Unlike other used car lots who specialize in flipping vehicles (not that there's anything wrong with that... if you're mechanically inclined I'm sure you can find some good deals), Alistair specializes in providing great vehicles that are mechanically sound and ready-to-go. He does some minor repairs and body work himself to make sure that what he's selling you is in good shape when you get it. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone looking for a good experience in buying a used vehicle.

I was crushed at the thought not being able to deliver or meet new people. I went down to Quality cars and I have not been treated in the manner that I was treated there for a long time. I told them my delema and I was able to drive off their lot with a 2015 Ford Taurus. I was looked after and they cared I was crushed at the fact I had a business to run and being able to do what I loved, was very important to me. If you want to be heard and treated with respect. I could not have asked for a better customer experience at Quality Car Company. Right off the get go Alistair was professional and friendly without any pressuring sales. Prior to coming in person, I had scoped out two cars on their website I was interested in test driving, and Alistair so kindly over the phone set up at time for me to come test drive them. Unfortunately, they weren’t the right cars for me. As I was just about to head back home, Alistair mentioned a Kia Soul just got traded in at the lot and that it might be a good fit. After test driving it, I instantly fell for my “quality car” match and Alistair smoothly set up the safety inspection and sale that day. Safety checks were complete but the stereo system and beloved Canadian seat warmer were not working. Without hesitation Alistair made arrangements and paid for both to be fixed and set me up with a loaner car in the meantime and then even had the company drive the car back to calgary where I live. I have had my car now 6 months and couldnt be happier with it. Not only was the customer service quality, but I got my dream car at my dream price with very low mileage!
