I bought my jeep here. I'm the only one who drives it and brings it for repair and this shop, for the last 2 years, still has to search for my name every time because they insist on putting it in my husband's name. Grrrr. I went for a fix for a factory recall this time. It went well. Last time I booked in for service I tried to get a roof rack installed. After asking several detailed questions about my vehicle they gave me a quote. They made me pay for the part before I even got to the shop. When I arrived they told me the part I paid for needed another, never mentioned in the quote, more expensive part to mount the rack. I am still angry. I refused the service then and I still don't have a roof rack. I will choose another shop for future repairs, too.
HORRID
We spent a lot of time looking at various vehicles with Bob, and he was so helpful! A great, no-pressure environment, and the owner Miguel checked in with us as well. Highly recommended for their customer service.
Amazing sales staff!
Great service. Great people ????
Not my favorite anymore have bad experience here.
If there where 6 Stars to give I would give 7! I cannot say enough how much the staff at this dealership pulled together to help me get the truck I wanted. It starts at the top, Miguel an amazing manager knew I was coming and had the truck I wanted clean and waiting out front when he greeted me upon arrival. He set me up with both Ben and Keith (sales team) who work together to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Their pricing IMO is basically unmatched in the area and I would imagine there are very few dealerships in the province that could and would match them. As a small local business, it is always a challenge to acquire new trucks and I had to wait approximately a week, week in a half to get financing sorted out. Justin in finance had to deal with constant messages from me heckling him day and night wanting updates. He did it and never showed a signal sign of annoyance by my persistence. Even the parts team was awesome and gave great advice and suggestions. I see that there are a few less than 5 Star reviews and that completely surprises me as I dont think you could find a better dealership with this kind of customer service. I feel like I have made a whole new group of friends with the experience I had at this dealership. Disclaimer: I do not work for St. Paul Dodge LOL, I run a small lawn care business call "Just-In-Credible Lawn Care Services Inc." and I will buy all my new trucks from this dealership because I believe in building a strong relationship with your customers and St. Paul Dodge is IMO the Gold Standard! -
Was ignored by sales staff and given zero time by any member of staff when I went looking to buy a new vehicle. Not sure if it was because I was a young First Nations girl at the time, but it was a very disheartening experience. They had me wait for about 40 minutes and finally I asked if I would be able to see anyone they said that all sales staff were busy with other clients when it looked like I was the only person there. The receptionist said I could go look at the cars on the lot on my own if I wanted, so I did. When I returned I asked if I could now speak to a sales rep and was told they're all in a meeting. What a joke Smyl, thanks for wasting my time. After that experience I went to ford and have recently perchased my third vehicle from them. And if people are wondering why I'm writing a bad review now after all these years it's because people don't forget how companies made them feel, especially in small towns like St. Paul. I would never do business with a company that disregards people just by how the look. That's discrimination and it's ugly.
Drove from Sherwood Park area to deal with them and was well treated and very happy with my new vehicle purchase. Driving the extra distance was well worth it.
Great honest service. Customer service is very friendly and helpful.
Stopped in for a quick oil change while we are on holidays. The service was excellent! They took our truck in right away, one tech worked during his lunch to get us in and out quickly. The ladies at the service counter were helpful and friendly. Will come back here again if the need arises.
Was pretty impressed with there customer service
Not a bad place to deal with. They had almost all parts I've ever asked for . I'd not they arranged for it to be there in a decent time frame . Two thumbs up for this place .
Put a deposit on a vehicle and they sold it from.under me. Didn't get a phone call for a couple days, then decided to call them and ask how thing we're going and the salesman told me they sold the car... Very unprofessional.
Great Experience with the Service Dept.My Journey had to be towed in with unknown issues. They called and updated me, took care of all repairs needed and were very easy to work with. When we picked it up, we had questions and the tech who actually did the work came out and talked to us so we understood what was done and why. Great bunch of people and will be using them again for our service needs.
Great service for all departments and able to accommodate us in a timely manor!! A+
We're from the Edmonton area - we started our search for a pre owned vehicle. We had a few different options in the city, but each time every dealership made it such a process even with simple questions - we felt like we never knew what to believe and then add in the millions of high pressured phone calls in a day. So we started to expand our search out of the city, and we're so glad that we did! We ended up finding a vehicle online at St Paul Dodge, but we had questions before making the drive out there. No problem at all - Ryan answered everything we needed and was super clear and straightforward - I can't tell you how much we appreciated that after the experiences we had before. We knew even if the vehicle turned out to not be the one for us, we wanted to work with Ryan to find one that would. We put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until the weekend so we could drive out there. Brenda got our financing all done up beforehand just in case we decided to take the vehicle so we could save some time out there. She was so great and so easy to work with. Once we got there, the vehicle was right by the door first thing in the morning waiting for us. Miguel greeted us and let us head out for a test drive. At no point did we feel any type of pressure while we were there. Miguel, and the rest of the staff were so friendly and so helpful - it felt like you knew them forever. We decided to get the vehicle, and were so pleased with the deal they gave us. At no point did we feel like we were being treated unfairly - they even did more for us than what we expected, we are so thankful! Thank you so much to the team at St Paul Dodge - you made a very stressful situation for us sooo much better! Highly recommended, we'll be referring everyone we know out that way - worth the drive for sure! You guys are stuck with us now haha.
