I have walked by this place so many times and never really thought to go in. During Mural Fest they were set up on the Street and the sandwiches looked to good not to try. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Jalapeno Sandwich. MY GOD THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!! My absolute new Favorite Sandwich Place. The staff there was very friendly just honestly an awesome place to eat! <3

I am so grateful for this place. their homemade pickles and sauerkraut are exactly the taste I crave. and though I'm not much of a sausage person, I make exceptions for theirs. when I have friends visiting Montreal, I take them to this deli instead of to, say, vieux port or mont-royale.

I was in Budapest Hungary yesterday. I just arrived in Montreal last night and accidentally discovered this authentic Deli/market today which has many products straight from Hungary and friendly people behind the counter. My friend and I tried their ham and spicy sausages and they were truly wonderful. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood or make an effort to go there if you have a craving for the Hungarian Style.

I often drop by for one of their great sausage sandiches with hot mustard, sauerkraut and horseradish. (Well, to be honest, usually for two: a medium spicy debreciner and a hotter peperette.) But their meats, nitrate-free, are amazing. Tonight I dropped by to replace the dried sausages that friends polished off here. For decades the Boucherie hongroise has maintained both the high quality of their products (both home-made and imported) and of Central European cuisine - and we hope only to continue to enjoy their delicacies and traditional fare for years to come!

(Original) Beau salauds... vous demandez des saucisses fraîches du comptoir et vont derrière chercher les vielles presque périmés. What an amazing place to get some great meats, especially pepperoni sticks. Best ones in town, made fresh, perfectly spiced. Great, and friendly, staff, they even guided me to another store when I wanted to get some meat they didnt carry. Amazing service
