A great butcher shop, based on the two experiences I've had with them. I dropped off wild meat to be turned into smokies on both occasions. Pros: - Great location with lots of parking - Staff are friendly, honest, and pleasant - Finished product was top quality - Butcher was able to take my meat at last minute - Calls are answered or returned in a timely manner Cons: - Took over three months for my second order of meat to be ready. This was disappointing, as I was given the impression that the meat would be ready much sooner, and in time for Christmas. I would have given a five star review if I'd known how long it would take right from the start. Neutral: - The price was reasonable/fair considering the quality of the product. I didn't feel like I was getting a great deal, but also I didn't feel like I was being ripped off.
