got in my car to look at the recipt and I got charged $25 for a jug of coolant...I looked in my car and theres no jug of coolant so they just topped it up then decided to charge me for a jug. Just took my truck in to get appraised. Possibly thinking about trading into something new. The salesman I was talking to was hard to understand. That I looked pass was whatever. Told him I wanted know what I could get for my truck before looking at other truck. That didn’t really happen till after looking at few truck on his computer I had no interest in. Finally had somebody come look at my truck. Then when the appraisal person took it for the test drive I could hear him abusing my truck. It’s a Diesel pick up that is programmed and deleted with aftermarket exhaust. I watched him speeding down the road then hitting the brakes hard to slow down. Most likely had it to the floor from how fast he was going and how I could hear him the whole time. I myself don’t drive my truck like that or other peoples trucks. I found it very disrespectful. It’s hard on the truck and brakes. I’ve been to this dealership few times and had good service in the service apartment. Was hoping for the same in the sales but was very disappointed in the end.
