Excellent. Do you like Irish and British style meat products. I am from Ireland and lived in Metro Van for 10 years. I have tried over dozen sources for Irish style bacon and black pudding. At last I found the best. So good and so authentic I couldn`t believe what I was tasting. I hadn`t realized this was where my wife had been buying some special meat cuts so she loves if for other reasons

This small but mighty butcher shop has that small-town feel. Locally owned with lots of staff. Aged, top grade beef and they will tell you everything you need to know but their product. The taste is the real test for quality and I do love the product. Also, they have an assortment that I have yet to try. Thanks and I will be back .....

Just moved into the area and stopped in yesterday, we were helped by Brooks, he was kind and super informative. We ending up leaving with a bag full of different meats. So far we've had their in house made sausages which are amazing, as well as their bacon, and short ribs. I am excited to become a regular customer of this local business, as well as purchasing a hind quarter of beef that they cut to your liking...I learned all about this as he gave us so much information.

First time trying this place and it was great! The lady helping me took the time to ask me what I was using the ground beef for and made suggestions. Got a tenderloin steak and burger beef. The steak and burger were the best I have made at home. Great quality meat and I am excited to try the other products. I wont be going back to the grocery stores, meridian meats, etc.
