Went for the first time today we were greeted by a gentleman with wonderful customer service skills offered a tasting of three cheeses which were amazing we purchased some of the cheese and some others items there I found it a little crowded but the personality of the staff there made you feel like you were the only ones there I will definitely tell others I know to go here as I highly recommend for service and great cheese and food

Located across the street from a Starbucks, where I plan my shopping experience. They have a great inventory of cheeses and meats, coupled with an excellent selection of pickles and other accoutrements. Be prepared to purchase more than you planned.

I was really excited to try this place out. First thing I tried was the pepperoni sticks. Not good. Pretty gross actually. Then we tried the cherry chocolate cheesecakes that were made in-house. Disgusting. We couldn't finish them. All that's left to try is the chorizo sausage. My expectations are very low. Maybe I just picked the wrong products, I'm not sure.

I refuse to buy steak anywhere else. Lol I don't even order it when we go out anymore. Nothing is as good as even the cheap cold smoked steaks they sell. Their jerky is addicting... fresh pasta and sauces are lovely... cheese selection is amazing - and don't get me started on the bacon! Believe me, trying to find parking is well worth it :P I make a trip down there weekly for groceries.

The man offering the samples was super nice and genial. You could tell he was excited about what he was offering, not some Costco sample person. I really enjoyed the selection there the cheeses were awesome. I hope to be back soon thank you so much. Best selection in town and it's decent way to start a date. Quite a cozy place, love the smell. I heard they have great cold smoke steaks, might be back for more.

The cold smoked sirloin is absolutely amazing, straight onto the grill from out of the wrapping and onto your plate! No seasoning, rub, or sauce required! It melts in your mouth and that smoked flavour is to die for. A side Greek salad and stuffed potatoe also purchased in store to accompany that fine cut of meat. We also left with 6 different types of specialty cheese. Highly recommend your next barbeque starts with a trip to Bulk Cheese Warehouse!

Honestly amazing meats, cold smoked steaks have been great and I've never had a miss yet. Nice clear instructions for social distancing and sanitizer at entrance and exit. Some might consider it to be a little pricey for some items but I'd much rather spend $20 on a steak once in awhile than pay $50+ for an inferior one at a steakhouse. Obviously the cheeses are incredible as well ;)

what is not to love about this place, you can get cold smoked steaks and pork chops stuffed potatoes pasta salads cookies the best cinnamon buns ever and beef jerky and my personal favorite the trappers bites, if you've never been to the bulk cheese warehouse you should check it out, they have so many more delicious foods as well as many many kinds of cheese, great place wonderful staff and incredible selection

Plenty of variety of Meats, Cheeses, Spreads, In House made Pasta and Sauces. This is a one stop shop for all meats and Cheeses. They also have a dessert area for in House made desserts as well as side dishes like pasta salad and bruschetta. This is my favorite place for steaks and bacon too. Truly must step inside for a look, I'm sure I'm forgetting tonnes of things. There is also free limited time parking in the back for patrons of this shop.

Great place but nowadays theyre pkg'ing their food like any grocery store would; vacuum packing. I don't shop grocery stores for things like fresh meats; steak, chops, roasts. Bulk Cheese Whrhs has it all fresh right down to their signature pepperoni, cacciatore etc. They've gone from selling bulk, self-serv fresh pepperoni/sausages out of their cooler to serving it for you behind the counter. With covid, this is needed but now they've moved to vacuum/pre-packaging everything. IMO that's a step too far for a shop that separates itself from everyone else by selling the idea of "Fresh". I had $60-70/month pepperoni habit (aside from everything else) that is now gone. I'm in withdrawal. Maybe that's a good thing...

I went in looking for one or two lactose free cheeses and thankfully a staff member helped me. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about cheese that I ended up buying six and some bread. Honestly it was probably my favourite shopping experience this whole year. I made a charcuterie board for my boyfriend and I after and all the cheeses recommended were amazing! I can't wait to go back and I hope I see that gentleman again!

If you haven't tried a "cold smoked" steak, you need to stop what you are doing and plan a steak dinner with steaks you pick up from bulk cheese. Can be considered fairly expensive, however if you compare it to having a good steak at a restaurant it will be much much cheaper and typically better quality. If you want better bang for your buck grab a cold smoked chicken. Lots of other great products as well. Really enjoy the cold smoked brisket as well. I only review businesses I like and recommend.

I love cheese, and that is partly because of the Bulk Cheese Warehouse. My family and I do an annual Saskatoon trip from northern Alberta to see family, and Bulk Cheese is one of my favourite stops. They have a beautiful selection of meats and cheeses and different kinds of snacks. You can't go wrong with any of the selection, but their cream cheeses are a particular favourite of mine for a toasted bagel, and the most incredible creamy bries. Everything is really reasonably priced for top of the line cheeses. Love their crab and cream cheese pastries as well. If you're feeling overwhelmed, their staff are super knowledgeable and so kind.

The bulk cheese warehouse is one of the best spots for cheese, meats, and other local products in Saskatoon. They invented the cold smoked steak, which is the best thing to ever happen to steaks! Check out their regular pasta/sauce specials as well. They also have taken all the necessary precautions to make shopping feel extremely safe during Covid. For gift ideas, they offer amazing food baskets for delivery across the city.

Bulk Cheese Warehouse filled our Wedding late lunch requirements - staff bent over backwards to keep to our low budget and I have never seen such beautiful cheese/meat boards & bread baskets. Our guests were astounded by the quality and variety of what was offered and to have little name flags on everything was a bonus. We received many, many compliments on the lunch. Fairly decent selection of gourmet items. Though it's not the only place in town you can find this kind of stuff. There's items you'll find here that other places don't have. Similarly there's stuff missing in this store that I need to go to other places to get. I can also find cold-smoked meats at Summit Meats in Sutherland too. And Summit does a better job of providing an overall selection of meats. So I wouldn't sign off TBCW as the best place to get meats in town. I was slightly put off by the grungy feel of the place though. The presentation department could take a page out of other meat shops in town.

This is a good shop. Good butcher, lots of choice for meat and cheese. They also have a good selection of homemade goodies (cheesecake, cinnamon buns) that are quite tasty. They have a selection of pasta fresh made and sauce. Go check em out.

I went to bulk cheese today as I haven't been in the store in a few years.I was craving some red meat. The staff was rude and unprofessional I felt. The meat is overpriced for the cuts. and I felt like I was unappreciated when I left. The butcher made me feel rushed. I have been to the store in a long time and wasn't sure of what I wanted. When I went to the cheese side I wasn't greated or asked if I wanted help or suggested anything or offered samples. The store isn't what I use to remember when I was younger. Still Great products. I'll try again another day
