I might be just one unlucky customer but I'd be cautious. We bout 10 lbs of short ribs. They were cut frozen Friday evening and we put them in the fridge that night about 4 hours later. They were in the trunk but it was maybe 10°C outside that night. Two days later we opened the bag to marinate the meat but it was rotting badly. We took it back this morning and got the money back but with a lecture rather than an apology. They basically told us we should have consumed it right away. (I wonder if all the restaurants that source the meat from this place would consume them right away. Highly unlikely. ) They did have green inspection sign but be careful with the frozen meat here. You never know how many times it have been thawed and frozen again.

The workers were nice and explained how to cook and keep the meat for the best taste. All 4 of us are super satisfied and will make regular returns to this place. We are so glad we found this place. The price was uncomparable to others and the quality of the meat was perfect and the customer service was amazing! When I went to play, I bought meat here. The price and service type were all so good. I also dug out the giblets and went out for a delicious meal. Even though the boss was busy with the recipe for the meat management, he kindly informed me so I could eat delicious and safe! Such a house must be proud of, leave a review! It was recommended to us by our Korean friend while we were having Korean bbq. We were told that the meat heat tastes as good as what you would get at good Korean bbq places and she was right! Super delicious and fresh organic meat at very reasonable prices. You can also her a discount if you pay cash. Highly recommended for people looking for quality meat.

They are rude and make customer feel very offended and disrespectful and here are reasons: 1. They always ask for cash. Like who uses cash these days. 2. Banmal - Why do you always say banmal to customers? I get that I may be younger than you, but I am still your customer Here are explanation to those who do not understand Korean: Banmal / 반말 - Informal way of speaking with others in Korean. You use this form of speech with close friends or people younger than you. Jondaemal / 존댓말 - Is a formal way of speaking. You use this form of speech to strangers and people who are older than you or in formal situations like meetings 3. Quality is now getting worse than before I started to not go this place, but moved to another "friendly" and "caring" Meat shop.

This place is close enough to be located not far from home by car, and the quality of meat is usually average or above average, so I visited it frequently to buy pork or beef. In particular, I liked the fact that the price of meat was relatively cheaper than elsewhere.

Incredible! The butcher here treats his craft like an art. He is extremely knowledgeable in what parts of the animal to use for specific dishes and generous with his cuts. Prepared as he suggested, I grilled the best meat of my life.
