Fantastic taste, quality, cut & packaging. SOOO MUCH better than the normal butchered meats you buy in the store. I've been buying organic grass fed beef from local farmers for a few years now (which is also much better than the mass packaged store bought stuff) and this Bison blows it out of the water! 100% will buy from Bison Ridge Farms again. Can't see myself not having this stuff in my freezer!

The best quality bison we have ever purchased. Nicely presented, neat and cleanly packaged, and carefully butchered. Steaks were evenly cut and cooking directions made the meat so delicious --our new favourite. Obvious care has been taken to ethically raise this bison. We absolutely and completely recommend!

I have tried a bit of everything but my favourite are the bison short ribs, ground meat, hot dogs, and steaks! I have a hard time eating any other kind of hot dog now that I’ve tried these ones and they’re so good. I also love the website recipes and the short rib recipe is my go to when needing to impress someone with a nice meal. I took the time to tour the ranch and am impressed with their care for the animals and sustainable farming. Definitely recommend!

Coolest and friendliest couple around. Their operation is incredible, if you purchase meat from their farm, ask for a tour. They also sell some pretty awesome merchandise.
