I remember the giant banana sign from when I was a kid almost 40 years ago. I finally went in for the first time this year. Bought some funky looking carrots and bread and went home. They have a neat selection for foodies but definitely not for the family grocery run every week.

Simply the best grocery market I've found. The meat, produce, deli, bakery are top of the line items. Enjoy the fresh salad bar. Only product i dislike was the in store made lemonade which was a big disappointment as it tasted like box mix lemonade and very water down. Must stop shopping on the way to the cottage. Locals are so very lucky! The produce is from Ontario, beautiful, fresh and delicious. There is a wonderful seafood and meat counter, the smoked trout is definitely one to try. Excellent selection of oils, vinegars and condiments. Baked goods of all kinds, crackers, nuts, dried fruits, Chelsea buns, cakes, pies and store made square butter tarts. Pantry staples as well as many unique items. Lots of parking and easy access just off of Hwy 11.

I’m sorry but $10 for a dozen corn or a bag of firewood and $16 for orange juice (even fresh squeezed) is price gouging. I would understand if everything was higher quality but a lot of the stuff they have is the exact same as other grocery stores, just WAY more expensive. Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you needed a specific specialty item they carry.

I purchased butter tarts here on June 15 2021. Very disappointed. The dough was 2/3 of the bottom of the tart with about 1/4" of filling. I cut 3 more in half and the same thing. They were $8.99 for 1/2 dozen. I make the most amazing butter tarts on the planet and if I were rating these they would be 1 out of 10. They do really well in the store with fruit and veggies, very clean and well marketed. Maybe stick with what they do best.

I love going here the selection of fresh food is amazing. There is also an area where they place discounted items, which I find fun to challenge myself to make a meal from just using some of these items. They have also days of the week where you can get different ready made food like fish and chips or roast beef sandwich, both are delicious and reasonably priced. A must visit location for all day to day needs and for social gatherings once we can do safely. Ample free parking. Local destination. A wonderful place to pick up fresh goods amongst other things like fresh local nut butter, ice cream, tasty crackers, vegan or dairy cheese... such a long list, best to go see for yourself. A simple delight!

Ordered the Friday Fish and Chips for the first time. There was enough grease in the box to cook a second meal. The piece of fish, though well-cooked, caused the bed of fries upon which it sat to become wet and inedible. There were 5 staff preparing food; they all appeared glum with little or no interaction between them. It sure did not appear to be a healthy, happy work environment.

I like to support small local stores and stop in a couple times a week. The prices are higher then other grocery stores but the quality there. Unfortunately the customer service isn’t. I bought over priced wraps for $6, hoping the tasted homade like stated on the package. They were dry with a horrible flavour so I thought I would bring them back which I normally don’t do. But, they were a lot and I felt ripped off. The manager wasn’t nice at all and told me I couldn’t return them because they were not rotten. For someone who shops there a lot and wasn’t happy with the quality of a product, I was shocked. Keep you $6 I will not be back. I’ll shop where I can bring products back when they are not up to standards.

I love this place! The freshest produce available. Lots of selection in the deli and sales almost everytime I'm in on select meats, produce etc. Pretty big reduced/clearance area. Unique products that not all grocery stores carry.

Went in to purchase some groceries, delt with two VERY rude cashiers, Haleigh and Shawna. Got into my vehicle and started driving home and thought that they were so rude that I have to report it to the manager. His name was John Baker. He didn’t care about what I had to say and hung up on me. Several other people have told me that their customer service was down right disgusting and now I believe it. I will NEVER shop there again!!!!

Shop here every week,sometimes twice a week.best fruit and vegetables in orillia.but can be very expensive. Last visit i spent 175.00 for fruit and veggies.but I always know they have fresh.

I purchased steamed shrimp (fresh) from here on Saturday. Sunday I cooked it and within an hour I started to get food poisoning. I called the next day to let them know what happened so they didn’t sell anymore to customers and the manager I spoke to Tammy was extremely rude and was hell bent it wasn’t their fault. She had no care in the world! Their customer service here is very disappointing! Definitely won’t be buying from here again.
