You know when you cook bacon morally, you end up with half slices stale after cooking and 1 inch of oil in the bottom of the pan .... but not with bacon RDJ. After cooking, there is almost no oil in the bottom of the steak and the slices barely shrink ..... The ham and bacon have a taste like when you were young and with a normal meat color. I recommend them warmly and without fear! (Original) Osé acheter les produits RDJ, plus ,demander les!!!!! Je réagi a tous les additifs que l'on retrouve dans le porc ainsi que les hormones de croissances et tout le tralala que l'on retrouve dans le porc du Québec.... ce porc du RDJ est merveilleux, je ne réagi a aucun de leur produits. Vous savez quand on fait cuire du bacon moralement , on se retrouve avec des demi tranches tout rabougri apres cuisson et 1 po d'huile dans le fond de la poêle.... mais pas avec le bacon RDJ. Après cuisson, il ni a presque pas d'huile dans le fond de la poelonne et les tranches rapetisse a peine.....Le jambon et le bacon on un gout comme quand on etait jeune et avec une couleur de viande normal. Je les recommande chaudement et sans craintes!
