DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was given a backdated car proof with the vehicle I purchased. After the transaction I was called multiple times and aggressively asked for more money for my purchase. When I was looking at trading in said vehicle at a different dealership then ran another car proof report and found FRAME DAMAGE and $16,000 in collisions that was not reported to me when I purchased the vehicle. When confronted about this, they denied everything. A complaint has been filed with AMVIC and a lawyer has been involved.

I bought my BMW here as I originally thought it was a good deal. But not after going through several hoops. I originally went to their Ogden location to have a look and test drive the car. As they were closing soon I was asked to call back the next day. When I called back the next day I was told my car was moved to the NE location and was dealing with a gentleman by the name of Ish. Once I had called Ish I was told my car was sold. After a brief argument they said they would get it back later that day. So I went in early that morning to negotiate the deal. I presented a reasonable offer which they did not decline and the deal was making quick progress. Unfortunately at signing is when we were hit with document fees, finanace fees, etc which easily made up the difference and some in what I negotiated. The car still wasn’t present at signing but I was in too far and they knew it. At signing the car still was not presenent they wanted a bunch of initials, since my father in law was purchasing it for me he was prepared to sign and get on his way. Luckily I was in the office and pulled two of the papers out of his hand to see the carfax that showed the car had 10k in damages. But Ish said it was a non collision. How does he know? Was he there? It doesn’t say anything specific about the accident. I did my own investigating afterwards to find out Ish was a blatant liar and a good con man. So we refused the deal. Then it got interesting. He said the car is already sold. Ish already had the funds from the bank at this point. He knew our hands were tied. So we walked the showroom to look at other cars and this is when Ish mentioned that all these cars “in here” had over 10k in damage hence why the price was so good. He started to point at different cars and throw out numbers of how much each one of them had in damage before arriving in their showroom. One Mercedes he mentioned had over 20k. I didn’t know what to do at this point. Ish then got a call saying that the BMW was on its way. It must not been approved by whoever was buying it. I wasn’t leaving the room this time while my father in law signs. And of course when we looked at payments it was inflated by almost $4000. It was warranty that we never wanted nor asked for. At the bottom of the pile of Ish’s papers he was tightly holding onto was the warranty. I didn’t want it. He persistently requested that I do get it. After about two dozen “no’s” Ish told me how I could get a new transmission or engine out of it. I said it sounded like fraud. He said it was a loop hole. And knew a mecahic I could take it to to claim the warranty. At this point I thought I was involving my father in law with a criminal organization aka Auto House. I refused the warranty, was charged rediculous fees, and was offered a form a fraud if I kept their warranty. Beware of Ish and auto house.

Please stay away ⚠️ Last year, I purchased my first financed vehicle from this dealership. It was a used 2016 Honda Civic touring. At first, I was pleased with the purchase. However, the reality of the car started to expose when I took it to my mechanic. Unfortunately, I bought this vehicle while it was raining and many faults were not visible. Here are the reasons why I wouldn't recommend going there, if you are fresh out of college and intending to buy your reality dream car. - the seller is extremely persuasive and plays mind games, so you decide to buy a vehicle on the same day. - the force you to buy a car warranty by Lubrico. They make it seem important and aren't allowing you to make a clear decision. BTW the warranty is useless. - the whole car suffered from hail damage. Which wasn't mentioned in the ad. - the side mirror was cracked. They only replaced it because I mentioned it is cracked. - they claimed the windshield is new; however, it was poorly installed. - After I purchased the vehicle, I took it to Saskatchewan and noticed the oil was million years old. They were nice enough to compensate for one free oil change. However, they didn't do their due diligence to check the oil when I purchased the car. - After few months, I decided to replace my brake rotors and my mechanic realized the last installer took shortcuts. The rotor shield was rushed in installing. Now, it requires welding work to have it removed. Absolutely unethical work and fraudulent. They use deceit and do not do their due diligence with you if you are new to car financing. Shame on them for taking advantage.

Bought a $35,000.00 suv from them on a 5 year financing plan. They didn’t have one in stock at the time so they went and got one for me. Paid the truck off in full. I then proceeded to give them another 35k for a newer suv. They couldn’t care less and wouldn’t return my calls and in no way were they interested in taking another 35k from me. I went across the street and those guys happily took my 35k and got me what I wanted lol. Will never be back or recommend.

