We had a backyard wedding for 30 people and everyone loved Boryski’s catering. We got drop & go service which was easy to set up. Guests raved about both the tasty ham and super tender roast beef! The gravy, as well as all the sides and salads were great too. We ordered 2 mixed trays for a ‘midnight lunch’ that didn’t end up happening (no one was hungry as we were all still satisfied from a great supper) - so they were used for a come & go brunch the next day, and we still had lots left over. Everything was absolutely delicious and user friendly, not to mention very reasonably priced. Recommended!

This place is just awesome! I bought some Alligator here two weeks ago. It was kind of like a cross between chicken and pork, but every third bite or so tasted like Walleye, so it might be an acquired taste for some. Unless you like pork, chicken and fish all mixed up together. Then it's amazing! This is a fantastic meat shop though. The service is great, the food is great, and they have every cut of meat you can imagine, including my personal favorite, tomahawk steaks! I'm hoping that one of these days they will get in some kangaroo or giraffe or something......

Favourite butcher shop in the city, worth the trip every time! Employees are super helpful and fun to talk to while you shop. The quality of the meat is superior! An added bonus is that they have the best hotdogs for only $1 which is a great snack for while you're shopping! Also bought love the perogies!

Went in there strictly for the beef jerky, having never tried it from this place. While it is thick and tender, it’s definitely NOT the best in the city like they claim, it’s very salty, beef jerky should be more Smoky than salty. Giving 2 stars because the meat was tender, and staff was very friendly.

There are quite a number of things wrong with this place. Fist off, they are beginning to become overpriced for what they serve. But here are a few things that I find wrong with this place: 1) Lettuce on the sandwiches is limp and has gone soggy 2) Lots of things are made poorly as far as sausage quality goes, from the meat being ground too much, to terrible seasonings. It's just not good. 3) Often get the craps immediately after eating there, but not other restaurants or butcher shops 4) Have found mold on my dried sausages more than once. 5) Found hair in my potato salad, more than once 6) Potatoes are often, not always, but often undercooked in the salad. 7) 1:50$ for a can of pop? What happened to 1$ when you buy them for cheap in bulk? In general, the food is not as good as it is hyped. They really need to either pick being a catering company or butcher and focus on making it good. Because as it is, they are failing at both. Just drive down the street a bit more, and go to Prairie Meats.

Boryski's was fantastic to work with for our wedding catering! They work with exactly what you're looking for, replied quickly, and provided us with more than enough food. The food itself was the Ukrainian meal, and it was absolutely delicious. Boryski's did the entire set up for the buffet line, and they cleaned up the table afterward. They also made our cold cut midnight lunch, and had it totally ready for us to just set out on a table. I would recommend for wedding catering!

They have everything! Including piece of pie. Going for a picnic? Stop there first. Footlongs topped with pulled pork. What? Yes. Pulled pork sandwiches, wings, pickled eggs and more. Of course all your bbq needs including spices and marinades to go with any cut of meat you could want.

YUM YUM YUMM !! We had Boryski's cater for our wedding for aprox 120 people. It was so good, we still have guests talking about it. Would highly recommend them. We did the turkey supper and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Vert reasonably priced. Also recommend there midnight lunch options, we did sandwich meats & buns ect was excellent as well, had loads left over !

Sign outside the store says "best jerky in saskatoon". HAHAHa I bought the siracha beef jerky and omg it was almost inedible. If you want to die from a salt overdose get this jerky. Steer clear of this clown show.

Don't let the store's shabbiness discourage you, it's all very clean and staff is helpful. Many types of sausage and best jerky! They offer a sample for most. They also have lot of premade frozen meals, patties or meat balls, all for good, reasonable price.

Used to love stopping in on Wednesdays for sausage on a bun. Went for the first time in years and boy has it changed. It's now "smoked hotdog" on a bun. The price is still low ($2.50 ea) but the dogs were very dry and chewy and the bun was completely stuck to the paper. Not the delicious sausages of years back....
