A local business on the south side of sarnia. They have a great selection of meats and the staff are very very friendly and helpful. They have lots of fresh products. It can be a little more pricy in here but it’s local and a staple in sarnia forever. They make great lunch sandwiches here. You can can get one for $4.95 or two for $9.95. Here you can choose your own selection of meat from the deli counter and your choice of cheese. I recommend their sandwiches any time especially on a delicious cheese bun. Yum!

I've only been to Davy jones' once before.. and I was impressed..but that was several years ago.. today there was a good selection of fresh meat that the butcher was pleased to cut to order.. suggestions of cuts for our cooking plans were spot on. Prices were reasonable.. a big selection of frozen meats.. and some heads up on special meats coming in within the next week.. we'll be going back again

Purchased 3 fat ribeye 1" thick steaks for $51, the meat was ever so slightly off, not marbled very well, and was just OK. But not what you would expect for the price point. Kept my receipt and finally made it back yesterday (about a month after the fact) and told my story. Jon didn't hesitate to cut me 3 more steaks (offered my money back but I'd rather the steaks) to try to 'win me back'. Had one last night and it was awesome! Perfect. I'm always pleased with such customer service and willingness to bend a bit to make the customer happy. I will continue to shop here and tell others also. Thanks.

Came in today around 4pm, and Mike at the meat counter who helped us was phenomenal with great service and a fantastic attitude even though I feel I ordered a lot in such short notice. He was super helpful with picking cuts of meat as well. Perfectly cut beef ribs and sliced shaved beef. Had to try out the Jalapeño Cheddar burgers because they sounded delicious. They were amazing on the BBQ with the in house made Brioche burger buns!!

Kyle takes such pride in what he does and cares so much about his community. Nothing but the freshest cuts at such a reasonable price. Usually this place is good but I just had an experience there that was ridiculous. Went in for steak but they had to cut one as the display fridge was out of what i wanted. Nice of the young guy to do so but.. this young guy was absolutely atrocious with the knife. Dont think hes had much experience cutting steaks as he kept cutting smaller and smaller pieces. And when i got home I had to trim the fat off. Need to train your guys better!!!
