This store is doing a great job of social distancing. The entrance is guarded with limited entry, and you are immediately offered sanitizer at the door and wipes to take with you. Just about everything currently (April 17) is in stock, but that changes pretty fast. Cashiers are protected and so are you, I will continue to shop here.

They used to have a wonderful international section. Now the shelves are filled with vegetable oil, Sriracha sauce, a few snacks and not much else. Our trip to the produce section for celery resulted in the most appalling, mingy, broken dog ends of celery we have ever seen. We won't be back. We were able to find raw kombucha so 1 star.

I love the size of the store and the variety the bakery is awesome and the premade meals near the front are not bad but when it comes to finding anything in the super store it becomes a super pain compared to other stores like food basics and even metro, all this could be solved with more employees walking around or more signs or even better organization which is possible with all the space they have to work with

Decent enough local grocery story. Store is clean and well organized, with a good selection of Asian foods. However, they lose a star because the employee running the self checkout doesn't have anywhere to sit and always looks so miserable. Add another person so 1 person isn't trying to manage 6 tills.

This is actually a really nice superstore. Probably the least picked over produce of any of the superstores around town. They were out of lettuce though. Prices are low. I was going to have them price match a sell item from Walmart on coffee but there regular price was.the same as the sell price.

I am also miffed at a sense of indifference here. I like the fact there are a few drinks and yogurts I purchase here whenever I am close by, but the store always has plenty of traffic that I cannot seem to get around? I think it might be the sorting and lanes from the front door in...I've never liked that. The store does have many different shopping choices including hardware and a section for toys (which my little one will not let me pass lol) Although it always seems to be stocked or 'topped up when I arrive. My only knock has been long lines and bad walkways...Firm 3 stars

Update: I decided to try again since they replied to my first rating and seemed so eager to solve the problem....I assumed maybe they've replaced the bags at self checkout. The only difference is now they give you a handful of bags before you start ringing in your groceries. Hence, still a waste of time. I then spent 2 minutes trying to hang the bags on the holders before ringing in my groceries. For a few bags that weren't being paid for apparently, this is the inconvenience you gotta deal with. They're bags, they were given out for free for years, it can't be that big of a deal to lose a few bags. I am definitely not returning. They've now removed all bags from self checkout, so it defeats the purpose of going through self checkout. I go to self checkout because I can scan and bag all at once, now I get a handful of bags after you've started scanning already and then you have to try to bag things without a platform to do it on. Not sure I'll bother returning anymore, I'll go to Walmart instead.

This location can be quite packed at rush hr times, a little on the dirtier side in the winter, but all in all it's not a bad superstore. It's a bit far from the north end of St Albert but I believe there building a new one on the North soon to be ready which is awesome. Staff could be a bit friendlier but most of them are nice and helpful. The lady at the bakery is super nice and always gives our kids free chocolate chip cookies which is super nice.

This New Real Canadian Superstore just of 24th on 160th in South Surrey is hands down one of the most AMAZING RCSS's out there...from the beautiful outdoor landscaping, to the outdoor cart stalls, the entrance, the escalator for us Shoppers & one for our buggies that lead to and from the immaculate underground, to the WINE Section, Medical Clinic, and of course the friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous staff members... I almost feel as tho I am getting the kind CUSTOMER SERVICE that you pay for in the higher prices at the local Competitor Grocery Stores...I know all about the "Customer Service" that the Staff is supposed to offer customers at the local competitors as my Husband worked at one for 20yrs... At this particular RCSS, the Staff here gives the same level of Customer Service, if not better... Everytime I shop at this particular store, I feel as though I matter! It has been the reason I travel an extra 30min each way to do my shopping!!

I am disabled and its hurts me very much to walk. I went to get one of their mobility scooter which are right inside the door. No keys in them. You now have to walk to customer service to get a key and then walk back to the scooters. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. So now I am hurting really bad and need to get a few groceries. Half of the stuff I wanted they didn't have in stock. The shelves were empty in places. I find they are over priced with a lot of stuff too compared to other stores. I also needed help with something and couldn't find any staff to help me. I don't shop here often and now i remember why!!

