We have an unbelievably picky dog when it comes to her meals and the staff at CRUDO North Van have been amazing about helping us find something she will eat. From sample tubes in different flavours to different treats when shopping in store, I could not recommend this location enough. As long as my dog keeps eating it, I will be a loyal customer. Even if she does start refusing to eat CRUDO's product I would still be a major advocate for their store. Plus the online customer service is equally fast and caring!

Good, well priced products! Only complaint is that I showed up at 9.10am on a Saturday (store is supposed to open at 9) and there was no one there till a bit after 9.20.

Best place HANDS DOWN I've found in vancouver price and quality. I get DOUBLE here (44lbs) then i do in most stores for the same price. (About 24lbs) It ends up adding up when you raw feed 110 lb dog. Love this place. I would drive to get here even if I wasn't close

Lots of raw frozen meat choices for dogs and puppies. So many bones and chewies, they even have kangaroo, venision, and duck for dogs with allergies. The dried chews are a bit pricey for me as my 2 dogs chew those to shreds in seconds, but the liver treats are a huge hit.

Our dogs love the dried treats and dog food. Unfortunately customer service is lacking when the owner isn't on site. We just picked up treats, bones and a full case of dog food (which comes unpackaged). The total was $126+. When we asked for four plastic bags to bag the dog food ourselves the man behind the counter snidely commented under his breath, but loud enough for us to hear; "good thing we get free plastic bags". Really? Either charge us the $1.00 or thank us for our business and keep your comments to yourself.

Excellent prices for excellent products. Our vizsla was having all sorts of stomach problems that persisted despite trying many different types of kibble. Finally, another vizsla owner who had a similar experience recommended this place. Extremely reasonable prices for quality raw food. Our pup’s stomach troubles are gone and loves the extra treats from here. The staff here is always so nice and friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Treat heaven for Vikings (and dogs). Really good meat, but also imported candy like at home, condiments like at home and herring like at home and marcipan and really good strong cheese like at home. Jolly has the cure for home-sickness, you will save a lot of plane tickets.
