Got a car from driveline auto have not even made my first payment yet and we have had a check engine light come on. A sensor issue then we find out the break pads will need replacement and the oil is dirty and needs to be changed. payed for bumper to bumper and when something goes wrong they screen your number and don't answer your calls and refuse to call you back to help fix the problem! This has been a really bad experience as first time car buyers at least we know better for next time.

I hope driveline auto can see this. It's Denis we been told put car will get fixed last week now its Thursday next week and noone called us I always speak with Chelcie on front desk and she's quite useless as noone ever contacts you. Worst dealership ever just such a headache. They send you photos of the vehicle In low rez. Lots of hidden issues I have contacted my lender and informed them about how terrible this place is

They almost got away with an absurd deal. I was first quoted the "cost price" not retail so the deal went up. After signing the purchase agreement was told it has some hail damage. After running a search I found this exact car same VIN # at another dealership for $5000 less and clearly labeled "HAIL Sale" STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

They sold me a truck two months ago a 2016 dodge ram. I haven’t heard from them and I’ve had so many issues with my truck. I was referred by a family member to use them to get my vehicle they haven’t even reached out to do the referral cash back. I don’t recommend this company to absolute lewdly anybody it was so horrendous for me to get anything done and I still will never receive receive a call back.

Got a vehicle from Driveline auto, I was happy at first but of course nothing can ever go well, as I’m driving my new vehicle I and whoever rides with me notice a very disturbing sound in the rear tires that is just weird, anyways I have a two year warranty as well but when I took it into the dealership nothing was done, they claim their mechanics looked at it but couldn’t find the issue so I’m wondering why they even sold me the car… it’s just unfortunate when you’re trying to get everything going in your life but things like these hold you back and to make things worse I’m not taken seriously as a customer, no call backs, I’m constantly doing the calls to find out if they even did anything. Just disappointed in the poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere you’re valued and respected.

Normally I wouldn't post a post about a used car dealership I never bought a car from but I did have a interview for a job with them. With covid-19 it seems more and more people have become rude and more disresptful to each other, for some reason and not all people. Being kept waiting for over 30 minutes for a interview anywhere to me says much about the people running the business. THEY DONT CARE. Anyways, I left without a interview. The receptionist almost seemed embarrassed telling me he was in a conference call which I knew was a lie or a deception. I also noticed their job posting was gone next day. All it would have taken is a email apologizing for wasting my time. gas and hopes. I guess the old stereotype of used car salesman hasn't changed at this business. It's sad to see...but was a good omen for me.

0/5 stars. Would not recommend. Personally I found them sketchy from the start and I don't review much but want to save someone else from them! We talked over the phone bc my partner wanted a truck and I'd need to be the cosigner/primary, we're actually from the Northwest Territories. He (Kevin) was saying all this stuff like oh I'm losing money on this shipping it to you, it's costing me $2000 to do it so it's in your best interest to go with us, and if you refer a friend and they buy you get $750. Saying he will set my partner up with a credit card and that we can only finance through TD bank because the Northwest Territories has had too many repos from our reservations and the banks are losing money from doing so many repos up here on the reservations. He said this, not knowing my partner and myself are aboriginal, and also not knowing the Northwest Territories only has 2 reserves, one of which I live very close to. There's absolutely no way that these 2 reserves have caused such damage to banks with their repos that TD is the only bank that will finance us..my brother got a truck through a different bank 6 months ago with a different dealership..blatant racism. I called out his racism and blocked his # immediately so I didn't have to deal with him, and he didn't even try calling my partner to explain himself or apologize. I see here in the reviews someone had their signature forged with papers without their knowledge..if this happens with me they best believe I will be filing a case against them.

I don’t normally write reviews but just had to share my experiences with these guys, Kevin specifically. Kevin worked with my weird work schedule and my credit issues and did everything he could to make sure that I got a vehicle that I could afford and that suited my family lifestyle. He was always very polite and respectful and kept me in the loop through each and every step. He explained everything to me from start to finish and delivered that vehicle right to my door, paperwork in hand and everything Exactly as promised. After working less and going through a divorce, my credit was not in great shape and I was always embarrassed when trying to gain any sort of credit based products and Kevin is the first sales person who ever really understood and never made me feel ashamed. I have never had a sales person treat me with such respect and be so upfront with me. I really appreciate all of his hard work and dedicated attitude. I would recommend him to anyone!

Bought my car here and was promised brand new tires, and they put brand new tires on it for sure, 3 different brands that I couldn't balance as their was an annoying shake and had to purchase new tires. If you purchase a vehicle here be very astute about looking over your options, and double check everything they tell you, I've been trying to get a hold of them about this matter for months and they refuse to return my calls.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I agreed to co-sign for a car for someone after they offer me $2000 to do it and and they put the loan and car in my name without me knowing. When the person didn’t pay the bill I found out that they put the loan in my name and the other person wasn’t on the loan at all. They forged documents to put the loan in my name. I live in New Brunswick how could I buy a car in Alberta. When I called him and told him I wanted out because it wasn’t right he told to to get the car back to him and he would take care of it. The car went back the next day. He said he would roll back the loan and it would be off my credit in a week. That was 5 months ago and now Brian won’t answer my phone calls text messages or anything else. My credit is ruined and he won’t do anything about it. Everything about this has been very shady. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Took them over a month to find me a vehicle. Found one on Monday told me it would be delivered Thursday. Thursday comes around and they wait till the last min to tell me Fri, offered me a rental and showed up with a 5 seater when I need at least a 7 seater. firstly they said Fri between 1-2 than changed it to 3pm. At 330 I tried to call Alexandra and she had blocked my number, called from a different number and she just hung up. Needless to say I still haven't received my vehicle and have canceled insurance. I will be contacting loan place in the am. Watch out for Felipe and Alexandra!!!! This whole company is the worst! Both locations

My friend got a car through these people . He financed it and when he had to move quickly back to his country he attempted to sell it to a dealer and pay the finance company back . However what driveline did was eat overcharged him for his Ford eco sport . Unbelievably wrong this shouldn’t be allowed. Be aware stay away check what the vehicles are worth and know what you’re signing

Worst experience of my life completely 180 one minute I was getting 6.9% interest rate $5,000 cash back and no payments for 6 months that was the first text message down to the very end they couldn't even come up with a vehicle that was in my budget and never listened to my needs they were pushy and made promises they should not have made unless they could keep them don't believe a word these people tell you!!!!!