So brightly lit! They have a lot of brands in various areas (food, cosmetics, personal care), but the trade off is less items from each brand, so you might not find your favorites. The point system there is easy to use, the underground parking is fantastically spacious and well lit, as well as the store itself.

Some shelves are bare. No stock at all. Staff do not know where items are located. They use radios and ask others who also do not know where items are located. Check out takes forever. The computer at the till keeps crashing. This store is going downhill fast. Only good thing is the produce department.

This is a good store, just usually always busy. The biggest issue is usually when it's packed they do not open all available checkouts, which I am unsure is a staffing issue or what. However, the items in this store are good, and the isles are wide and usually fully stocked. You can find a lot of good deals here if you watch for flyer items.

Worst customer service. I some discrepancy with PC Optimum points, when I went to talk to customer service, there was lady Andrea on the counter and without even listening to me she started shouting and yelling me on my face as soon as she heard that I have question about optimum points. When I asked her to call manager on duty instead, who was Michelle, Andrea already lied to her that we were shouting at her. When hiring people, Superstore should atleast not hire illmannered people. If you are frustrated at home, stay at home and don’t relieve your personal frustration on customers. Superstore doesn't give away stuff free to us, we pay for it so we have the right to question too. I would not recommend anyone going for shopping at Superstore and niether would go there myself.

Great staff. I love the selection even though there are a few things I couldn't find. Lately, however, putting a deposit down on the cart has added unneeded time and stress to my shopping trip. When I go with three young kids fishing for change while keeping them contained is not fun. If I send my husband he doesn't get everything we need because quite frankly we use credit cards for everything these days and don't carry the $1 deposit. Please rethink this system ... or I'll have to shop elsewhere.

I shop for my weekly groceries at this location. Usually, I shop inside and the store is always clean and organized. However, when I shop inside, I rarely have any store associates greet me or assist me. Just today, I used their PC Express for a grocery pick-up and I was blown away with how friendly their customer service was! The store associate that I spoke with over the phone and the store associate who brought out my groceries - BOTH went out of their way to be friendly and professional. I understand with the pandemic, store associates may feel less inclined to greet and speak with customers (inside the store) but a simple "Good Morning" etc. goes along way! After my PC Express experience, I left feeling happier because of those two store associates who made effort in being friendly.

A broad selection from clothing to cheese, toys to tater-tots, with self-serve checkouts, short lines, and decent prices. I wouldn’t recommend their “fresh” seafood section as it isn’t well stocked and somewhat suspect. The organization of the store is a little wonky and some products can be difficult to locate. Otherwise this is a good place to get you weekly groceries.

My mom and I have been shopping here since we moved to New Sudbury (from the Valley). They have a great layout, great service and are very organized. Unlike many grocery stores in Sudbury, they have tons of plant-based/vegan options in the health section which is awesome. I've been ordering online during COVID and their website (PC Express I think) is user friendly and pick-up is never more than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend them!

Friendly staff who are knowledgable and will direct you in the right area for the products you're looking for!! The store is ALWAYS clean and while it may be a bit pricey, you can always keep your eyes peeled for AMAZING SALES that this store provides on a daily basis!! ???? Huge parking lot with spaces for the handicapped, mother's/father's with children or expecting mom's ♡ They also have an area for FRESHLY MADE food & soup (which ALWAYS seems to be absolutely amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME!!). I'd recommend this grocery store to anyone looking to purchase food for themselves or their families! ????????????????

Somehow most of the register folks won’t lift a finger to make your shopping experience a good one! Smile more! Help costumers? Store is clean, they are very careful about monitoring sanitation and keep buggies & baskets disinfected, good supply of wipes at front door. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Feel very safe shopping here.

This is the best Superstore out of all in Surrey. It's the newest, quietest, and cleanest. This bright store has the usual options but less international food selection due to the demographic of South Surrey. Regardless, within the last 3 years it has gotten significantly busier. Although the store advertises all checkout lanes open Saturday and Sunday, this only holds true for Sunday and days like Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, etc. A lot of the time there are long lines at the checkout because there are not enough checkout lanes open. Usually on Friday afternoons when I normally go shopping, the store is low in stock in the produce, dairy, and bakery departments. The store honours price matching which is extremely helpful! I would recommend using the FlashFood app for extra savings, to pick up food pirchased from the app visit customer service. The washrooms are average in terms of cleanliness.

