Couldn't of had a better experience buying a car. James my sales rep was great, very knowledgeable, he's definitely a people person. Andy (he got me financed) was Amazing, I wanted a Jeep Wrangler and at first the finance company said no to that vehicle, but Andy was able to get me financed for it. Meaghan (she did the paperwork with me) was Amazing as well. All their staff are very friendly and welcoming. Once everything was done (financing, insurance and registration) they arranged for an Uber to pick me up and bring me to their lot so I can get my Jeep. I couldn't be happier. Thanks James, Andy and Meaghan. Update: Had a minor issue with the rear defrost, I contacted House of Cars and they had me in right away to get it fixed. Amazing Before and After sales support. A couple of THOUSAND EXTRA MILES were put on our Corvette when we had it on the Park and Sell lot, in TWO months!! House of Cars never communicated with us re offers, interest, test drives etc. One potential buyer was told that they had spoken with us regarding price when they absolutely had not contacted us at all. We had no idea our garage-only car was left outside though they agreed to keep it inside, we found it sitting in the rain. These people bring in cars so they can drive them as their own! DO NOT USE!! I ONLY gave them one star because I had to in order to post the review!! HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!

I wanted to deal on a XC90 they have on the lot. Would have thought they would be eager to get rid of it since it is about $5000 over market value and has been on the lot for over 8 months. I sent an e-mail saying my interest. They sent back asking for more details from me. That’s fair. I responded with all details. They never got back to me. They sent an e-mail saying “still interested” 2 weeks later, they said they never received it. Fine errors happen. No response after I sent A follow up. Just got another email saying “still interested”... um.... no sketchy big time. Glad they did not get my $$

Long story short...I highly recommend House of Cars Argyll to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. My experience with both sales and service staff was incredible. They made me feel valued and respected as a customer both when I purchased my vehicle and when it needed its first oil change. For more details, feel free to read on... Bought my minivan from them in March 2021. Mike was awesome. I had low expectations and planned to settle for whatever lower priced used vehicle I could get...hopefully with less than 200000K and newer than 10 yrs old. He got me financed for my dream vehicle. Yes, my dream vehicle was a minivan. A 2019 Grand Caravan with only 50000K on it and within the payment amount I set. He went above and beyond for me and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Fast forward to August 4th 2021: I was getting my vehicle serviced at a Dodge dealership and they proceeded to freak me out with a warning that my oil change might become a nearly $1000 expense due to a risk of cracking my oil cooler assembly system. Contacted House of Cars as the last company to perform an oil change on my vehicle prior to purchase and Steve from the service department had me bring it in right away. He took it into the shop right after I got there and completed the oil change without any issues or concerns. I was frantic and he was patient and friendly and ultimately helped me to calm myself and breathe. I can't thank these gentlemen enough for the positive experiences they provided!

Awesome place to get a vehicle I needed something better then what I was driving and a guy named erwin Muller roan awesome sales guy got me into a newer 2019 suv compared to what I had which was an 2013 I can actually enjoy a vehicle that has just under 40 kms which isnt the best part, They gave me a cheque to pay off my visa as well no better service then that I did need a part repaired which they ordered when it came I also received brand new tires with it and im also getting weather tech mats in as well Id gladly buy a new vehicle from these guys again so as long as erwin is my sales guy

Came in expressly to look at a specific car. Told the salesperson I was coming in to look at -that- car. Made an appointment. Went in. Got the whole customer introduction chat. Waited for a sales manager (finance person) to give their whole spiel. Car is in Calgary. Wasn't at that dealer, and both of them knew that from the get go. I don't like intentionally having my time wasted.

House of car's Edmonton let me tell you I would not pay my friends to deal with this dealership. I went in as I was looking for financing after weeks of run around they found me a car was told by Adam as well as the sales guy com in and sign the papers your good to go. went in the fallowing Monday was told the paperwork with bank was not finished waited and waited and remember I was told everything was good a few days later came back with syc the cars not yours the bank would not approve it as it was in an fender bender. Fine then kept sending me cars that were by far not what i was looking for then wanted me to give them my car for a trade in agreed and they found a Hyundai sonata was told that it still has 20000 factory warranty on it was told they were giving me 3000 trade in for my 2013 dodge journey when signing the paper work was told they were giving me an extended warranty on the paper work they charged me for it when asked about it they brought Adam in

They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. And now that they have in house service department I know where I’ll be getting my oil changes and servicing done, and not worry about getting ripped off. It’s also nice to look at the super cars, not to many places have Lamborghinis and Ferraris in their showrooms.

