All the work was done in less than a day and was able for me to pick up. Only issue I had was they didn’t snap in all the trim inside my 7 but that was minor just a quick snap and all fixed

La mazda was a totally different different experience. Juan helped me when we came in. He was amazing. No pressure, no constant calls and emails. He let the amazing vehicle sell itself. I was looking for a car within my budget. I had the great experience meeting Jas and the Mazda team. Jas was different from all the other sales person I had met at the other dealerships, he just made me feel so at ease. I told him what I wanted and my budget. Jas did not try to make me buy something else or throw extras at me, he was there to help me. Jas went above what anyone has done for me when purchasing a car. I am very pleased with my Mazda 3. OMG the staff at LA Mazda is awesome. Jarrett was top notch. He was in constant communication with me before I came for my test drive, no matter what time, he always responded quickly and was super kind and polite. I received the services I expected. Dealerships charge a higher shop rate than other service companies so if Mazda wanted to make the service better. Make it more competitive. As well, I could not get my Mazda auto start due to back order. Not good. Service personnel were awesome in helping me troubleshoot options.

My daughter and I were in L.A. Mazda to buy a used vehicle. We test drove a vehicle and my daughter signed a document for the negotiated cost of the vehicle and the sales associate had taken her bank card to put a deposit to hold the vehicle. Meanwhile another couple came in and showed interest in the same vehicle at which time the sales manager came back saying that they could not let the car go for the price that they had agreed to, all this while we watched the couple get into the vehicle for a test drive. They obviously figured that they could sell it for more than they had offered my daughter and reneged on the negotiated price. Would not recommend dealing with these greedy sales people.

This was our second time buying from LA Mazda. Our first time came after a few bad experiences at other dealerships a year and a half ago. Juan Ortiz helped us this last time on July 30. Always a great experience dealing with the service folks at LA Mazda. Prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the new crop of sales associates in the showroom. Culture is very "dude bro" and not entirely appealing to Gen X buyers of the brand.

I’ve had my new Mazda for a month now and to say I love it would be a huge understatement! My experience with LA Mazda was exceptional! It took me upwards of a month to decide exactly which vehicle I wanted, what colour, which trim and Juan was soooo patient with me! I probably test drove 5 different vehicles on 3 or 4 different occasions while making my decision and every time I came in, Juan was there waiting with a smile. I asked him a million and one questions and he always knew the answer and responded right away. When it came time to get down to the nitty gritty, the finance team was amazing as well. Amazing experience! When the time comes, I will 100% be going back and I’ve already recommended LA Mazda to countless friends and family who are also in the market for a new vehicle!

I went to L.A. Mazda a few weeks ago to replace the battery in my keyless car fob. They were awesome! When I walked in, the lady at the service desk looked happy to see me. She greeted me with a big smile and said, "Welcome, how can I help you?" It was a $7 job but she made me feel like I was in there as a VIP. She offered me coffee, water, etc. and then chatted to me about the latest cars they've gotten in, all while she was replacing the battery. We had great banter. I would recommend L.A. Mazda to anyone looking for a great customer service experience.

I had to change my review from earlier. I was giving 5 stars but now I want to change to one!! The sales team was as good and my original financing manager was great as well. Now my car guy and financing manager both not longer with the company so no one cares about my questions and emails anymore. I still haven’t received my post secondary discount after 6 months they deliver the car. I called and emailed so many times, the new financing manager I’m dealing with is the worst customer service provider. He doesn’t care about ur money and his attitude I can’t stand. He never reply any of my email and when I called him he always so in a rush to hang up the phone. The star is for my original salesman and financing manager. I won’t recommend anyone to go to LA Mazda anymore. I don’t want my friends and families have this headache and disappointment with this dealership!! Update: The GM Kris has contacted me and helped to arrange discount for me and also phoned me many times to make sure I received the check. This is customer service suppose to be. I thank for him help out and I hope the pervious unprofessional staff can do better and always remember to serve right! Thank you Kris Suchy! I have never had a better experience with buying a vehicle than I have had with L.A. Mazda. I went in with an awful credit history, no down payment, and no co-signer. The only thing I had going for me was my job, my word, and faint hope. Well, these awesome people in Leduc took my word, and gave me real hope. Josh M., aka GameGuy, was my sales guy, and from the very start made my experience a positive one. I knew Josh from before, but I feel like we became friends. He was interested in what *I* was looking for, not in what he wanted to push on me. From like five dealerships inventories, Josh found the exact car I wanted, at the price I was willing and able to pay. With my wrecked credit from my younger and foolhardy days, I had little to no chance of getting a new car. But next in the dream team was Phil L., the Finance Wizard. I still don't know how he did it, but even when everyone was rejecting my finance application left and right, Phil kept me encouraged and told me not to give up. He worked his magic on the numbers, made his calls, and got me approved! Frankly, I was in shock! Not only did he get me approved, but i got cash money on top of it for bills! From the super friendly welcome by Nikita at the front desk, Josh and Phil's hard work, to the final congratulations from manager Amit, I am thoroughly impressed with everyone at L.A. Mazda. The service and staffs are awesome! We went to this dealer for a Mazda SUV, and got a pretty competitive price compared with other dealers without too many rounds of negotiations. After we purchased the new vehicle, they lent a decent car to us for free to deal with trivial stuffs such as register for two days! I really enjoyed the time I spent there and conversations with Shak, Kelvin, Jeff, and Anna! Though this place is a bit far away from Edmonton, it definitely worth my visit. I highly recommend this dealer!

