Ripped me off pretty bad. I'll never go there again. I would never recommend them. Apparently a 165+lb buck will only give you 10lb more then an 80lb doe you do yourself. (53lb off the doe /63lb including sausages and ground off the buck). I've discussed and showed these pictures to three other butchers and dozens of hunters with all the same comments. Pics for size comparison.
