I purchased a 55 gallon straight-up matt charcoal Gateway Drum Smoker from Gospel BBQ. What a great cooker! I have hung pork ribs, smoked tomahawk steaks and seared them off using the drum, cooked chicken with bacon wrapped asparagus, cooked low-n-slow pork butts at 225 for 12 hours, smoked pineapple, and used the drum to heat up my cast iron pans to temperatures not possible on a gas grill. Today I am smoking a brisket. This cooker is versatile and a lot of fun. The service at Gospel BBQ is awesome. Immensely helpful with inquiries and the turn around time for processing and delivery of orders is excellent. I am very pleased with the products and service I have received.

The owner really stands behinds his products! I love the fact that I can get duck fat here in Canada. I couldn't find that product anywhere prior to finding Gospel BBQ!