I bought my new CX-5 in June. Scott gave us a quick, fair trade in value for our older CX-5. Our salesman, Jas, was very personable. I was really nervous about buying new and I never felt any pressure my entire experience. We knew what we wanted and Jas was able to find the perfect vehicle for us. We even changed our mind on the colour mid-finance process and they changed it no problem! Shak, in finance, explained everything to us very clearly and helped ease my nerves. I recently had to go back and get a recall taken care of. I really appreciated how Brian, from service, called me about the recall long before I got my letter in the mail. They got the recall work completed very quick. I had a couple small issues with the recall work and Brian and manager Chris resolved these issues very quickly. I also really enjoy the two ladies in service who are always polite and so sweet with my daughter when we come in. I recommend this dealership to all my friends who are looking for a few vehicle.

Had a great experience buying my new Mazda 3 from here. Will Z. was my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. Answering questions in person, via text or phone call - he said that he loved his job and I believe him, by his overall demeanor and willingness to help me at anytime while I was deciding to buy a new vehicle or not. I have NO reservations about recommending him as a salesman - never did I feel pressured during the process. He was helpful and if he didn't know the answer to a question I gave him, he found out and contacted me back. And his manager Jeff was just as good. Helpful, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and personable. Both great guys! I looked at 3 other dealerships in the Edmonton area (Honda, Mazda and Kia) and these guys were the best, and the car impressed me the most! Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and my dealings with Jeff and Will. Only thing I was slightly disappointed on was purchase day. Seemed things were too busy and I was left waiting for over an hour (or two) to get my new vehicle. Certainly not the end of the world but for those of us who don't buy brand new vehicles regularly I wanted a little more attention to the end dealings. Not a deal breaker though, and good incentives were provided to make up for the wait. Again, no reservations or second thoughts for another Mazda vehicle, or recommending Jeff and Will as salesmen. Hoping to save someone else from losing money. You can return the warranties, tire package, etching service and insurance etc As an inexperienced buyer, I focused on the monthly payments without realizing the total cost of the car had been increased by $5000 when I signed the contract. The finance person told I could get lower interest and some added extras to my contract without any extra cost, at least that's how he made it sound. I signed the contract, went home and then combed through the contract page by page and found multiple extra charges included that were for extended warranty (~$2000), tire care package ($600), etching package ($499), and insurance package (~$1200). Important to note: some of these extra charges are from external companies (First Canadian Insurance corp and platinum auto plus) and the contract I was provided stated that the services could be returned within 30 days or so. When I called the dealership the first time, the finance department person said that if I wanted to return these services, I would have "refinance." This was a scare tactic as I called my the loan holder and they told me the dealership was not allowed to refinance. Finally, after contacting the Manager I was able to get the extra costs returned by cheque to my loan holder. It was a very stressful ordeal. I would recommend reading your contract line by line and asking questions before signing as they may try to sneak multiple extra costs and it's not worth signing at that point. Good selection but the finance practices are predatory.

Bought a Corolla here not long ago. All floor staff were friendly and knowledgeable in the vehicles being sold. The finance department is very experienced and got me approved in no time. After the sale everything that I asked to be added on the vehicle was added and I was shown all my new features. Perhaps the only thing the dealership can improve on is keeping in contact post sale with the customer when the car is in the shop for detailing and adding features and such.

