Great products (when available). Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. On multiple occurrences staff were rude to us, especially Monica. I've seen others complain about the unprofessional/rude staff, but it seems nobody cares. I will spread the word throughout the community as this is unacceptable. Also, I am not expecting a response as the others didn't get one either. You will continue to lose customers due to this garbage.

I have a business close by and come several times a week for the excellent sandwiches. Today I was there and told by some very rude staff that sandwiches are not available today since they are having too many orders for Easter. After I protested staff made me a sandwich but was extremely rude. This is after all a customer oriented business so staff should be properly trained

Today two of their employees did not wear a mask or a vizor. The situation has been constant in this aspect since the beginning of COVID 19. In this store, there is always an employee or two who doesn't wear their mask properly or at all. They are in the food industry! How is this possible? The store is small, the employees work really close to one another. You can't wear a mask? Wear a visor. Respect your colleagues and customers! It's not enough to have good products, these days you must keep your customers and employees safe!

Stumbled upon this place while going for an evening walk a fairly short jaunt from our hotel. This is the best eastern European smokehouse I've ever been to in my life. We sampled 7 or 8 of their delicacies at the owners request and ended up buying their deep fried bacon and their eastern European smoked sausage. 10 stars out of 5.

Amazing flavoured sausages. Very delicious and go well on the BBQ. They have many different varieties and if you go on Friday or Saturday you can get the fresh sausages. Also their bacon is delicious. Will be coming back here. Very friendly staff

Unprofessional customer service.Racist, Rude. Really expensive too. I used to recommend this place to friends years ago. They got spoiled and act like they do a favour serving you. Not going back ever. Try "Balaton" meats in Mississauga, or Mezesmacko on Sheppard.

Like the other review. The store has some wonderful products. And as a niche store for product Hungarian, it's very good. However they have some miserable and rude staff. And we all know that lousy customer service can ruin even the best stores. Someone passed comment that only Hungarian speaking people get better treatment. I hope not. Either way, by the other reviews I've read, bad customer service is creeping up on them. It will cost them in their bottem line eventually. Let's hope better management will prevail!
