I love the young woman named Andrea at Igloo in North York for the small wear products. In particular, I want to say that this gal is truly amazing! You can ask her for any product and she knows the code number if you have with you and where it is right away, unlike going to other stores where the staff has zero knowledge of their own inventory. The prices are very reasonable, the quality cannot be beat and all the staff is always friendly and very helpful. There are great sale items, as well to find randomly each week. All products we purchased had problems and when we tried to return products 60% of the product’s price was used as “restucking fee”. So in order to not face this problem I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this place to begin with.

Read the below And check the photos I uploaded! Low quality products We spend over $20,000 in IGLOO For - 40Q Eurodip Dough Mixer - Meat Slicer - Pizza Oven - a lot more! ****Fraud**** Their Products Quality is below Zero! - Meat Slicer: When we slice deli, meat goes inside the slicer, and you cannot clean it, it smells like a dead body! - Dough Mixer: They told me its for pastry not for Pizza Dough! Why? Because pizza dough is hard and made weekly! I told them we make our dough daily! Which is soft! They told me ok then you should be fine! And now after one month, every couple days we find a screw inside our dough which dropped from the mixer! Its keeps dropping oil! The belt keep scratching! They send technition to our store, he checked the mixer and said mixer has a problem! When its working even without dough inside it belt scratch and moves a lot! At that time they told me they will change the mixer! But when i went to their store they totally changed the report and told me no we cannot change it! You have to put less flour inside! And we only filled half a bowl! If i was supposed to fill less than half a bowl, why i should get a 40Q Mixer??? I uploaded the pictures of mixer here! You can see what a garbage it is! They told me if we want to exchange it we will deduct 30% restocking fee! I accept that as well! But now they don’t answer my call! - Pizza Master Oven Yes, Such a good brand! They asked to bring pizza and test! On the day of testing, they only turn on one floor of oven! Why?? When we bought the oven, we found out that floor they didn’t turn on for us to test, burnt under the pizzas We tried different temperatures but still burn under, uncooked the top! When i called they keep sending us Alpha Sales Person! Not Igloo technision! The only thing we get and we were kind of happy was the pans! However they told us it will arrive in a week, but they arrived three to four weeks later! They don’t accept any responsibility of their products! Also i have to add Its not Sales Person Problem! Mr Morteza is really helpful!

I would not even give them a rating to be honest! First Mr Henry at Igloo who sold us the fridges and now Mr Sameer.( bought over 40k worth of fridges from Igloo). I have telephonic recorded conversation from 1 month where Mr sameer said that it is common practice for company to have the customer fix their fridges and then send invoice to the company. when i sent him an email, he straight away denied any conversation on the phone and stated that fridges are coming only with 1 yr warranty. but these fridges have 3 yrs warranty! now the company doesnt want to pay the 500$ bill. Please make sure you understand what you buy, as all these SALES AGENTS are just LIARS!! they will lie to get anything from you! so please make sure you understand before purchasing fridges from them.

I have been buying the display coolers from Igloo for our two bakeries and have been extremely happy with the quality of the products. We had 6 coolers since 2008 and never had single issue with these products and these are the nicest looking in the market. Just bought 2 new ones, which looks amazing. I have been dealing with Mike and Roslyn and the experience has been great. They were always able to answer all the questions regarding the products, especially during Covid, there were delivery challenges. They made sure to calm my nerves. Also, the delivery team guys were extremely nice people. They spent lot of time setting up the coolers and helped us out of the way to align these with our counters.

I would like to commend all the staff there who were working today. We checked google and it says the showroom is open til 8 pm so we went there around 530 pm and the sign on the door says they're only open til 5 pm. We were dismayed, but one of their sales rep was going back inside (from his break I guess?) and saw us. He said he'll see what he can do and check if he can let us in. The owner was there and greeted us warmly. They even offered us water. They took the time to show us around as we needed a bunch of equipment for the restaurant. The owner asked what the problem was with our current equipment and he even referred one of his repair guys to us just to make sure that we needed a replacement and won't be wasting money purchasing a large item. They were all friendly, thorough with their explanations and very sincere. Their customer service is 10/10. The place was clean and prices were affordable. They're not just there to make a "sale" but they make sure you're picking the right equipment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for commercial food equipment. Keep up the excellent work guys!

I would give it no star, but there is no this option. I bought an under-counter fridge from this store last year. Two month ago got water leaking inside problem. I called Igloo requiring a repair, but need to call them again since nobody contact me for the service. Later a technician from the service company came but didn't repair the problem. The technician said my fridge was not levelled which caused the leaking problem. I bought a level gauge and put it on the top, it showed the fridge is actually levelled. I sent the pictures to Igloo and waited almost two weeks but nobody reply. Called Igloo again they just asked me to call the manufacturer directly. called Igloo toll free number again and tried to talk to their service manager, the lady told me hold on a moment then just hung up my call. Called their local number, the lady said she is upset and going to hung up my phone call. She told me the warranty is on the manufacturer, I can't return the fridge to them although I bought it from them. I told her my fridge is still under warranty, you don't help me to get it repaired, and you don't allow me to return it, is that the way you treat your customer? She just hung up my call again. Tanks god there is not only one food equipment distributor there, so when you need those expensive food equipment, be careful to choose a right supplier.

After already they were 2 months late of delivering the equipment! trying to have someone repair the fridge is impossible. As well, if you are trying to return something you havent even used yet. Worst customer service ever. Go anywhere except this place. They are nice to you while you’re purchasing something from them but you dont want to see the day if you have a problem or anything with what you bought. They all change and say it’s your problem we told you do this do that even tho they didn’t tell you anything except being nice to you. It’s a fraud and when ever you ask to talk to the owner (Stant) they say he’s in Las Vegas or on vacation even though he’s in his office right beside you but doesn’t want to come talk to you since he already knows he’s doing fraud. Your choice if you want to go there and try them out. Good luck

Sales rep was very helpful and took his time while showing me around and explaining the various types/brands of equipment they offer. He took the time to understand my business/needs and offered great solutions. At no point did I feel rushed or forced into buying something I didn't really need or want. The display cases that I ended up selecting are top notch and like no other. They look beautiful in my store and I couldn't be happier.

Igloo was awesome one stop shop with on site financing available! Made my new business purchase an ease. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Made sure I was fully equipped and ready for business. I inquired on returns and warranty based on previous reviews and was assured there is no problem. A side note. usually warranty repairs go through the manufacturer of a product not the retail location unless they provide and in store warranty.

Igloo is the only place I will ever take my equipment needs. Their products and recommendations for my operations have never failed. I have fridges from igloo in one of our locations from 2001. These guys are the GOLD STANDARD of equipment. In my last purchase we bought new open fridges, hot tables and cold tables with thankfully the help of Eddie. I was treated professionally with great time flexibility. Eddie came measured and we decided what would be the best for us, and so we ordered. The Open fridges, Hot tables and Cold tables came in looking great and installed perfectly. Due to the new fridges and us removing the walk-in cooler, our sales have risen. On top of that the hot tables and cold tables we have are busier than ever. Igloo also has a great CRM system where they consistently check in on their customer. Eddie and Robert made sure of that, and that the fridges needed everything prior to the installation and after. This is the only establishment I would ever recommend to my business partners, friends and family. Great company ran by great people.
