My mother and I recently drove away with our new 2019 Nissan Micra from House of Cars 52. Our salesman Jesse Whiteside was absolutely amazing & I recommend anybody who goes there to ask for him for service. He went completely ABOVE & BEYOND to make us feel like family and never gave 1 false promise throughout the entire sale. His personality alone and down to earth way of approaching the sale, without being pushy or arrogant just made my mom and I feel like we could trust him completely and we KNEW he had our best interests at heart, which is a very comforting feeling when making such a big purchase. He made us both feel so comfortable, I knew we were in great hands - I felt that his intentions were not just to sell a car, but to actually make us happy with the experience. Due to having modest credit, and coming from a different province, this was definitely NOT the easiest sale this team likely made but not once, were they judgemental or made us feel as if it wasn't going to happen, which made all the difference in the world. Now when I say that Jesse went "above & beyond," he even offered to drive my mom home himself, in his personal truck, nearly 30 minutes away, when I was running late for work, mid-sale (pretty sure she enjoyed the ride more than he did!), But he had absolutely NO problem to offer such a kind gesture that likely added more than a full hour to the end of his shift that day. Now I just CANNOT forget to give a huge shout out to boss man Imad - a burly happy go lucky man with huge hands and an even bigger heart. He dealt with the complicated intriquicies of the sale & insurance & was a complete pro at doing so. He even went as far as offering my mother his personal office to complete her Zoom interview, since we were still at the dealership, which was not only a life-saver, but so very kind of him. I am SURE that Jesse will go far in his career at House of Cars 52, mostly due to his ability to connect so personally with people in general - this translated into the sale of our new wheels & the confidence we had in him. The team was professional, patient, kind & we will definitely be seeing them again for further assistance by New Year's - couldn't help but let everyone know how great of a team they have set up there .... I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was, and when I arrived at the showroom he had 5 options that he thought would work (they were all really good.) This dealership has their salespeople pose as private buyers on Autotrader and waste people's time by asking a bunch of questions about their car and then telling them to bring it down and do a trade in. I don't know about others, and maybe I am wrong here, but it just feels like a pretty sleazy thing to do. There is a reason that people decide to sell cars privately rather than go through a dealership. If someone is acting on behalf of a dealership, I feel like they should announce it at the start, rather than wait days and many messages into the conversation. Just my 2 cents though.

Had a great experience with Tyler at the 52nd SE location. Asked for a list of vehicles for my 76 yr old mom. After his vacation he sent me a list of cars to choose from. I picked one and he got his driver to drive it over right away. I test drove it. It was immaculate and clean for the year. He drove it to my mom in Black Diamond to test drive it. Needless to say she loved it. They did all the paperwork and it was hers. After the sale he even brought out some winter tires, which came with the vehicle. I WILL be going here for all my auto needs. Great car, great price, I saw a jeep in the parking lot today I have my eye on????. Make sure Tyler gets a raise!!!!

Amazing service from both Imad and Mikhaela, alongside the good vibes from every staff member inside the office. Everyone was in a great mood and spoke to you even though you were not dealing with them, saying hello, offering coffee or water was from everyone inside if your sales person was away from the desk you were at. All very accommodating and caring.. Imad and Mikhaela helped us with finding EXACTLY what we wanted and the time frame was impeccable. I wanted to trade my car in for something bigger as we are starting a family and they took my car price seriously and for what we wanted to sell it for (selling privately can be a battle) and it was a huge stress reliever to know the worth of our car and situation was as serious for them as it was for us.. within 3 days and we drove away with our 2017 Audi Q3. we showed them exactly what we wanted inside and out and they brought a vehicle from a different lot over within a day to ensure we were taken care of (not to mention it was not even posted on the website yet).
