I bought 2 full sirloin for 60, Amazing tender meat for a good price. Met the owner Danny and he’s a great lad, educating me through each of the meat: it wasn’t over there after I bought it, I had to cook it and taste the quality for myself. Top notch. I would recommend this butcher to anyone. It’s liked in York, however they do a good service and offer great price!

Hidden gem of York if you're looking for some lush meat. Came here on the way out to a camping trip for the BBQ and found some really nice steaks. Topped it with some Stilton cheese in a tub. I'll be back here again for sure. Great customer service too, Thank you

About time I did a review, we have been using York Wholesale Meats for a few years now. We enjoy the fantastic service we get from them. We have had BBQ, freezer filler, bronze Xmas packs since they opened up at York business park. All meat is top quality and needless to say, we will always shop there.

I've bought meat from this place on several occasions. Some of the best quality meats I've had in a long time and their prices are extremely competitive. Also, had a Christmas Hamper from there last year and it was one of the best Christmas dinner's we have had to date. I pay them a visit whenever possible- great bunch of people working there!

Found this place with it's fantastic delivery service during the first lockdown. It was a god send during isolation! We have used ever since and will continue to do so. I've bought from here a number of times and have never been let down any time. The quality of the meat is great regardless of what type you buy, nice thick cuts as well for big appetites. You can really taste the difference compared to supermarkets and it's much better value. I eat a strict low-carb diet so need plenty of good quality meat regardless of cost so great to feel you get value for money too! I normally go to the shop itself but tried the delivery facility this time and was very happy with both, everyone is always really helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been purchasing my meat for the past year at Yorkshire Wholesale Meats and could not be happier. The staff are super friendly, the products are well-displayed, and prices are way more competitive than those of mainstream supermarkets. Very disappointed with 20 pound rump steak offer their was more fat and gristle and they were very tough i wouldn't feed it to my dog's we won't be going back
