This place has everything I never knew I missed from home. It's the absolute best desi grocery in a half hour radius. And, on top of that, they have a proper butcher! It's clean, well lit, organised, and the staff are friendly. And the prices are super reasonable. I hope they get more produce eventually - I'd love to see a selection of fruit from home.

It's not often you see a South Asian run store so clean and well lit, lots of times we glaze over these details as we are thankful for finding stores in the area that supply what we need from back home. I visited Pak Halal Meat for the first time yesterday as I was tired of going all the way to whitby/ajax for my meat, and I wasnt disappointed. I walked in looking to purchase meat but as I went down the well stocked aisles, my shopping trolley quickly filled up as they had products from back home fully stocked and well displayed. I found everything from snacks I ate back in Pakistan as a kid, to halal frozen foods that I need in a pinch at times. They have all of our spices that we use in our cooking nicely stocked and labeled, as well as ready to eat meals in a huge variety that I need, lastly they carry the new Shan cooking sauces which I havent found in many South Asian stores yet, and they carry all of the flavours! Thank you for opening up in my neighbuorhood, I found everything I needed today and more! PS. This doesnt apply to EVERYONE but they accept credit cards as well for payment, lots of Pakistani stores accept only debit/cash for payment, and in these trying times during the pandemic if anyone is relying on a credit card this store has a variety of methods to pay with.

This store was horrible . Produce did not look fresh . The butchers had attitude not sure if it was because we were not the same ethnicity. I could notice the attitude in the butchers face when he was speaking to my father ! Would never go back just cause of the arrogance !

Went to pick up a couple of whole chickens from their halal butchery. Was greeted by the store owner and cashier when I entered. Found the place to be clean and all employees to be friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of hard to find goods like mango jam and pakistani herbs and spices. Prices are reasonable. I will be coming here more often to support a well run small business.
