Great at steaks, sausage, and roasts. We found everytime we took our animals in and asked for ground meats, didn't matter what kind of animal (pig, beef) or age, the ground meat has hard chunks in it. Even bone chuncks. We've taken quite a few animals in and they have all been the same. Going to try someone else. However they try to get you in.
