Wonderful selection of meats. Also, wonderful baked products from various vendors in Windsor. Good selection of frozen items and pre-made meals. They are located right next to a bakery for those special items you might not be able to find.

They're by far my favorite butcher in the city. Some cuts can be pricey but the quality is always top notch. Also, the original pork shish kabobs which you can get for $33 for 20 Frozen are phenomenal. Staff is always very friendly and quick to assist.

Used to go here for years but unfortunately the prices have sky rocketed and the quality has diminished. It was my fathers birthday a couple weeks ago so I decided to treat him with some dry aged prime rib steaks for his birthday dinner. I know dry aged steaks are expensive so I’m not complaining simply based on price. Paid $100 for 2 bone in dry aged rib steaks(4lb total so $25 a pound) These steaks were not dry aged at all. Paid 100$ for 2 prime rib steaks. No dry aged flavour and they were nowhere near as tender as a dry aged steak should be (I’ve been buying dry aged steaks/dry aging my own steaks for years). I felt extremely ripped off. My father also agrees these steaks were not dry aged. Sorry Medels you were once one of my go to butcher shops but I will be taking my business down the street to Ted Farrons from now on. I will not return.

Purchased the beef "mesquite" shish kabobs ($3.50 each if I remember) for a family BBQ on Wednesday. All of us who ate the beef, about 6 of us, got sick that evening. One of the clinic doctors believes that there was Salmonella in the beef. I grilled them on the BBQ well-done. There was no pink on the inside. Upon purchase, I put the meat in the fridge immediately (5 minute drive home). I did not cross contaminate the raw meat with any other food.

Small local south windsor gem! Great selection of fresh and frozen meats. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always good quality products picked up, have never been disappointed. Have some deli meats and a small but good selection of sides fresh and frozen. Some breads buns and spices as well. Great little spot!