This location has issues with keeping items in stock. Often, shelves will be empty with items out of stock for weeks at a time. There are also frequent errors with listed shelf price and the actual price. They have price checker machines throughout the store, but most of the time they are offline. The worst location of all the Edmonton and area Superstores.

Overall click and collect pick of groceries seems good. Staff seem friendly. I'm fairly annoyed with the click and collect service. Whenever there is a substitution and I ask that they take it off, they never take it off, never, I then have to make time and return the product. The whole reason I use click and collect is so I don't have to come into the store, talk about wasting a customer's time. Service is slower than other locations. I also suspect that they are understaffed as I've ordered groceries and have had to pick up the next day because my order wasn't ready in a reasonable amount of time.

I had been to superstore Sarnia today at around 10.30 pm, the lady who did my billing was extremely rude with me and overcharged me for my onions and eggplant. As the onions I bought were white onions pack and she charged me for loose price and for my eggplant she charged but never gave me. Thought the other staff member was kind so he took off the money for eggplants but I am still overcharged for the onions. It’s just about the 3-4 dollars but her behaviour and sense of responsibility is not acceptable. I will never come to superstore ever.

And I was near the store manager while an employee was trying to address an issue AND HE WAS LAUGHING AT HER. YES, PEOPLE HAVE EARS AND EYES SIR. Why the hell would you laugh at an upset employee? Resolve the damn issues or give up your role. To the employees I have seen withholding tears, I know you are unionised. Go to the union. They won't help? Guess what, unions have multiple layers. Cleanest Superstore I've ever been to. This is the cleanest and most neat superstore I've ever been to. There is rarely a huge lineup for the cashier or see stuff spilled all over the place like other Superstores that I went to. I love the selection at Joe Fresh fashion and the books section. I was never a big fan of Superstore because of how crowded or messy some aisles are. But this Superstore is a delight and I'll definitely frequent again in the future.

Unfortunately not everything seems to be organized too well (tomato paste found in one of those random buckets near the cold section and nothing in the ketchup/sauces aisle??) so it takes a lot of back and for to go through my grocery list - specially when you’re only looking for a fair few things. Otherwise the location is great, easy access, good parking, and friendly staff. Not as many of the cash registers open as I would like but there’s always the self-checkout and someone there to assist you.

I used to love this store but for the last 2 years or so everytime I go I remind myself to never go back again. The experience is always an extreme frustration. Items never in the same place, spaced out in ways that don't make sense. Moldy fruit and veggies. And gawd forbid if you forget to bring a darn loonie for the shopping carts they try to sell you a token (at a cost) to use instead of giving you change. I go to the cashiers instead of self checkout to try to maintain the need for actual payed employees, but being required to bag my own groceries I might as well do the self check out, all while paying for bags that split open before you get to your vehicle. Disappointed that my once favourite grocery store has become a place to avoid at all cost for me.

I was walking with my daughter in my arms she was fast asleep, I was down the frozen food section and I slipped and feel my daughters head so so close to being smashed into the metal. Beautiful, brand new, clean store with great lighting and organized aisles and shelves of product. Lots of selection and the Superstore brands (such as Blue Menu) are good. I’ve found beautiful kitchenware and even bed linens here, and prices are always reasonable and competitive. Late hours are great as well, and have had no problems with the couple of experiences I’ve had with customer service. Recommend :)

I shop at Real CDN Superstore only when I absolutely have to. During this Covid-19 time, I don't find any real measures in place to minimize health risks too their customers. Customers were all over the place running into each other in the aisles before Covid-19 and I guarantee they will be doing the same post Covid-19. Ironically, their liquor stores do a much better job regulating the flow of customers. So kudos to them.