Had a really bad experience. The guy who sit next to the entrance door, I believe his name starts with J made us wait for long saying that he is new and getting used to with the system. Took all my information and even a photo copy of my ID before making any deal and before showing me some of the inventories. Later took us for to show us some of the used inventory with zero knowledge. Whenever I had a question regarding any of the car, he used to say let me ask the manager about it. Finally we ended up not buying because of less options and a very bad customer service. When we were leaving, i asked him for the photo copy of my drivers license. In reply I he said that he has already shredded it. I knew that he had kept it in one of the file. I told him that he has not shredded it, in fact you have saved it in your file. He had walk of shame after that. :(

Far from anything i have ever experienced when dealing with vehicles. I'll just start with the only reason I'm giving a three star review and not a five. At the end of my buying experience while ironing out the last few things on the finance paperwork I had asked for my payment date to be changed to the 16th from the 6th. My wife and I are paid monthly on the 15th so this makes the most sense for our finances. I was told that's not an issue and it would be changed. When it came down to signing the paperwork, it stated that the 6th was the payment date so I double checked that the payment date was definitely changed (I would have paid a larger first payment or whatever I had to do to make that happen). I was reassured that it was changed in the software but not the hard copies to avoid reprinting everything again, etc. So imagine my surprise on the 7th when I do a routine check on my bank account and find that my first car payment had just bounced. I hold my money in a separate bank account and transfer it as needed for expected payments so if I had any reason to believe a payment was being withdrawn on that day I would have had the funds ready to go. Otherwise my buying experience was a great one, Kulshaan was an awesome guy to deal with. I also didn't run into any greasy sales tactics that I've experienced with other vehicle sales company's. I always like to look for subtle things like if the sales person tries to hang on to your car keys after the trade appraisal essentially "trapping" you at the dealership (you'd be surprised how many places do this and try to avoid giving you your keys back). I was given my keys back immediately after the odometer check. There wasn't anything fishy in the financing process as everything was gone through and explained. Adam even gave me the option of removing the extended warranty to lower my payments, I've had dealers fight tooth and nail to keep that warranty even going as far as lying to say financing depends on it. Overall my sales experience was a very good one but the payment date on my loan was a major issue considering that directly impacts my credit and payment history. Especially considering I double checked and was reassured that everything was as it should be.

I came in with a specific car in mind but it had just sold. Connor and Cody spent an hour looking for another vehicle that would meet my requirements and unfortunately there were none to be found. They kept looking for me over the next couple of weeks. I generally dislike car shopping because of the sales people but I actually enjoyed working with Connor. We initially made contact re a Mini Cooper two months ago, and the first conversation left us with a positive feeling. Everything after that supported our first impressions and was characterized by honesty and straightforwardness. Erwin and Dan were particularly helpful working out a very satisfactory deal all via texts, phone calls and emails. All this at a distance of 500km, without a test drive. Delivery, yes I said delivery, was delayed while they waited a part, but they kept us well informed and all because they wouldn't release our Mini until it was in top notch condition. We have never done this type of remote deal but, having now driven the car for a month, we can't say enough good things about the experience and value we feel we have enjoyed. We would happily recommend Pure Drive as a fine choice when vehicle hunting. Bravo!

All cars offered online are not available on ground, you spend hrs to negotiate to buy a car then you discover that the car is sold and they are pushing you to buy the car they like to sell not the car you like. This is not a professional dealer, no commitment, no integrity, it is all about what they want to do, they do not care about your opinion. Money is all what matters. The manager sent me an email offering support and when I needed it he ignored my email.

