Best butcher around! Great customer service and products. Come here weekly for our breakfast sausages, schnitzel, pepperettes and summer sausage. Fresh deli meat, sausage, meat and desserts we grab as needed. With the rise in the price of meat over the years, Nith Valley has remained more than competitive with fellow butchers and not compromised quality while doing so. Would definitely recommend to anyone. :)

Our go-to place for great, local products. The friendly folks are always ready to do a custom cut. If I'm making Osso Buco, I'm only a minute from the best possible Beef Shanks. The parking lot seems busy a lot, so I suspect that the locals agree. They also have local baking and specialty foods. Worth a little detour off the main drag. Wish they were downtown New Hamburg!

You get what you pay for. Quality product and friendly staff. There is no difference from fresh to frozen here so even in a budget you can feed your family quality food at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This is a hard working local family that makes best bacon, sausages, cold cuts, buuuuurgers, custom cuts..... you name it !!! We followed them from farmers market in London, to Stafford and now in New Hamburg since our friends introduced us in 2008!!! They have amazing product, hands down!

This butcher is a weekly staple in our house - the ribeye and striploin steaks, along with the pork schnitzel, pork chops, burgers and sausage are all top notch, especially when considering the very reasonable pricing. The service is superb, making supporting this small community business a total no brainer!

went there THREE TIMES FOR FRESH ground beef and it was always frozen and this man tried to make a excuse why it wasn't fresh becasue of a injury and yet they have like five people working there and NOT one can make fresh ground beef?? going elsewhere now please do not go there i saw the amish woman blowing her nose and not wearing gloves and touching the meat without gloves thats really bad hygiene ,,and crosscontainment and also they did not offer me any free meat since i went three times ,, what a joke and wasted my time ,,, five people not one can ground the beef?? wow ,,,,,, losing interest in this place ,, also u have to pay cash no credit thats not really good for people who doesn't carry cash at all ,,, every store has credit cards ,,,

They have a really good selection of quality meats. I use to go here all the time until they stopped accepting MasterCard (credit) payments. I'm sorry guys, but a lot of people now a days pay with credit over debit/cash. I use to spend almost $100 a week or so and now I will have to go else where, since all other butchers accept credit. Thanks...

Picked up some NY Ribeye steak for a get together. The staff working was so helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she helped and stayed within the price range I was comfortable with. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. I love the variety of all the products. We also picked up some dill cheese and taco cheese curds. For dessert we pick up ginger cookies- crazy soft. Thank you for helping us have an amazing dinner.

Once we found this shop, we only purchase our meat here. The staff is very helpful with cuts and cooking information. We enjoy the smoked pork hocks, smoked pork chops and schnitzel. We have friends that come from West of London to purchase their meat and from Hamilton. The shop also has specialty items, along with an amazing bakery rack.