I don’t really understand why they have staff out on the floor. They’re wasting all of their money on this absolutely useless staff with ZERO customer service skills. I went in there looking for split peas and couldn’t find anything. You know what was more difficult to find than the split peas? A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER. Finally, next to some canned food I seen an employee scanning items. I apologized for interrupting and asked if she may be able to help me find the split peas (which I pulled up a picture of from the superstore site because split peas aren’t really a common thing). Anyway, this middle aged woman literally scoffed as if I was such an inconvenience and actually said “I’m BUSY”. She proceeded to huff and puff and to look at the picture and tell me what aisle it was down. I told her I went there and hadn’t seen it and asked if she may quickly be able to look. She glared at me and said “ugh I really can’t” and then kept speed walking in front of me muttering that if I hadn’t seen it, it’s not there and she’s not going to find it. I specifically told her she was rude and that as an employee of superstore shouldn’t be on the floor if she’s unwilling to assist. She ignored me at this point and asked some young gentleman to help me because she was busy and hurried away, back to whatever was so important. Anyway, he didn’t find the split peas either. Nice guy, I’ll say. No customer service skills but he actually looked ???? So, long story short I went back to WALMART and got my split peas in like 2 minutes. WALMART WILL NEVER LET YA DOWN ???? sorry superstore, but you’re the farthest thing from super.

Has to be my hands down favorite grocery store but then again they sell so much more than fruits and vegetables! There's a section l for household items such as sheets, dishes, bakeware, toys and more. The Joe Fresh section is extensive! And I love the bakery and sushi counter.Included in store is a medical facility as well! Most importantly their prices are reasonable. There is also a message board upon entrance with valuable coupons for in store items. Just great!

Great store. It's very large with a lot of selection. Good international foods isle. Some products come in larger quantities as well, so some bulk items available. Prices are on level with other independent grocers, with the bulk items being cheaper per unit. It's $1 deposit for the cart. You get it back when you return it. Try the chicken wings from the Meals to Go. They're crispy and delicious.

Also has a pharmacy inside and some even have doctors walk in clinics you can use. Also most have an optometrist shop for glasses and eye exams. We visited this store on Friday evening and was pleased to find it very clean and well stocked, considering it's massive size. However, the store only receives two stars because of various people in the store without face coverings! Not just one or two, easily 15-20% of the patrons. The Ontario government Covid 19 order is very clear: "Every person on the premises of a business or organization that is open shall wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their mouth, nose and chin during any period in which they are in an indoor area of the premises." There was a big sign in the doorway indicating a face covering/mask is required. However, I saw staff members serving people without face coverings when they should have been refusing them service ! I'm very disappointed in the staff at this store for not turning these people away and following the Regulations for Ontario Businesses order.

The St. Albert PC pickup is horrible. I moved there in February and was going once a week. Now I have switched back to the West Edmonton location due to better service. With St. Albert, they would always email me an hour before telling me my order is ready, so when I pull up you should expect them to be right out after you call, but instead every single time I have to wait 20 or more minutes! There are times I am the only one in the stall! It seems they wait until others pull up, then they load everyone's groceries on the same cart and then proceed to mix everyone stuff up! I have called them a half hour ahead telling them I will be on my way, and I STILL had to wait 20 minutes!!!! DO NOT USE PC PICK UP AT THE ST. ALBERT LOCATION! Management needs a serious overhaul. But do use the West Edmonton location as they are fabulous! I wrote several reviews and emails over the past month and still have not heard a response. Very poor and disorganized service. UPDATE: So still a year later, a couple weeks ago was my LAST visit to PC Express. I arrived at my usual time and they proceeded to tell me that there were "6 people ahead of me" despite I arrived at the tail end of my time. I told them I could not wait and had to reschedule for the next day (travelling form one job to another, and this happened to be the most convenient time for me). I arrived the next day (that inconvenienced me huge deal as well) and STILL had to wait 45 minutes!!! I called the store the night a before and spoke to the manager, and still nothing was done. I am talking just a day later. In light of my experience I have joined Save on Foods pick up, and they are AMAZING! They come in under 5 minutes, no fees. Yes they are a bit more expensive but the service is the main reason I will continue with them. They CARE about their customers!!! Do the switch, you will NOT be sorry :)

Brand new store; the layout is different form the typical SuperStore layout where bakery is on the left side of the store after entering. There is a WINE section, great news for those who drinks. Being a new store there isn't a whole lot of traffic so there is a lot of savings to be had, 30% sticker on many meat and grocery.

