I had the pleasure of stepping into the place this past weekend. The meat selection is high class! They also carry all local spices, rubs, sauces, aioli's, etc. Super happy to have a place like this locally! Very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Great job RARE team!

This is our second time going to rare butcher shop. The first time was amazing, perfect order. The second time was absolutely terrible. We asked for 4 prime tenderloin steaks seasoned in Montreal steak spice. They gave us triple A and not seasoned at all. We didn't notice until we went to cook it of course as it was all wrapped up when they gave it to us. Extremely disappointed as we invited some special guests to our house for these amazing steaks we had last time that were not perfect at all. Not sure if we will return here again as clearly they messed up hard-core. Check your orders people. Don't trust a closed package.

Have had several different cuts of meat from there truly awesome quality and the flavor and tenderness of their meat is second to none as far as the burgers being tasteless you don't know how to season or cook them all you need is a little bit of coarse kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper and viola the best burger that you've ever tasted. They're the only burgers that I buy anymore they don't shrink and are full of flavor if you cook them properly.

To be honest, I was worried about going in because the store looks pretty and pricey, but I was impressed by the prices! Beautiful cuts at a great price, plus the pre packaged stuff was amazing. I got 3 steaks for $5! Cheaper than a fast food burger.. for STEAK! I was blown away by the store! The knowledge of the staff was awesome, even the young staff is well educated and answered all of my questions, plus gave tips and some grilling advice! We will be back weekly to get our meats! 5/5 keep up the great work!

Bought the Rare burgers after reading the reviews,they were tasteless,no seasoning whatsoever, they were fatty and moist but no taste. Couldn't even finish one,had to give it to the dog. Disappointing after reading all the good reviews!