Let me start by saying that I shopped every dealership in the greater Edmonton area. LA Mazda was by far the best value. They gave the most for my trade and charged the least for my Miata. Given that I wanted a custom color they worked with me and provided weekly updates on my order process. They also worked with my schedule to get the PDI and financing done efficiently on my day off. There were no surprises, the pricing was transparent, and everything was handled smoothly. If you are in the market for a Mazda LA Mazda should be given the opportunity to earn your business.

While we were at LA Mazda, we had to get servicing done. Alexandra communicated with us regularly and even had a loaner car ready for us before we arrived. When I initially bought my car, everything was really great. But recently I had called as I had a few questions about my car, especially wondering why I'm only got one set of keys, and why my fob was already dying (it's only been a month and a half) I left my name and number and was told someone was going to call me back that day. I never heard anything .. and I called back again same thing .. I still haven't heard anything so I guess I'll just be taking my car else where for service and questions because it really seems like they just don't want my service.

They even recommended not buying certain vehicles because they felt it might be financially not a good idea for me. I recommend them to all my friends. I got my 58 thousand kilometers inspection everything is fine they said in my vehicle of course its mazda it’s now reliable. But i felt like i was over charge on the service, paid 458 canadian dollar they change the cabin air filter for 40 dollars they said is labor free, and i know i change my cabin filter for 10 dollars and its okay because i agreed on that but the one thing i did not like is they even charge me on tire rotation for 40 dollars which is it should be free because they already removed my tires to check the brakes which is included in the 58 thousand kilometers inspection and they don’t even ask me if i want my tires to be rotated and that for sure i will say no because I’m doing/changing my tires on my own because when winter comes i have a set of winter tires. I’m still going to come back for service. I will just want to make sure next time what needs or necessary to be done on my car.

Let me start off by saying that Jarret was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, and responds promptly to emails and calls. He’s very professional and doesn’t waste time playing games. 12/10 Now, we drove for 3 hours to Leduc from Calgary with a 10 month old and when I say they started playing games from the word go I’m not kidding. We were moved office to office multiple times, low balled to sh** for our trade in (which was amended) and borderline shamed for not getting the warranty. We were told it would only take an hour which is why we ended up going so soon, had we known we would be there for over 3 hours we would’ve left our baby with his grandma and gone up ourselves when my husband was off work. This was my husband and I’s first time buying a car together and we were really excited about it. We absolutely love our new vehicle but it was an extremely stressful experience and we almost walked out. It did end on a high note and we liked Jarret so they get 3 stars. Just make sure you do your research on market value if you do a trade in and don’t give in to the pushy sales tactics.

I reached out to LA Mazda about a pre-owned Kia Soul in May. I spoke with Gurpreet R who set up a time to view and test drive the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the dealership for my afternoon appointment, I was told the car I was interested in was sold that morning. Gurpreet was resourceful and found a similar pre-owned Kia Soul at another dealership in Sherwood Park. As I was not prepared to travel to Sherwood Park that day, he provided me with information on that listing and I went home to decide if I wanted to proceed. Later, Gurpreet reached out to me to see if I was interested in the Kia Soul from Sherwood Park and offered to bring it to the LA Mazda showroom. After reviewing the specs, I agreed to view and test drive that car if he could bring it to his showroom. I thanked him for being so accommodating. The test went smoothly and we discussed payment options, but I was still hesitant and needed more time to think about the purchase (as some do when buying a car). Gurpreet reached out again to gauge my interest and offered a purchase price. After some thought, I decided on a budget I was comfortable with and asked if he was able to meet that figure. He outlined in his emails that he could not meet that budget and offered some alternative vehicles, but I was particularly interested in the one I drove. I decided that I would go back to the dealership, thinking that perhaps there would be some room for negotiating. I was very wrong. Although I did not mistake the offered price from Gurpreet’s email, I went in hopes of a discussion. When I sat down with him and tried to make a different offer, he declined, referencing his previous email, but offered to get the Finance Manager. When the Manager came by, he suggested that I was ungrateful for the extra effort Gurpreet provided in bringing this additional car all the way from Sherwood Park and, from my perspective, rude in explaining that the price in Gurpreet’s email was set. To be clear, Gurpreet was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure my customer experience with LA Mazda was great. I do appreciate his work and sent him an email indicating this. Where LA Mazda lost this and any other sale from me was in the Manager's “tactics” – I felt I was being bullied and made guilty for asking if there was any way they could come down to my ideal price. At that point, I did not feel that my initial trip, where I didn't even receive a phone call letting me know the car I was interested in was sold already, was taken into account. Business is business, and that is completely understandable; however, I wanted to convey that I think some sales approaches – or maybe it was just a reaction from hearing my want to continue negotiating – are disrespectful.

