The fund failed because it was all wet with carrot soup; all the contents were out of the bag flowing onto all the things put in the back seat: 2 coats, packaging containing WHITE wrapping paper, etc. I froze for almost an hour in total because I couldn't put on any coats while cleaning, and trying to put my purchases in the car. And, I had no more wipes! I even sent him pictures! I mentioned to him that his new dishes sucked, and to go back to the old plastic containers. Go! A $ 5 soup for dry cleaning 2 coats! I did NOT PUT the DISHES in the BAG, so I have to EXPECT them TO BE WELL PLACED! Voici le résultat de l'utilisation de ceux-ci: Le sac que m'a remise le commis avait les 2 soupes au fond, CÔTE à CÔTE, puis par-dessus les 2 sauces à spag, puis une tarte au sucre à la crème. 2 heures plus tard en sortant du Costco avec juste une petite veste sans manches, alors qu'il faisait froid et venteux, car j'avais laissé mes 2 manteaux dans l'auto, j'ai voulu prendre le sac pour le déplacer... Le fonds a lâché car il était tout mouillé de soupe aux carottes; tout le contenu était sorti du sac coulant sur toutes les choses mises sur le siège arrière: 2 manteaux, emballage contenant du papier d'emballage BLANC, etc. J'ai gelé pendant presqu'une heure au total parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre aucun manteau pendant que je nettoyais, et que j'essayais de mettre mes achats dans l'auto. Et, je n'avais plus ni lingettes! Je lui même envoyé des photos! Je lui ai mentionné que ses nouveaux plats étaient nuls, et de revenir aux anciens contenants en plastique. Aille! Une soupe de 5$ pour du nettoyage à sec de 2 manteaux! Je n'ai PAS MIS les PLATS dans le SAC, je dois donc M'ATTENDRE à ce qu'ils SOIENT BIEN PLACÉS! Les nouveaux plats en carton AVEC LANGUETTE sont nuls, parce qu'ils peuvent s'accrocher l'un dans l'autre avec la languette, s'OUVRIR puis COULER dans le sac! Voici les diverses réponses obtenues du propriétaire M. Brière : •Complètement désolé pour votre accident. •Je crois qu'il s'agit d'une série de malchance. •Encore une fois mon équipe et moi sommes vraiment désolé. •Sachez que j’ai lu avec attention chacun de vos courriels et photos. Je prends avec sérieux vos commentaires. •Encore une fois, je suis complètement désolé pour cet incident. J'ai bien compris que Monsieur Brière ne voit aucune responsabilité du commis ou de son entreprise pour l'emballage et l'utilisation de nouveaux plats en carton avec languette pour les soupes! Je lui avais demandé de cesser, au minimum, l'utilisation de ses nouveaux plats, quoiqu'écologiques; ils ne sont pas adéquats pour l'emballage de la soupe. Et, que s'il ne changeait rien, de mettre au moins les soupes dans des sacs différents pour éviter qu'ils ne rentrent l'un dans l'autre ou sinon l'une sur l'autre! Le "désolé" et la "malchance" n'étaient ni suffisants ni acceptables dans la situation vécue!

(Translated) First experience in this butcher's shop, we bought two marinated beef skewers and two portions of ribs. We were very disappointed with the taste of the meat in general. The marinade did not seem to have softened the meat or added flavor, on the contrary the meat on the skewers was tough / leathery and not at all the texture of fresh meat. This stiffness is not due to the cooking, because to the touch the meat that has been out of the fridge for 15 minutes was stiff. We barely browned the pieces of meat (3 pieces per skewer) in a hot, buttered pan, but the result was still disappointing. As for the ribs, we were told to reheat for 5 min on the bbq or in the oven. We heated in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes but the meat did not come off the bone at all. However, we had put the ribs in a straw hut in aluminum foil. In short, it was not a success and we do not recommend these two marinated meats. (Original) Première expérience dans cette boucherie, nous avons acheté deux brochettes de boeuf marinées et deux portions de ribs. Nous avons été très déçues du goût de la viande en général. La marinade ne semblait pas avoir adoucie la viande ni donner de saveur, bien au contraire la viande des brochettes était dure/coriace et pas du tout la texture d’une viande fraîche. Cette raideur n’est pas à cause de la cuisson car au toucher la viande sortie du frigo depuis 15 min était raide. Nous avons à peine fait revenir les morceaux de viandes (3 morceaux par brochette) dans une poêle chaude et beurrée mais le résultat était tout de même décevant. Pour ce qui est des ribs, on nous a dit de réchauffer 5 min sur le bbq ou au four. Nous avons chauffer au four à 350 pendant 30min mais la viande ne se détachait pas du tout de l’os. Nous avions pourtant mis les ribs en paillote dans du papier d’aluminium. Bref, ce n’était pas un succès et nous ne recommandons pas ces deux viandes marinées.
