To be honest the quality of meat is above average but the owner is rude, store not clean and everyone in food processing were wearing their masks under their chin, their nose and mouth were open. When I mentioned that they are not wearing their mask properly, he got defensive and argumentative. Do not recommend to go there if your health and your sense of self respect is important to you.

Best customer service compare with other persian stores. Friendly and customer satisfaction orientation staffs. You might find the prices are bit higher than other stores but you will get more higher quality. The owner has an attitude. But that aside the quality of meat is top notch. I always get the marinated kebab meat from here for my barbecue. I recommend both the chicken and chenje. Their other meat products are also good. However, I would steer away from their grocery products due to the insane markups.

Amazing 'halal' meat service with ery nice people. Meat looks amazingly fresh. It has a kebab counter as well and as you may guess, it tastes very good. I believe store needs more organization and a little more cleaning but the main purpose (Halal meat) leaves a good experience for me.

Disgusting place in Canada! Such a nightmare! How come! Very dirty place with staff who dont care about the safe protocols( mask under chin!!!!!!) What is the point of mask. Do they understand what is mask for? I wonder if they dont get sick there. Many flies were there and seems that place covered by so much dust and dirt. Hate that place and never go there again. I would like to know how some people gave them 5 stars???? I think we should report it to the Ministry of Health and Safety to consider this case seriously. With having this type of places we will have pandemic forever!! Very embarrassing!

I go here for take out and koobideh. I have no idea why "John Scott" says the prices are high -- that's simply not true. I've lived in this neighbourhood for over two years and I've tried a lot of different Persian food joints, and this place is by far the best bang for your buck. Also has the freshest meat IMO... since they are primarily a butcher shop. Obviously they know meat. I've probably eaten here 10-15 times, and I've enjoyed pretty much every meal, except one time when the meat was a little overcooked and dried out. Usually a nice old man is on the grill, but this time it was a young guy, so he didn't have the old gent's deft hand. I have had no problems with language barriers. The staff are very friendly and polite to me.

Terrible customer service!! The person running the shop is an old bag that doesn't know English . When you tell him how small or big you want your meat cut up he gets angry & tells you that your order is too long & that you should come on a weekday when there are less people!! This is there attitude towards respectable customers!! I stare at him in horror as there are some people around ! What an insult I faced!! When you tell him the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT he says ok ok & NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY!! Their meat according to them is organic which is hard to believe as it seems no different than meat at any other non organic place!! It's not the first time I felt uncomfortable here, some weeks before when I started going there I noticed their rude behaviour, the workers were making faces & the owner got irritated when I gave him my order!! I just want to remind the owner that I'm not getting free meat from you & when I'm paying your high price at least I deserve SOME RESPECT!! Stay away from this shop!! Never ever going their again!! The worst butcher shop I've ever been to!! This is the first time in my life that I've experience rude behaviour at a shop & I've lived in two different countries before!

Worst customer service ever. They have the rudest staff. They don’t know how to run a business at all. The other day I called and asked for a couple pounds of kebab mix and the guy told me it’s not worth it to start the machine for that amount. I’m so disappointed and will never go there again
