What can I say. These guys were recommended by the family and I wasn't allowed to buy a new Van until I went to them. I didn't see much for stock in what I wanted but I humored them and called. Very surprised they happened to find exactly what I was looking for. They didn't play games with the pricing and seemed genuine and honest about each and every detail. Very personable. I had just dealt with a pushy salesman the day prior, so I was iffy about coming in, but Nick was incredible. He answered all of my questions, let me be indecisive, and he really helped out when it came time to actually buy my vehicle. He went through everything thoroughly when it came to the paperwork, and triple checked that I was happy with the vehicle. I came in a week later to pick up some floor mats, and the staff there were super friendly and asked how I’m enjoying my car. Here it is 3 years later, I am still waiting on the paper work from car west, and get to find out from the bank I was paying 4x what the ticket called for overall. Nick told me he discounted the car, nice discount paying 22k for a car worth 3.5 k. Thank you for smiling at my face, then burying your hand in my wallet. Shady business ethics, and scamming an employees fiancé, I'm still waiting on the paperwork now that I don't need it. Absolutely foul play, avoid this hedgefund family business, and support a real dealership.

After helping a good friend of mine with getting her into a newer car I decided to apply although truthfully I expected the same result I've always gotten. This time however thanks to Daniel it wasn't the standard decline or asking for a cosigner. He made everything so easy and showed several choices finally selecting a gorgeous 2017 dodge grand caravan gt with all the bells and whistles. And you can tell that this place is not just for business, they took the time to get to know us (or esp my boyfriend) better to help him decide and nice enough to let him test drive the car without forcing him to buy anything at all. Very seldom does any company receive a 5-Star rating from me. It takes a lot of patience, caring, knowledge, fairness, and integrity to get me to do that. Well, Daniel, his brothers, and his precious mother, ALL exceeded my and my wife's expectations. We were not too sure of Daniel right away (must be the age gap. lol), but I gotta tell you, with all sincerity I had him pegged wrong. At the start it was a little bumpy, but then I remembered long ago, that I too, was that excited about building a family business based on loyalty and integrity with every sell!