Would 100% recommend this dealership. The level of customer service is incomparable! I had the pleasure of dealing with Musa in Sales, who helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. It took him less than a day to find the vehicle I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, versus a month of headaches at the other dealerships I had been dealing with. Unfortunately, when I got in contact with L.A Mazda I had already committed (given a non-refundable down payment) to a vehicle in Sherwood Park (biggest mistake I made). Musa was incredibly accommodating from the very beginning of our meeting. I saw and test drove the vehicle on a Wednesday afternoon and hit the highway back to Calgary, with my new vehicle, that Wednesday evening. With such a time crunch, Madison took the time out of her own evening to meet me back at the dealership when I came to pick up the vehicle. It has been just over two weeks since I left L.A Mazda with my 2014 Nissan Altima (without breaking the wallet) and I’m happy to say that I’m IN LOVE with my purchase. Thank you to Madison, Jared and Reed for the amazing experience, it was definitely worth the 3.5 hr drive! ****UPDATE (AUG 28, 2018)****: For the first few weeks of purchasing the vehicle I had noticed light shudders and jerks while driving, and after a month of puchasing it, it began to get more aggressive when accelerating and slowing down. Now 4 months later and 3 service appointments with the dealership in Calgary and I’m scheduled to get a TRANSMISSION replacement on Tuesday. From the light shudders and jerks I felt in the first place, I assume it had a transmission problem since the car was sitting on the lot of LA Mazda, and unfortunately they were not honest with their inspection because any decent technician would have been able to see that there was a transmission problem. This was my very first experience with a dealership and because of this problem I could have just gone with a private seller (risk the exact same problem, but save thousands).

I brought in my Mazda 3 2016 for an oil change and to check the gear shifting from 1st to 2nd after starting it in the morning as the transmission was having trouble on the first gear shift so they gave me a loaner vehicle (2020 Mazda CX-5) for the day to be able to test my car in the morning. The next day after testing my vehicle, I was called and told that my transmission needed to be changed and that a new one was ordered to arrive within a week. As it was safe to drive, I took back my Mazda 3 until the new transmission arrived and was ready to install. When I took my car in, they gave me the loaner SUV again for 2 days as they also needed to replace my rotors. I wanted to get the brakes changed too, but they said I had a lot of pad left and I should save my money. I always come back here for their customer service and competent mechanics. When I was looking for a 2019 Mazda 3 sport GT, I first contacted La Mazda due to their positive Google Reviews. My first visit was good, the sales person took us for a test drive and was very friendly. On my second visit, I brought in my car that I wanted to potentially trade-in for an appraisal. The trade-in value offered was on average about $4,000 lower than a few other dealerships that I got appraisals from. The sales manager then tried to tell me that a high volume 2019 Mazda 3 was very limited. Unfortunately, I did not feel that LA Mazda was very serious about my business. I ended up buying the Mazda 3 at another dealership that was much more up front and honest.

My better half and i were looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle last week, within a preset budget, and over the course of two days, we visited nine dealerships in Wetaskiwin, Camrose and Leduc. L.A. MAZDA was the ninth and final dealership that we dropped into. Prior to getting there, we'd almost had a deal done elsewhere, but hidden charges added on to the final price at the end, as well as dealing with a rude and arrogant sale's manager when those charges were questioned, turned out to be our most negative experience in our car buying journey; but in the end there, the vehicle in question failed its vehicle inspection, essentially scuttling that deal and we moved on from there. The moment we entered L.A. The price they advertise is no where near the price you pay. We agreed to buy a vehicle from them at the advertised price. They then tried to charges us a lot more and the best offer they could come up with was over 10% higher than the advertised price. Additionally they had apparently replaced the brake pads, drums etc. but when we had a one day extended test drive they squealed every time we braked, something was wrong and they refused to fix it so we went elsewhere. So I wouldn't be getting my repair work done here either if they cant even do a routine job like break pads etc.! If you want to buy a lemon, go here by all means!

