Always a five star. Perfect pork shoulder tonight and amazing glaze with a Rhubard blend that is in Sues shop. I love to drop in and find out exactly how to cook what I buy and what temp to work with. I don't really like to cook that much but it certainly does help out a ton. Between the great butcher and the chef cooking classes with Anne-Marie and the fab roaster from the cooking store (The Cooks Cupboard) here I am really seeing an improvement. ;-)
