Excellent Product, cant beat it. Small Factory with an outlet if you want to buy some smoked fish. I highly suggest calling ahead as hours aren't set in stone, and they sell out early in the week a lot of times, so good to make sure they have it before driving all the way out there! Keep making great smoked fish!!!!
