I really wasn't impressed with the attitude of the staff. The food was quite good however but I had the feeling I was bothering them with my questions. Customer service could be improved.

Made on the spot the most delicious (Weiner, Frankfurter, Sausages of all types), Smoked ham, Bacon, Prociuto... you name it. They even bake on the spot some bread like multigrain loaf, and buns if you want to pair it up to their home made cold cults and eager to eat on the road. I tasted the weiner to make old fashioned hotdogs and honestly hit a big home run as I picked some up fresh that were just made fresh out of their oven /smoker. Great to buy several, sit back and watch a game. Payments are straight forward, cash. No different than how my parents & grandparents paid. That is perfectly fine as I came for the food and the taste and artisanry of such perfection and love is top notch perfection. Staff were really helpful, professional and courteous so I have no clue what others were talking about. Maybe someone in the past long gone or they corrected that issue. A must visit and culinary experience.

Family run, cash only. People seem reluctant to serve you. They have a bigger business in the back and serving walk-in customers seems like a distraction. Still, they have good sausages.

Excellent German quality home-made meat specialities. They prepare excellent quality products for different restaurants and engross stores. It’s cash only store. The store was recommended by the owner of Pointe-Pop from Pointe Claire Village. I’m recommending the store for customers that appreciate good quality German sausages.

La Bernoise is a quality establishment. We are regular customers because of the great selection, fine ingredients, and wonderful service. Rösti, also known as röschti, is a classic favourite of mine and I recently noticed that it is available in a convenient travel to go package. Need to share this with friends on the next outdoor adventure. The house made sausages and ham are delicious. Great cheese selection that I truly enjoy. Thank you La Bernoise and we keep telling all our friends.

We come here fairly often for their sausages. They're absolutely amazing! They got the right amount of fat and spices so the sausages a juicy, tender, and full of flavour. Would definitely recommend!

I can't believe I only entered this place now, after passing it a million times in my life! The star product of this place is definitely their in-house sausages. They have quite a variety and the ones I have tried so far have been delicious. They are super friendly, extremely helpful, and all around kind. The only negative (thus the 4 stars) is that it is cash only.

La Bernoise is a decent place to get all your sausages and swiss goods if they have. The last time we were here was a while ago but I remembered that they have good sausages that were excellent and tasty as well. I hope to pass by here again from time to time when possible.

Best in-house made smoked bacon, prosciutto/westfalia ham, toupie ham. Sometimes, around 11am the bacon is just coming out of the smoke-house and the aromas are heavenly.

You will not find better quality products, especially Swiss German products, anywhere in North America. Staff is extremely hard working. Store appearance is minimized, simple and not reflective of the quality of the food but it did not affect my appreciation.

Was not that impressed. They could try a little harder to fill the shelves. The only reason I gave it a 3 star was for the sausages. Other wise not a lot of products to choose from and considering that Germany has approximately 7000 different types of breads the most in the world. I was very disappointed with the few generic breads on offer. Boucherie atlantique has the best German bread I've ever had. And the store is full of German product.