This place is not crowded, it has a lot to offer especially fish and sea food. There is a solid organic section, you can also find cheap deals like frozen turkey and some fishes. One thing I dislike is limitations they put on how many things you can buy at a particular price. I realize they are trying to make sure everyone gets a piece of a particular deal but it's annoying when you can't buy 3 packs of damn berries.

Click and collect here is really hit or miss. I've often received products that were a day or two from best before dates, moldy produce, and recently fully opened and "sampled" peanut butter. Management seems to genuinely want to make it better but they seem to be facing struggles getting there.

I have been shopping here for years. The prices are reasonable, and they offer PC brand products, which tend to be better than other name brands. However, they are consistently out of the staples, and for the last year or so, it seems the store is rearranged on a weekly basis. I can no longer go in, get what I need, and leave. Because even if they have what I need, chances are good it won't be where it was the last time I visited. Its been going on long enough that I'm thinking of shopping elsewhere when we move in a few weeks

What I like: Large selection of produce and other products Great cuts of meat that at times go on sale at reasonable prices Spacious aisles What they can improve on: Cutting the melons in the fresh fruit sections without the rinds Helping bag the groceries (sometimes there is no one else in line or both lanes are so full that the cashier can't pass through any other orders and yet SOME don't help with the bagging? Less emphasis on self- checkouts and quicker methods of cashing out with a cashier. The self checkouts are always available and there are always lineups at the other cashes- this is because people are demonstrating their preference and their voices should be heard Get rid of the interesting a looney or token system to make use of a grocery cart. The reason they mentioned was to curb theft but much like the self- checkout systems it also reduces the need for staff (to walk around the parking lot collecting the carts). I feel like if Superstore wants to maintain their reputation as a premium grocery store and not a No-Frills type destination, they should think about bringing back some of the above- mentioned frills.

I love this super store more than the Edmonton ones. It is smaller, quieter but still carry a wide selection of items. The customer service is good, although there are some cashiers that have been working there for years and they have long faces not happy and it is uncomfortable to see cashiers mad. Just pick a happy cashier when you go through the checkout.

Everyone has a push cart now, navigating this store is a real pain. Taking a push cart to pick up 10 things seems like overkill. I find myself shopping at other stores if I need something on the weekend..I’ll only visit this place during the week when it’s not very busy. The store is usually not too busy, and the prices are good, cheaper than some of the other stores I've been too. Their selection on plant based products is similar, if not slightly larger than other stores. Although plant based products sort of have a dedicated section (they're in with organics), some are spread throughout the store, which makes it easy to miss products I'd otherwise be interested, or forget about something I wanted.

Prices are marked up for the exact same products compared to the Vancouver store locations. I read a previous review of another person saying the same thing, and well....after checking it out myself, I have to admit, IT REALLY IS SIMILAR TO SAVE ON FOOD PRICES!!! The plus, its brand new, clean, underground parking is a plus for the 11 months of the year it rains .......the cashier was closed and said, "no problem sir I will take care of you and then close down". That was nice. Walmart is directly across the street from this store.....I won't be surprised if the SAME products are cheaper there. 3/5 stars for the RIP off prices......not fair to us, we already get ripped off living in BC enough.

Overall this is a great supermarket when compared with other Real Canadians in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. It never seems too busy unlike King George, Marine Drive, and Abbotsford Real Canadians. But it doesn't carry all the items I want that other locations have. Further, as of November 2017, this location doesn't have the Click & Collect service. Which is a great service. But overall it is good clean and bright shop that never seems too busy.

I'm torn on how to write a review for this place. Sometimes the produce is bang on fresh, and other times it's absolutely disgusting. The fresh made pizza is never fresh, but instead dry and old. The staff behind the deli counter would rather converse amongst themselves and stand around, rather than help serve you. The dining area is disgusting. Garbage overflowing and every table smeared with greasy God-knows-what. It's enough to make you wonder about the condition of the food preparation areas. Oh, and there are never enough cashes open for the amount of customers in the store. Two stars for now until things improve.

