Harold's has great customer service. Their meat is top grade and they have a great produce department,too. Their prices are a little too high on all their products, but their weekly sales make up for the high cost of that end. I give Harold's Family Foods 4 stars.

I went here for cake shopping for my Dad's Birthday on Tuesday I walked in and it was neat, tidy, filled with friendly staff. After checking muilple cake prices we finally settled on IGA it was 38$ for 1/2 slab which was reasonable compared to the other prices. So I called instead of going there again and it was one pick up and immediately transfered to Bakery where Jenn Took my order and was pleased to alternate the icing. I will come here more often for my cake orders its reasonable, and friendly staff I highly recommend this place for Cake Orders.

I.g.a.....hmmmphh..well service is very good and very useful,they direct me to the proper area if unable to locate my needs...the only thing I can say is that they need to get and keep fresh fruit in the store..other than that I.g.a. is a good place to get groceries

Horrible experience. I go there from time to time because I live nearby. I was ready to buy my stuff and there was 3 tills open. I go to the first cashier and she shuts off her light and walked away without saying anything! I didn’t pay no attention so I went to the second cashier and she did the same thing. Same thing happened with the third cashier. They all went behind the counter and they started talking. All I had to buy was an Arizona drink and a bag of chips. I was trying to get their attention but they kept ignoring me. And when an old man came to the tills those women went running and asking to come to their till. It was unbelievable I had to put away my stuff and leave the store. I also pushed the angry faced button when I left. The 3 old women that work there as cashiers are extremely rude and I hope they don’t do it again. Shame on you women!

Harold's Family foods is a locally owned and operated grocery store that also provides catering, hot food, deli trays, it has lottery, smokes, the prices are reasonably priced and the meats and bakery have specialty items like fresh bread and baked goods and marinated steaks and bbq goods...and awesome place to stop for all your grocery needs...

Stopped in here for the first time the other day. I was passing it on my way home and decided to stop there for my few items and avoid the chaos of the bigger grocery stores. I was delighted to stumble upon a gem of a bakery and deli/meat department! They had an awesome selection and great prices in both. There were a lot of local Sask meat options which appeals to me. We will be going there for our meat purchases in the future. Prices on regular grocery items were what I expected - a little higher on some items just due to it being a smaller shop with less buying power, but it did have lots of cheap and Compliments brand options and a few good sales.

I have always had good service at Harold's. You come in and they always say hi to you which I find adds to the experience. Has an old fashioned butcher shop selection in their meat dept. Good selection grocery delivery available. The manager often has a friendly greeting & makes you feel welcome. When the bigger supermarkets are busy this homey little grocery store is a nice change just a little higher prices though so be prepared for that

Discovered this place and its many hidden delights and sales as well.I usually stop there to purchase 40-60$ of produce and fresh bread with a deli section as well.not overpriced but I'd like rewards program more user friendly like maybe a card that keeps track instead of a piece of paper or papers I still have.Please increase rewards and get a user friendly tracker for purchases.thank you

This store is so very clean and well stocked. The meat market is the best in the city. If you want to shop and support local this is the best place to do so.