Very disappointed in customer care an value. Don't buy a vehicle here from any locations if you value your money, and health. The vehicle was two years old, and it took them 40 min to give me the car proof report, which it only takes about 5 minutes, to find out the car was in a wreck with 12000 worth of damages. They were not willing to budge on the price, knowing that the damages fixed, was half the amount of the car. They buy their cars cheap from huge accidents, fix them up pretty, and sell them at full cost to make their money. Never experienced such a shady company. Do not buy a car from here.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went in to test drive a 2007 Mustang. I informed them that I was willing to pay up to $350 a month. They proceeded to pull 4 Credit Inquiries, hitting my credit bureau hard, only to come back to me with the offer of $650 a month at %20 interest. They were pushy when I told them that offer is absolutely ridiculous and that no sane person would even consider that offer. When I stated I just wanted the $500 deposit back, they pushed even harder to try to convince me to take the offer. I had to ask 4 times before they finally conceded and put the deposit back on my credit card.

Fake Reviews very unprofessional, all cars are auction cars from BC auctions. Most cars have accidents that are privately repaired and don't show up on the car proofs. Look carefully for any welds and paint differences in the paint and you will see. Beware!

Bought a used vehicle and was told if I wrote a good google review they’d fill my gas tank before I left. So I did, a month later my new car needs a new transmission which will cost more than the car itself. I was told it was mechanically sound and in perfect condition. Only to find out it needs a new transmission and my muffler was hanging on by a thread. Incredibly displeased because there is no warranty. Don’t listen when they say their mechanic signs off, bring your own mechanic. Was certainly taken advantage of.

Update 3 weeks in' Vehicle was never cleaned on delivery. it has issues that should have be disclosed. Instead of them just clearing the continual engine light. Oil leak way inside the engine bay, cheap windshield that was put in that doesn't support heads up display properly and has a manufacturer indent on it. Few other things. Reached out haven't gotten a reply. Fair, Trust Worthy, with a Family Atmosphere. Will recommend them! Best dealership ever!

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! They waste your time and claim they will bring a vehicle in for you then make you wait once you get there any ways to ever look at it. The one guy was extremely rude, we where going in to see a vehicle that we where interested in, the second you ask questions you get huffed at and talked down to like you know nothing. We were asked to come back twice and we did both times which was a total waste of time as out third trip into the office which was scheduled the guy wasn't even there. No call from his stating that he wouldn't be there or from someone else in the office. We don't live in town so coming back a fourth time was not an option. When not only was the guy not there for our appointment but we also had to fight to get our deposit back as they couldn't meet any of our criteria after swearing that they could.

A month after the purchase something seriously went wrong with the engine because the car was not keeping normal oil pressure. They will lie and scam you to make a sale. The customer service was ridiculously bad and he spent most his time on his cell phone while I was viewing the car. I should of turned around and walked out right then but I decided to give it a try as I drove 4 hours to view the car (I'm from out of town). Fast forward 6 months and I went to a dealership Here at home to get an appraisal on the car, turns out there was an $18000 collision on the car that they failed to tell me about which is illegal. BE VERY CAREFUL !!! Bought a couple of years old car there that within minutes after picked up it stopped working and engine light went off. I called them immediately and their answer was: "you are not in our yard anymore, the car is yours and it is your problem" If you make any claim they will not only deny everything but they threat you and your family saying: "We have your work and home address, so stop complaining, we do not want to make this bigger" Really? Is this a 3rd world country where you fix problems hurting people? I do not think so. Very friendly when you are buying, but criminals when you complaint. BE AWARE !!!