We have been ordering our groceries online for pickups recently and love the whole process. For 3-5$ it's the easiest way to shop. The produce has always been as good or better then I would pick out, and if there is a substitute item they call to confirm the replaced item and pricing. The staff will then bring out your order and load it into your car, hand you the payment machine and wish you well on your way!

Extremley huge, clean, atmosphere that I'd well organized and divided, has everything your looking for, as well as 2 wheelchair accessible entrances with an opening straight to smell of fresh fruit and vegetable varieties as well as a nice large seating area to have lunch fresh from the deli and so much more. Worst service ever! Placed an online pickup order for a few packs of dozen drinks. They say that the code only indicates one bottle, while the order clearly states a 12 pack. Apparently they expect you to know their bar codes on the website rather than the item name/description. Wasted half an hour at pick up and got nothing. I did use to shop here in-store but after this order pick up fiasco I never plan to return here.

Always seems to busy. I've gone at multiple different times during the week and weekends. It's always quite busy now and a lot of the items I normally buy aren't stocked as often. I really dislike how they will just highlight a price in yellow to make you think it's on sale (it's not, I go often enough that I know the normal price). Some of their PC brands have been horrible, like Coconut Milk Kefir (tasted like thickened water - absolutely no flavour or even a tartness that Kefir would normally have) and recently their Gluten Free hamburger buns I purchased were hard and freezer burnt. (I made the mistake of not checking them before I purchased). Make sure you check tags, prices, and the quality you are purchasing if you can. Otherwise you may be SOL when it comes to your groceries.

This is a very good superstore. It is very large and has an excellent selection. Beer and cider are available for sale at this store. While it is usually quite busy here they keep a large number of checkout lanes open and have quite a few self checkout terminals so you don't spend much time waiting to check out.

Good store but I have a problem with the security and safety of female employees. I come through a lot and notice that female employees are harassed and spoken to inappropriately an alarming amount. I definitely feel that every worker should have the right to feel safe and comfortable at the work place so these occurrences are simply unacceptable and the managers/security need to make more of an effort to prevent these situations whether that be hire more security, start banning disrespectful customers or whichever action needed because female employees deserve to feel safe and this is a very serious issue.

Unfortunately in my opinion, Superstore not providing any type of bags, now forces me to go shop somewhere that will have some readily available. Therefore I purchase less items when I stop by on my way home, especially if I did not have the opportunity to bring a bag. So basically I get to save on buying extra food, and only buy what is really necessary and which I can carry without a bag.

There automated telephone system is a joke. Just wanted to find out if they were open on a holiday and it took like 5 minutes of listening to the same thing over and over before a costumer service rep picked up the phone. Apart from that it is a nice store, really fresh and quality ingredients and a wide selection. Their regular priced items are a little bit higher thank my liking though. Sales prices are usually decent.

Sales items are mostly in stock as long as it's not towards the end of the sale. The produce area is not always stocked with the sale items, hit n miss. Plus staff are all over the place with huge carts stocking inventory - why does this need to be done on a super-busy Sunday when your store is full of customers?? And then we have to move out of their way or navigate around carts blocking aisles and merchandise. So annoying.

I like the store however the supply and stocking of food is lacking. Went in on Sunday at 4:30pm. The store was out of carrots and chicken. These seem like staples that any grocery store would have at any time. Although my grocery list was small walking around the store it was evident that the produce and other areas looked as if many items were missing and had extremely low supply. I've noticed this on many occasions and especially on weekends. Can't say I've ever been to other grocery stores that let so many items deplete to such minimal levels of stock.

Location is great, parking is always fine. There's often enough staff, and the food is usually fresh, other than the seafood section, which usually has food that expires the next day. I would recommend coming here to get your groceries, but nothing else.

Love to shop there but racks and shelves were once empty leaving me disappointed. It's good for grocery, drugstore makeup and skin care, household, clothing, kitchen appliances and kids toys... I like the cleanliness of this place. It's always very well organized. It has two public washrooms. Two single handicapped ones in the lower level and more upstairs. Accessible entrances and a huge parking lot. Very similar to the nice Supersotores in Toronto. They have a self checkout section and cashiers are nice.

