Absolutely amazing place, super friendly staff with an amazing selection of quality meat priced well. They vacuum seal all there meats preserving freshness and keeping things sanitary which leaves the store smelling quite nice. They asked me how i was cooking my steak and when I told them I was going to cook it sousvide they even seasoned and vacuum sealed it for me. Will be back for all meat purchases.

Bought a wagyu picanha marble score 4-5 for $135 and it was so old tasting, I couldn't even finish the steak, vac sealed and froze the rest. After a couple of months made tacos with the left overs and still couldn't eat it. I guess it sat in their fridge for too long before sold.

All my family can say is WOW! For Christmas Dinner my son had a beautifully cut inch and a half T-Bone while my wife and I each had a Filet Mignon. We cooked carefully to a Rare-Medium Rare and let rest. The taste of every bite was extraordinary. Thanks to Alex Meat Market for making a memorable Christmas Dinner.

the owner is super friendly, and knowledgeable! Price is not cheap, but very good 'value' (average ranging $20-25\lb) for excellent cut, quality of steak! You can request however you prefer to cut your steak, thickness etc, and they will even marinate, vacuum seal them for you! My butcher of choice if I want a good steak for special occasion, or simply a nice treat to myself!

Came to this spot randomly as we were in the area for fam day and was an absolute treat!..Very warm and professional service and great recommendations. We got four really nice looking pork chops cut from the loin and seasoned on spot (Mediterranean style) for a tenner and change! Some excellent sharp dry cheese, wonderful chicken breast (cubed for us) and some other vaccum sealed chops that were preseasoned. Will be worth the drive back!..Chicken so far was dope!

Came here to buy burgers for the grill after having some great steaks. They were super friendly and helped me make a custom blend of ground beef and bacon. This is my go to butcher. Mike is super friendly and very knowledgeable. All their steaks are well aged things of beauty. Recently bought 3 ribeye Pei wagyu steaks. Topped it off with barbarian steak spice. Blew any steak I've had out of the water. Why waste money on an ok steak... Wait and to here!

Recently came in for the first time to get a prime rib and the guy there was fantastically friendly and helpful, made a daunting task crazy easy. The meat was amazing, came out beautiful thanks to his advice. And you know they have amazing prices when you see a line up of asians in an Italian butcher shop. I Google searched for a quality meat shop and this was among the first on the list with a high rating and good reviews. I decided to give them a call and Mike, the owner, was very pleasant, professional and inviting over the phone. I had gone in the next day and was greeted by Mike. I picked up a couple of beef tenderloin fillets to make beef Wellington. Boy was the meat fresh, and boy was that Wellington ever a hit. Amazing service from all staff and owner. I called for the first time, and told them the things I needed to make a burger. Answered all my questions, didn’t even bother to ask if I was going to come. I simply said thank you and I’ll swing by later. They didn’t know who I was, for all they could’ve known. I could have not even showed up. But when i came, the gentleman asked what I needed and started telling him the ingredients and he knew right away who I was. He said they already pre cut everything and prepared it all together for me ready to go. Quick in and out and ready for long weekend. Thanks everyone!!!
