On November 27th, a friend and I took our kids to the Ferrari dealership just to see if they would let us have a look. The kids, 15, 8 and 5, were super excited just to be able to see a Ferrari up close! The staff at Ferrari were so gracious and Andrew toured us around the whole building, even taking us 'behind the scenes' to see some of their classic cars. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was super kind to the kids. We were so thankful to him and the dealership for the very personalized experience!

This was my first time at the location. The staff are very friendly and the location is very clean. Whether you're there to actually look for a vehicle or just to kick tires, the staff are willing to answer any questions that you have for them. In my case specifically, there was a troubled gentleman who was asking a representative questions for approximately 2 hours, who was obviously not looking in to a vehicle. The representative remained calm and professional. He sacrificed his time and livelihood, to keep a good face for the company. I believe that is commendable, because the representative could have been making a sale in that time. I had a great experience myself. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I got all the information I needed and am now making a decision on a vehicle purchase.

Took 4 teenage boys to see the cars. Staff at Ferrari Calgary spent almost 2 hours with the boys explaining car order selections, manufacturing process, showing different cars and let them sit in one. An amazing experience! Thank you Carlo, Andrew and staff, you are a class act!

I can't recommend Ferrari of Alberta enough, along with Jian in sales and Paul the used car manager. My wife and me went in after seeing an ad on Autotrader for a used Jaguar that was listed at a great price. We were allowed to test drive it and because of Covid they let us go alone which was a surprise. We were both a bit worried going into a Ferrari dealer given my wife and I are not able to afford one, but that made no difference to Jian and she was just as friendly and respectful to us as anyone else. I can tell that part of the culture there is treating customers like they matter. I asked if we would be able to trade in our older Nissan, as we expected they wouldn't keep that in their lot and would have to deal with a while saler to sell it. Jian contacted me within a couple days with the price they were given by the whole saler and unfortunately it was not a price we could agree on. Paul the used cars manager stepped up and worked as hard as he could to get us more for our trade in. In the end we unfortunately couldn't work out a deal but that was because my wife and I reviewed our finances and decided it wasn't the best move given our future plans. Even though we couldn't come to a deal, Jian and Paul, did everything they could to get us the best possible deal. I can't recommend their service enough and will definitely be keeping an eye on their inventory in future incase things change for my wife and me.

I could only imagine what these guys must have thought when 5 of us, plus a toddler and baby walked into the dealership. But to our surprise we were greeted with smiles. Especially from Andrew Fagan, he answered all of our questions, and he did not turn us away because we could not afford any vehicle their. He was very supportive and obviously showed the same enthusiasm about the cars that we did. He definitely made our night by showing us around, it was a very pleasant experience especially because we were just turned away from another dealership in the area. The entire staff was just remarkable, highly recommend this place...even if you only want to look.

This Ferrari dealership is perfect. I am not a person who have a million dollar cash and can afford a Ferrari very easy, I am just a young person who loved in Ferrari ever since 10 years old when I first saw them on a magazine. Their manager PAUL spent lots of time to introduce the Ferrari and the whole building to me, I've been there 3 times, and every time Paul spent couple hours to company me. Now I have the idea which car I am looking for and I am really looking forward my first Ferrari coming soon. Thank you PAUL! I love the Italian car and Italian people! Cheers.

This was by far the best dealership experience my son and I ever had. Passing by Calgary in our casual clothes before heading out for our camping trip, we stopped by the dealership for the first time. We were very fortunate to have had Andrew Fagan approach us. He was what every dealership representative out there should be! Not only was he very welcoming of our visit, he even opened up a 458 Spider for my son to sit in which was one of his favorite models. He then gave us a tour of the garage downstairs and checked out many other Ferrari models (new and old) including the new F8 Tributo. My son was at his favorite candy store! What was most impressive was the time he spent speaking about his history with the dealership and inspiring my son to work hard towards owning a Ferrari. Thank you Andrew for giving us a world class experience we will never forget. You did not pass any judgement despite our appearances and was a true, passionate ambassador of the Ferrari brand.

They took their time with me, education me and informed me of the proccess. I never got pressured, nor shunned away from from the dealership as I'm planning to buy a car in a few years, and doing my homework now. Today July 19,2021 stopped into Ferrari, Maserati with my son and his best friend to check out some Ferrari’s. A staff member Chelsea came outside and welcomed us to Ferrari. She then asked if we would like to come into the showroom and check out the cars. We were introduced to Kyle who then gave me and two teenage boys a tour of the showroom Ferrari’s. The boys were totally amazed and thankful Kyle even hooked them up with a poster. We obviously weren’t there to buy, but a huge shout out to both Chelsea & Kyle who made the three of us so welcome. Very top notch and professional was a fantastic experience that the boys will never forget.

Disappointed ... We are in market for a SUV . We met Michael A. at Calgary location and spent about 45 minutes with him discussing our options and pricing for Lavante. We exchanged our contact information with the brand Manager . After we left dealership .. we decided that we like the vehicle and will like to seriously consider it... but we need more research before we buy as we had some concerns about infotainment system of vehicle. But to my disappointment ... next day I received a call from ALFA ROMEO that Michael has shared our info with them and told them that we might like to consider Stelvio.. I don't know who gave right to Michael to do this and also to decide on our behalf that we are not buying Maserati Lavante but will settle for something cheaper ... Shameful, Disrespectful and Illegal to share my personal details without consent . Sorry Michael and Maserati you lost me as a potential client .

Brent, Rahim and their team were amazing, from the first phone call regarding my issue. They were polite, pleasant and prompt. A tow truck was sent immediately and work begin as soon as my car arrived, since it was very temperamental to work on they had more then one mechanic for trouble shooting, diagnostics and repairs. The team was great with giving feedback to what steps were taken and identifying potential issues of the problem. Given the amount of work done the end quote was very reasonable and i have to say that this was one of my best experiences at any dealership i have ever been. I was treated superbly well and so was my vehicle. Thank you very much !

I was a customer in Starbucks and heard this man who claimed to work at the Ferrari dealership and after doing some research found he goes by the name of Andrew Faran who is the financial manager there. He was extremely rude to the staff members judging them for the way they looked and was very very ignorant and rude and belittling of the staff members who was working at the time. I am writing this review In hope that this man is not this way with his customers at Ferrari. In Addition to this information he also said that the dealership would not be able to run without him as he is an important assess to the company. I hope no one has to deal with this man who is very self absorbed, arrogant and rude.