I did not wind up buying from here as they didn't have anything at the time that fit my needs and financing budget. However, I definitely recommend looking here if you are in the market for anything from a Toyota to a Bentley (they have some Lamborghinis and Ferraris too.) I was looking for a truck in the mid $20K range, Roland and Dan were both very friendly and lacked that sleazy persona I find lots of sales people have. I will look here again the next time I'm in the market for a newer vehicle.

What a great experience it was purchasing my vehicle. Please read full review. In the agreement made to purchase there was a few items that Pure Drive agreed to repair prior to delivery of the vehicle to me. Oh man this agreement went completely sideways on them. Through no fault of theirs these repairs took a month to complete on a European vehicle. Savanna and Erwin were absolutely fantastic through this process. They were quick and consistent with updates on the progress of repairs, where the parts had to come from and so on. They were understanding of the position this delay put me in and even offered me another vehicle to drive until repairs were completed. At the end of all the drama I took delivery of my vehicle and it is PERFECT!!! Everything included in our agreement was repaired and more. Savanna and Erwin went above and beyond to make this tough situation bearable. Thank you both very much and thanks to all the staff in the service center for seeing it through. Gord

I was in the market to trade in. Over about a week, I was inquiring on line to many dealerships in my area. One kept telling me to put down a deposit, then we will look for the right vehicle for me!?!? I was getting discouraged. Then I clicked on HofC Edmonton ad while scrolling through Facebook. Roland answered me via text, soon after. I told him what I was looking to do, in regards to my trade in, and what I was looking for. He said he would get back to me the next morning. He did, he got my details, my trade in details (it helped that I had all documents, and was able to send pictures fast!) then he showed me something even better than what I was expecting (all over TEXT messaging!) Then Finance guy Sean, texted me, all I had to do was say YES! I was wondering how I was going to get to Edmonton to pick up as I’m from Calgary. Sean said “Will have it delivered to you tomorrow!” I said OK! I was a little apprehensive as it was so quick, it didn’t seem real!? Not to mention… buying a car without a test drive or at very least “seeing it in person”. Then the next day after work, my New JEEP Wrangler pulled into my driveway! Less than 48 hours from inquiry to delivery! ???? That’s impressive! Even more impressive is they gave me top $ for my trade in! ($5000.00 + More than another dealer offered me!) it was easy to say yes, to the great deal and great H of C Reps! Now I’m in the vehicle I have always wanted!???? My Only issue, the Jeep smells like cigarettes or vape (there was a vape device found in the compartment ????) I need to do something about that!

I've never been treated so bad. One lie after another. I received my car two weeks later than I was told. Car battery was dead and gas tank on empty. I continually asked for a quick orientation on how to operate the air ride system and all I got was lip service. Andy and Tyler, you really let me down! Absolutely thee WORST experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Was interested in trading in a vehicle for BMW and was assured TWICE by the sales rep I spoke to the week before, that the BMW from Lethbridge would be at the dealership on the Monday. Instead, I turn up for my appt with documents, insurance, and blank cheque as instructed...and low and behold...the car is NOWHERE to be seen! Not only that, a rude manager tries to entice me to put down a deposit (which was NEVER mentioned to me in the conversations I had with a rep the week prior) to have the vehicle transferred to the Edmonton dealership BEFORE even seeing it, even though again I was assured the car would be in Edmonton at the dealership...NOT still in Lethbridge! Complete waste of a day when I was told I would be able to drive the vehicle home on the Monday I went in! Couldn't be MORE UNhappier with the experience I had! SO HAPPY I didnt give this dealership a penny for an $18,888 car I was prepared to buy today!

Purchased a vehicle from here in December 2020, took 3 whole weeks of back and forth to even pick up the car (my first red flag) transfer case needed to be replaced and exhaust manifold. Fast forward to March, motor goes in the car. They have now had my car since then, and somehow “lost” the motor that was supposed to go into it. I keep asking for paperwork proving the diagnostics ran, as well as my warranty paperwork that I never received and I’m still waiting on those. So if you want a lemon that is gonna break down on you in a month come to these guys, otherwise I’d suggest taking your hard earned dollars and staying far away from this place.

Didnt do any wiring or the brake control in the dash so either they dont know what a tow package is or what i believe is the jist dont care and only wanted a sale.
