Totally first rate. I could not be happier. I went in to buy a good quality chainsaw and the first thing I knew I was being questioned to make sure what I wanted was appropriate to my needs. (Too many people buy the wrong thing and then try to blame the vendor! I understand that implicitly.) After a 'back-and-forth' we determined my selection was acceptable and then we spoke of the details. The vendor, (Chris "M") did not try to 'up-sell' me nor do any of the tricks other vendors do. (He was 100% honest with me and genuinely pleasant to speak with.) He was both highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about my purchase despite its low profit margin for the store. He fueled & oiled it, gave me 'one-on-one' instruction and then lit it up in the yard to proof run it. It blew me away as I come from Montreal and I am used to "Service With A Snarl"! If I have any future needs "United Rentals" will be my first stop.

I completely agree with what the previous writer, Ken kroft said about united rentals port hawkesbury. Also, The mechanics took my brush cutter apart to see if they could bring it back from the dead, spent 15 minutes x 2 of their time, ran a check on the number on the computer, and they didn't want to be paid for the inspection. Based on a few stops at small mechanic repair shops in nova Scotia for my saw, I would think that you won't find more pleasant people to do business with or better service then united rentals port hawkesbury.
