A neighborhood gem! I’ve lived here for seven years and just discovered this place. Not just a butcher shop - they sell pasta, oils and condiments, sauces, fresh produce, sliced breads, ready to go hot-table and frozen meals. This has been a lifesaver for us during the pandemic to avoid going to larger grocery stores. The meat is fresh and great quality at fair prices. We were overspending down the street at the boutique-y butcher who shall go un-named. Staff are lovely and helpful.

I lived on Atlas Ave for a few years and would frequently come here to pick up meat and ready made foods. love supporting local family businesses. the quality of their products is outstanding and always nice to be greeted with a smile. We moved to Ajax but still make a stop when we are in the city for rapini sausages and home made sauce ????

My daughter just came back with 2 steaks that look horrible. These are strip loins. The left one is cut so it’s very thin at the bottom, which means it will be over done. Both are filled with fat and not the nice marbled fat one hopes for. She said there were only 3 steaks left which is probably why these two undesirables were left. 3 stars because the meat was tender and tasty

I have been going to this family run GEM of a butcher, since I was a kid and even tho we have moved to north GTA, we STILL COME here. The Meats are fresh, prices are good, service is great! If you don't see something, ask , they will most likely get it for you from the back fridge & cut it right in front of you. You can get ready made meals such as Lasagna & Eggplant parmigiana. Some days they make fresh Porketta right out of the oven. They also sell Fresh pastas & sauces, sausages, cold cuts, cheese and some Italian grocery items. This place has been around for about 40 years with the same owner. That should mean something!

So far I love everything I bought such as homemade meat lasagna, rice ball and veal. Trying to catch them earlier in the day so I can try other stuff. Prices are reasonable on just about everything. Very friendly family run business. Have I mentioned that the place is very clean!!!

Terrible. Both butchers (father and daughter?) were rude, tried to charge me $20-$25 more than they told me to expect, and sent me home with cuts of beef looking nothing like the first cut they showed me. I will never go back or recommend Atlas to my worst enemy.

This is my go to butcher. Tony and family run a great business for over 40 years. Prices very reasonable. They will make special orders….sausage, skewers, meatballs, veal roast….etc. just ask.

My husband and I love Atlas - we go there several times per week. Not only is their meat good quality and price, but they have amazing authentic Italian products as well. Love the veal parmesan, pizza, tomato sauce, lasagna, fresh veggies and buns.
