They're very friendly and welcoming, helped me maneuver through tricky areas due to the size of my power chair. I went here with my boyfriend on Friday, June 12, and the lady who was working at that time, I believe her name is Alora according to the receipt, coz I forgot to ask for her name. I just had to mention how friendly and knowledgeable she was because we were looking for a specific type of treat that I normally get at a store but she told me that what we were looking for tends to be not digestable so she pointed out suggestions that they carry that are more gut friendly and I really appreciate that. Will surely be back :)

The people that work here are great, very helpful and are involved with trying to find homes for cats. These two cats are brother and sister and are shy and very loving, they really love each other and I hope someone will adopt both of them for that reason as of December 13 2021. They also have a large very well done area to come wash your dogs, by appointment only so they can have time to clean and disinfect the area between dogs. They have just about anything a cat or dog owner could want. I have a dog and my two cats that passed away over the summer and they were my go to store for all my pets needs especially the special foods my cats needed near the end of there years. I highly recommend the place to anyone. I have found the more they saw me and got to know me the more open and friendlier some of the shy ones were. ????????????

I just adopted my furbaby on Tuesday and when I told the lady (I didn't get her name) that we had adopted a new cat she said that we qualified for 10% off our first purchase of food! And she also gave us some sample packs of the other flavors. She also let us know that toys are 20% off on Tuesday's and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back!

Worst Pet Store I have ever dealt with....they took a deposit ( they won't give back ) for a harness i wanted, they said it should only be a few weeks, its been months and I've been given excuse after excuse why it's still not in. I will never recommend anyone to use this store.