The staff is very friendly and the store is huge. It's wheelchair accessible. The prices are competitive and they have deals often. Don't forget some change; the carts cost 1 dollar to rent here. You also need to tell them during your purchase how many bags you would like. Sometimes the cashier will help you bag your stuff but usually it's up to you. There is also a clothing area (George brand), an area to purchase small around the house knick knacks like candles or kitchen stuff, and a toy aisle.

I like this store, it always has a great selection and is well stocked. The thing I don't like is how you need a dollar to use the shopping carts. I rarely use cash to pay anymore so I rarely have a dollar to use, and because of this I've had to use a different grocery store.

A huge grocery/ department store. Besides the food it has a pharmacy, dry clesners, wine shop, household goods, electronics snd clothing. They carry seasonal goods eg lawn chsirs, canapies etc. The fresh food is great. Good selection of organic foods and supplements. Friendly staff. Huge parking lot. Accessible. A bit pricey compared to other grocery stores but u have the convenience of the other items.

This is my go-to place for groceries, as the PC credit card/PC points program makes it possible for me to save about $40 a month shopping here. This place allows you to price match, which also helps reduce your grocery bill. The free cookies for kids at the bakery is great too. However, the store is crowded most days with long line-ups during the week (weekends they guarantee all registers to be open), and the quality of the produce usually ranges from fair to horrible. A lot of the sale items are usually picked-over if not gone when you go to look for them. Clearly a lack of adequate planning and/or staffing on the part of management.

Large layout. Store has your grocery needs at decent prices. UPDATE: While the pricing at this store is competitive, the checkout process is becoming an exercise in frustration. Often I wait longer in the line-up than the time I spend shopping. Because the store is increasingly pushing self checkout, they are cutting back dramatically on full service cashier counters. The lineups in these scarce counters are getting longer forcing shoppers to use the express line for items beyond the (12) item limit. I think this store is over-estimating the interest of shoppers to use self service checkout. I get that this is an industry trend but it takes away from the personal touch and drives people to online shopping instead.

I was shopping yesterday (at south surrey Superstore) and while walking to my vehicle I accidentally dropped a milk jug I had just purchased, the milk smashed everywhere! This employee not only offered to replace my milk but when he delivered the milk to me, he also offered me a tulip and this small act of kindness made my Mother's day. He went above and beyond his duties and I value that customer service experience. Thank you :)

We’ve been using the click and collect since it started. It was pretty hit and miss for the first couple months but now with better staffing and more experience, we use it regularly with no issues. We generally pick our own produce though and add it to the order when we arrive for pickup. We use their point system as well. This gives a load of free groceries one or twice a year.

I find Superstore is the same old same old, and they never did resolved problems they are well aware of 2017, and a 2nd letter from 2018. But small improvements in some areas, today. I still don't trust their prices and I only do minimal shopping at this location. Only one same staff member left and I can only hope for zero, the new staff are just that, NEW, with no bad habits.

Decent selection of hard to find dried/canned goods ("ethnic" foods). Staples always in stock. Vegetables and fruits can be hit or miss in terms of quality. Same with meat/fish. Also has a large deli/prepared food section. I find the store too big and difficult to navigate. I love the pickup service for this reason. Prices/PC points are great.

Prices are no better than Save On Foods, Walmart of Safeway. They're out of stock often and don't bother to replenish. Want butter for baking? Too bad. Want eggs? Take the huge empty tray in front out of the way yourself so you can access the stuff deep in the back of the fridge because someone else didn't do their job. Same goes for the milk, do it yourself. And btw, the 4 litre of milk you're about to buy expires in 4 days so you'd better get drinking. The eggs I bought from there I threw away because there was mysterious little black things that looked like bugs in most of them. The produce is not fresh, most of it rotten and should be replaced with fresher produce.

Aside from the prices which while lower than most still seem high. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Rarely do we have to wait long at the check out and the customers (unlike at the previous Superstore we shopped at in Richmond) are overall polite and considerate of their fellow shoppers.
