I’ve been buying from this family business since they were at the Owen Sound Farmers’ Market years ago. They’re not at the market now, but it is well worth the drive to Rockford to get the things we need. Find them just south of the lights and make sure you try their bacon.

Came here after the Owen Sound Farmer's Market where we found no real beef options. We purchased strip loins, bacon and breakfast sausages. The strip loins ($72 for 7) were juicy and tender. The bacon ($10/pkg of 13 slices) was out of this world! I think it was hickory smoked. We also got breakfast sausages which we have not tried yet but will soon!

Raw Dog Food Burgers. I can't say enough good things about Ideal Meats' contribution to our pets' lives. Our 14 year old dog went from geriatric to puppy levels of joint inflammation and blood readings including, and especially kidney function. We switched our other 3 dogs and 9 cats to this same food and have seen nothing but great results from converting two chronic IBS kitties to fixing "incurable" allergies and skin conditions. Plus, based on our calculations we are actually saving money over the boutique "pet foods" we fee for years. Do yourself and your pets a favour and give it a try. Thank you Ideal Meats!