My husband and I went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to shop around. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help. We were interest in 2 cars and the salesman, Ish, told us we couldn't test one car because the fuse was burn and we couldn't test drive the other because it was parked inside. He told us to come the next day and he'd have both cars ready and booked us in. We come in and he doesn't even acknowledge us! The car with the broken fuse was no where to be found and the other one is still parked inside. I was very shocked and disappointed. I expected him to have both cars ready for us! Although, he was helping another custome, he could've at least come to say hi and for us to wait for him to finish. But he couldn't even face us because he didn't have either of the cars ready. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Arvin has helped me with all the questions, arranged test drive and was very patient, friendly person with such good personality with good customer service skills I have ever dealt with. Very good luxury stunning collection. My car originally came with Continental tires which approximately less than 30% left on it, but still drivable, but when I mentioned it to Arvin, he didn’t hesitate to contact his boss to get them replaced with bran new Dunlop high performance tires which included in our deal. Do not purchase a used vehicle from these guys. We bought a SUV from here and regretted it 4 days later. Before purchasing, we asked the sales individual if the vehicle had any mechanical issues, which he responded by saying no. Also that the mechanic at the shop inspects the vehicles before selling; However, this was not the case, we ended up paying close to $2000 to fix the issue regarding the SUV. We contacted the sales associate via email and talked to him in person regarding a compensation, but he kept telling us he will contact his management and see what they can do. Its been over a month and we have not been contacted. I am posting this because I don't want anyone to go through the same stress we have had too after purchasing a vehicle from here.

Last time I was at the dealership, they told me they only do test drives by appointment so I called on Friday Oct 28 to book one for the next day (29th). I spoke with a guy named Sam who assured me that the car would be ready out front when I got there at 10:45am. I got there and the car was not ready. In fact, it was still in the back of the warehouse. I got quickly ushered into the sales office where I told the salesperson upfront that I would NOT be trading in my existing vehicle. This fell on deaf ears as he took us both outside and started doing an appraisal, calling his manager and telling me how much he could offer. I was at their location for close to 30 minutes and only ever got 5 minutes with the vehicle. The salesperson didn't even OFFER to let me sit in it until I asked him. The vehicle was in the back blocked by all of their luxury Lambos/Porsches/Ferraris. I understand that moving the vehicles in and out of the garage can be time consuming which is why I called ahead to book a test drive. The impression that I got was that they don't want to put any work into getting a vehicle ready until they have an obligation from you to buy it. The sales guy kept talking about "making a deal today" within 5 minutes of me setting foot in there and I had barely even seen the car. While the vehicle was well-priced, there was no way for me to tell if it was mechanically sound without driving it myself first. I won't be coming back as these guys make the initial process too difficult and they want to jump straight away to closing the sale.

I called ahead to set an appointment on a vehicle at this lot. I had read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I spoke with a fellow on the phone and set the appointment for Saturday at 3:30pm. I work for myself and so time is valuable and taking time away from my business is significant as I charge hourly. I arrived at the lot and after waiting around 10 minutes, I was informed that 'they' didn't bring the vehicle and that it was at the sister lot and someone would take me there. Taking me there meant a person riding in my vehicle with me, apparently. I arrived at the other lot and was greeted warmly and asked to wait while they brought the car over. After 10 minutes, I was offered a refreshment, kindly and politely turned it down. Another 5 minutes passed and I was informed that the car had two flat tires that were being attended to and the car would arrive soon. After some more waiting, I was told that someone would be able to take me there and if I liked the condition, THEN the would address the tires. Out of curiosity, I asked where the location of the lot was to go and see the vehicle for myself (it was about two blocks away). I arrived at the lot with the keys and found that the fob would not work, as I assume the battery was dead. The car had four flat tires, no battery life, rust starting on the rock chips on the hood, and severely scratched paint. As I went to leave, a kind salesperson arrived and asked if I wished to reschedule my test drive. I said that it would be a pass and that the vehicle was in very rough shape (and likely ready for scrap) as it sat on the rims under the baking sun. It was a used Audi A3 and priced over 13k, so not a $500 Honda with 250,000km on it. I was thoroughly disappointed in this experience and the way that things were conveyed and handled from start to finish. I have no trust in this dealership to be transparent or to be forthcoming about anything after this. I had inquired on the phone about how the drive was as this was diesel vehicle and was assured that it drove very well and that I would really love it compared to the gasoline version. I am unsure how this vehicle has been driven in significant time, if ever, and that made me feel again lied to. I could have billed the two hours of my time out for well over $300 and was quite irritated that I had spent my time to arrive for a test drive. Especially while trying to be respectful of the salesperson's time and arriving on time for my appointment and wanting to practice as safe a practice as possible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as it was shady from start to finish and the lack of transparency and attention to detail was shocking. It is unfortunate as this dealer has many different ads of nice looking vehicles posted, but there is no way to ascertain which are which. Buyer beware and avoid wasting your time would be my advice.