Great staff that helped me out of a bind on Monday Nov 9 while I was 500 km away. When I explained the issue to Janelle in service she immediately transferred the call to the service manager Chis who made a diagnosis over the phone (with a disclaimer) and then put me through to Dylan in parts. The (suspected) required item was in stock so Dylan packaged it up and actually carried it next door in time to ship out. The package arrived overnight and I was able to make the repairs and then drive home. It is outstanding customer service like this that keeps me returning to LA Mazda for parts and services.

I have up until my recent visit to LA Mazda, each time, cringed with dread when it came time to buy a vehicle. Each of these times it hasn’t mattered which automaker’s lot I visited it was an unpleasant experience from the moment I stepped foot on the property or in the showroom and continued until the welcome end which inevitably consisted of my departure with my spidey senses tingling that I just got fast talked into a vehicle that cost to much or wasn’t really what I wanted. My experience buying my 2019 Mazda CX-5 at LA Mazda could not have been more of a completely opposite experience from the above mentioned! Nav, my salesman was fantastic and actually listened to me. I told him exactly which car I wanted and why and never once did he attempt to up-sell me into a more expensive classification or a bigger model. His knowledge of the vehicle as well as overall knowledge of Mazda never sounded rehearsed and he shared it through conversation rather than bullet points. The test drive was better than any others I’ve experienced. Nav allowed me and encouraged me to test the vehicle out and I even took it off-road (hope that doesn’t get you in trouble with Kev, Nav!????) I sat with Luca to complete the financials, now typically this most important part of the process is the most rushed but again LA Mazda is anything but typical. Luca took me through every line slowly and deliberately. Each question I had was explained to me thoroughly as many times as I required. You’re a gem Luca! The sales manager Kevin gave me something I’ve never felt or experienced before at a car dealership, genuine and heartfelt human interaction. Each time that I came to LA Mazda during the process I sat with Kevin and had meaningful conversation unrelated to the purchase and never once did I feel as though this was rushed or contrived. Thank you Kevin for your advise, insight and treating your customers like friends. I recommend LA Mazda whole heartedly and without reservation. You’ll arrive cringing dreading the process but I promise at the end you’ll cringe because you don’t want to leave.

Our daughter recently purchased a 2020 Mazda CX5 GT from LA Mazda, our initial visit to the dealership was exceptional. We met with Gurpreet and he showed us a couple different trim lines and explained in detail all of the differences between each. He also shared all of the info about the rebates, incentives and interest rates and how their customer loyalty program came into play. We took a test drive and spoke to Gurpreet about the price and also indicated to him that we were not fans of the typical car buying experience so many people have to endure with the hours of back n forth BS. We stated we would offer a price, he in return would come back with his "Dad" pricing and that would be that. We left the dealership and called back with our offer (we had done some research on what we thought it would be). Gurpreet was receptive of this and countered with what we thought was fair for all parties. This negotiation over the phone took all of 20-30 minutes, that's it, no hassle, no hidden fees as we also stated we would not pay a documentation fee of which they honored. We placed our down payment and set up an appointment to pick up the CX5, our interactions with both Shakil and Luca in the finance dept was exceptional as well, it was like dealing with family, no hidden agenda, clear concise communication and very friendly and welcoming. It is evident that LA Mazda is not just another auto dealer, they take their customer service seriously, and this starts at reception when you are greeted by Nikita, her warm greeting and attention makes you feel welcome. Would I buy another vehicle from LA Mazda, most definitely, this is the way buying a car should feel and be experienced, great job to everyone at LA Mazda. Had a great experience throughout the purchasing process of Mazda 6 at LA Mazda in month of Sep 2021. Jarret was a very nice person to talk to and had an attitude to provide service to a customer.- very honest, upfront and helped me to get a good price on Mazda6. I was in the market for a Mazda3 Sport and found one online at this dealership that I was really interested in. I live in Saskatchewan but after reaching out to the dealership I was put in contact with Juan Ortiz in sales. He sent me a personalized video walk around of the car and helped with all my questions. He and his sales manager Jordan made the buying process of my vehicle so personalized and so great I would absolutely make the drive to give them my business again. Also, Freddy Tejada - finance manager, was very helpful as well to make sure I had all the permits necessary to bring the car into Sask seamlessly.

Difficulty in booking car in, requested car starter booking and received booking for oil change. Had to call back and correct information. Did not receive any information/ instructions for car starter other than receipt of purchase. Had to youtube instructions on remote operation.
