Customer service was the worst. Sign says open at 9 and they show up at 930 and make you wait another 20 mins. No smile and not helpful when asking questions. Won't be back here.

I never write a review but really disappointed by their service. The store is open Friday - Sunday only. So, I visited last Sunday morning and he said he is all sold out of halal chicken, which is fine. I went back this week on Friday and he said he doesn''t have chicken today. Come tomorrow. So, on Saturday, before going to his shop I called him and he said chicken is available and the shop is open till 7 pm. I reach there half an hr after call at 5:30 pm and he said cutting machine is cleaned for the day, come tomorrow. I mean seriously?? I called you half an hr before coming!!! I visit your shop THREE times during your hours and you don't have chicken. Disappointing!

This owner is scam, he over prices customers and fools them. We are going to report him to health and safety. Dirty location- rude to seniors abusing vulnerable sectors and should be shut down.

If I could give this place a zero I would, they are rude and arrogant, they had absolutely nothing other than meat, I asked if they had any fruits, she rudely said no, I asked when and if they were going to get any she said I don't know. I will pay double the price anywhere else, but I will never go back here, this coming from a fellow BAKSH

I would give this place a zero if I could! This place is filthy! Years ago the meat was great, however it’s now gone down the drain! They rob you when it comes to the meat.

Extremely rude service. Called to ask if they have duck meat and they said yes. Drove 1/2 hr. to get there, only to find they had none. When I told the man at the meat counter that I was told they had duck, his reply was "you think the duck go wait for you?!" Any establishment that treats their customers with such disdain is not worthy of my patronage.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. Shelves are bare, dark, grimy, and not to mention it lacks all aspects of customer service. I'm sure this place would not pass a health inspection. Owner has an atrocious attitude, and is judgemental towards his customers. My mother & I were horrified after shopping here. There is MANY West Indian grocers out there, do yourself a favour and stay FAR FAR away from this one. I would never give this place my business again, almost walked out entirely without my meat. Place needs to be shut down.