Great service and great people. Always go the extra mile.
They listened to what my problem was and diagnosed it in a timely manner. Waited for parts for a couple days, when they arrived they got me in and repaired my vehicle in a couple of hours. No more grinding! Thank you Kristen and St. Paul Dodge service department for making my vehicle safe again!
Great service and they only charge you for what they can fix. Seem to be a honest group who are truly there to help. More than I can say than the Cold Lake dealership
The new parts manager is awesome! thanks for the discount!!!DD

SALESMEN WERE VERY HELPFUL.
Had a very good customer service experience...ill come back again tell my family too as well
I brought my truck in for a oil change and a rear transfercase output seal on the 21st of July When I was checking the truck in I had requested that they not flash my ECM or use a computer on it as my truck had 3rd party tuning and it's not required in any way for the repairs required . I was staying in town camping for only the weekend. I got a call to pick up my truck Saturday and drove to the campsite. Sunday came around hitched up the fifth and hit the highway. About 5 minutes north of town I noticed my oil pressure was reading 0 on the gauge. Out of precaution I made arrangements go move/store my RV and get my family and I home (4hr drive). On July 24th I got a call early in the morning to inform me that coincidentally while in their care there was a oil pressure sender failure and it would be around $250 to repair. I said it must have been something they had done but the service manager was not hearing it and informed me that I was wrong and it was a coincidence. I did not want to argue anymore so agreed to the cost and repair. Just after lunch I got another call to tell me that the sender was not the problem and it was in fact my Engine ECM that needed to be replaced at a cost of $2700. It took them the better part of 3hrs to diagnose a ECM failure. This seemed a little premature to me. After letting the service manager know that it is way too much of a coincidence to have a ECM failure while in their care and control that it had to be something they had done. Multiple phone conversations later I was told again it was not any fault of theirs and it was all on me. I then asked that my truck be parked outside their shop and I would come get it when I had some days off work. On August 2nd I went to go pick up my truck. This was nine days since I had dropped my truck of for the second time. I went in to collect my keys and was given a work order that required $250 payment for an oil pressure sender. I informed the service writer that I don't feel I should have to pay for a repair that did not fix my problems. The service manager then came over and I talked with him for about 5 minutes and he didn't seem to have any idea of the situation. I then told him that we had talked in detail a few days earlier about the "work" done on my truck and he himself said that I would not have to pay for a repair that did not fix my truck. He then looked at me and said " I talked to a lot of people about a lot of things last week. But would write it off as good will" good will!!! Seriously? Eventually I get my keys and head out to my truck and can't get out of there fast enough. I get in my truck and it is stone dead, won't even light up the cluster when the key is turned. Now considering I have never had to boost my truck in its 7 year exsistance I'm less than thrilled I now need to go back into this dealer and talk to the service manager again. In short order there is a mechanic out to boost my truck. The tech that came out was sympathetic with the situation I explained as we were boosting my truck. So we get the truck running and the tech is in the cab and says to me " you were showing no oil pressure right?" I replied "correct no oil pressure at the gauge." He then reviels that there is in fact a reading on the oil pressure gauge. I then drove away thinking that they had tried to get me to buy an 2700 dollar part based on 3 hrs of troubleshooting and it was obviously not the problem. After getting home I have had to boost the truck both times I've had to use it. I called St. Paul dodge on Sept 5th after boosting for the 3rd time. Turns out the svc. Manager has been let go and I was now talking to the dealer gm. I told him this entire situation and how I feel the reliability of my truck has been taken away. I then informed him I would be buying new batteries at 250/ea. Due to not holding a charge after they killed them. He said he would call me back to work toward a solution. No call and no solution. That's the reason for 1 star review and neither myself or anyone I can convince will be doing any business at St. Paul dodge.
Kelly and the staff at St. Paul Dodge service department are great! They are all so friendly and patient and willing to take the time to explain the mysteries of my vehicle to me who knows where the oil goes and that's about it!
