I went to Pure Granite Rocks! because they have such a good reputation. Straight away, Jodi got involved to help me choose just the right quartz pattern for my kitchen. She was patient while I took samples home and dragged backsplash tiles in. She also provided accurate estimated costs so that we could budget for the renovation. Angela got us on track with the order in which things must be done since we chose to do as much of the preparation work ourselves as we possibly could. When the day of installation arrived, the workers Chad and Dave called to say they were on their way, arrived on time and got to work immediately. In under four hours, they had our beautiful new quartz counters installed. They even wiped and shined the countertop before they left! Very little dust was made because they vacuumed with their big industrial machine as they drilled the necessary holes and polished a few edges. My husband and I are very pleased with everyone at Pure Granite Rocks! and recommend them highly. Their excellent reputation is well deserved!

I am the owner of Kare Physiotherapy which is a Women's Health Physiotherapy Clinic in Kelowna and I first used Pure Granite Rocks to install a "Titanium Gold" granite counter top in my clinic waiting room. My wife and I were really pleased with the countertops we got from Floform and their quality of service. The consultation went very smoothly and their sales representative offered some great options and advice specific for our kitchen. She also made every effort to customize our quote to fall within our budget. The rep who took the measures gave us some helpful suggestions on the size of our countertops as well. The installers were punctual, very courteous and helpful with advice on how to care for the countertops. They also secured the dishwasher and cleaned the countertops well. We were really impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and willingness to accommodate me as a customer. We're looking forward to using them again when we finish construction on our carriage home. They're easy to work with!

I recently had my countertops redone in quartz. I had put this off for a long time as I thought it would be a hassle to set up. Kristi came to my house to explain the options and to help me choose a product. Kevin then measured the counters and Jason installed them. The process was very simple with a great result. Jason M. did the counter top install of our new construction. Both he and his help did a very professional job and were very respectful of our new house. As far a service goes, we had to make a small change in the quartz to allow the downdraft to fit in the island behind the stove top. Jason drove from Vernon to Clearwater ( 2 1/2 hour drive ) for a five minute alteration. Now that's service!!!

Working with Pure Granite Rocks was an absolute pleasure. We had problems with pitting from countertops that were installed by another company in Kelowna a few weeks ago. The other company is no longer dealing with Cambria, so we were left on our own to resolve the issue. Pure Granite Rocks stepped up to the plate and fixed everything for us. Craig made the 4 hour drive to our home and did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. My outside wall was not quite square so the person that traced the design put a little more on that edge which makes it a lot easier to put up the tile. The two guys that came to put it in were there no more than half hour and were gone with it in perfect place and holes drilled. The best part is my wife loves it. Perfect, thanks, Glen. ps. Our experience with Kristi and PGR was simply amazing! We had shopped around quite a few places before ending up at PGR and the customer service we received here was leaps & bounds above any other company. Kristi's friendly manner and level of knowledge put us at ease right away. We really enjoyed having the whole process explained to us, from selection of our rock to the install and everything in between. The turnaround time was exceptional, from the measuring to install was one week. When a piece arrived for install that was not up to their standards, they had a new piece cut , delivered and installed 24 hours later. The installation crew were friendly and respectful of my home. The follow-up service since our install 10 months ago has been exceptional as well. Some minor imperfections were discovered and each time, they dispatched a tech to bring the granite counter top up to their exceptional standards, even if it was just a 10 minute touch up. Their pricing was very competitive, I would recommend this company to everyone!

Very unprofessional customer service...called and e-mailed to ask if they installed granite shelves for the shower stalls and no one bothered to call me back. Had to contact them three times untill I finally found someone that would answer my question....to be informed that their minimum was a 300 job....would have been more professional if they had responded to my e-mail or called me back....obviously only interested in the big jobs.

Happy with our countertops. However the delivery guy whined about going down 8 stairs while I helped him unload them from his truck in the first place. Super unhappy with the customer service as I had to get my elderly mother carry them down with me.
