Nestled among the clothing stores and other retail madness at these outlet stores is this gem. The staff very amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very generous with the samples and let my wife and I take our time deciding which of the hot sauces, BBQ sauces and spice rubs we liked best. We ended up purchasing a Peach Habanero hot sauce, a Mocha BBQ sauce and a spice rub which the employee, when asked, said stands up well when used in the smoker. I had to limit myself otherwise I would have spent way too much in this store! Great store and experience!

I visited here for the 1st time today. The manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met! She was very knowledgeable and personable and above all she gave amazing customer service. Definitely a notch above. I highly recommend checking out this location! I will be back for sure!!

I first found the Pepper Palace in Tn about 16 years ago. A few weeks ago I found it here. My friend and I went in and was instantly greeted. We were dealing with the manager and she was so friendly and knew her sauces. Reminded me of staff and people I met from Gatlinburg Tn. We spent quite a while there and not once did we feel like the staff were annoyed. How could we not buy 6 bottles?!?! Thank-you to the manager and staff!

TLDR: Best selection of hot sauces from mild to maniac, great staff, lots of tastings for free. Do you want Hot sauce? Go here. It's that simple, the Pepper Palace has a Hot Sauce for everyone from very mild to hot sauce that required my friend and I to require assistance making it to the nearest ice cream parlour and needing to spend an hour recovering. That was The End hot sauce by the way, 10/10 would recommend. (I'm never going anywhere near that hot sauce again, it's their hottest and required a waiver to test)

Dropped in while passing by and was pleasantly surprised at the hot sauce selection and samples available. Tried a sauce made with the hottest pepper on record, the Carolina Reaper. All I can say is that it was HOT.

I discovered some of my favourite hot sauces here. Being able to taste all the recommendations is a definite plus so you know what you're bringing home. I made some great purchases even though the bottle I was specifically looking for was out of stock, I got a great alternative. Staff really knew their hot sauces.

This place is a haven for a hot sauce lover like myself, with some of the greatest quality hot sauces out there. The only thing is I wish they carried sauces from other producers instead of only carrying their own. Still, I never leave here without at least six bottles in my bag.

From the different spice levels being visual for all to see, to the tasting station where you can try a couple sauces you are interested in, the store makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The staff here at pepper palace are EXCEPTIONAL! Wide variety of hot sauces, very clean store, and when COVID wasn't there, i was open to trying sauces. Hot sauce can range from ghost peppers to bbq sauces and more. The front of the store contains hot sauces and then goes to the back for like the average person. I like how they have sauces for everyone and not just enthusiasts. I bought the Tres Diablos sauce and it was very great and hot just like i liked it!

An American Tourist Opinion: My wife and I have always dreamed of going into a Hot Sauce shop and getting a chance to try out all the sauces we have never seen or bumped into one. Today was the day we bumped into the place and it was an amazing experience! The staff member that day is an excellent example of an amazing service (His name was Thomas, if managers want to give him a raise.) He never stopped once, always moving and working hard. The sauces are extremely delicious and great and amazing flavors, we ended up buying "Garlic Parm" which is super delicious and tasty, we would enjoy maybe some kind of complimentary drink to wash down the taste testing after. But either way, you know what you would expect coming here. Voodoo sauce was crazy hot, but I don't think it is something I can have everyday. As for the shop itself, it is extraordinary clean and lovely atmosphere.Very welcoming for us compared to American shops and service. We will definitely stop by again someday!

Look, it's fun to go in an checkout the hundred different ways they add spice to condiments. At the end of the day, this is a store that sells their own product, you won't find any of the big names or classics of hot sauces, you just get 12 different interpretations of a pepper palace X-heat level sauce. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily. I haven't tried all the sauces I picked up, but I'm looking forward to some of the combinations. That said, I would have been much more impressed of they had offered some other brands besides their own.

All of their private labels are here plus lots of samplings. Bottles are way overpriced but not if you are looking for the special flavour or unique gift for the hot and spicy lover on your list. Service was positive, passionate and informative on my visit.

Awful, the selection is minimal and nothing from when I first experienced this store. Every item I went there for was sold out and walls were completely bare and unfilled. Unless something changes I will not be making an hour drive here to return.

I went here a couple weeks ago with my friends. We came to get some hot sauces to re-create an episode of the "Hot Ones" as seen on YouTube. We quickly became acquainted with Chris B. and Stephanie, who went above and beyond to educate and assist us on the world of hot sauces. I can honestly say I've rarely recieved this level of customer service from any boutique store, and genuinely enjoyed my time here. I would definitely reccomend! 10/10

Not only is the sauce incredible but the staff as well. The staff recommended a sauce based on other sauces I liked and they were spot on. The amount of knowledge they have about their products is a refreshing change. I will never shop anywhere else for hot sauce or rubs. Worth the trip everytime!

I went here a few weeks ago and the customer service was amazing. They had allowed us to sample all the sauces we wanted to buy as well as allowed us to do the spicy taste testing. After purchase, our bottle had broken while we were shopping and the owner was gracious enough to replace the bottle free of charge even though it was my mistake.

What a place for anyone who loves flavour. We dropped in and tried a number of the hot sauces. Loved the variety and the staff is very helpful. It isn't cheap but it is a specialty store and worth a visit.

These guys are amazing as always! The are extremely passionate about hot sauce and the pepper community. As a hot food lover, this is the only place that I go to get my hot sauce. You can sample almost everything in the store and the employees will help match you with a sauce you can handle. If you are daring enough I recommend "The End" but only for those you accept the challenge.

Was in the falls area and actually stumbled upon this store. My taste buds started to pull me in. Hot sauces and hot sauces wall to wall. I saw the Carolina Reaper bottle and asked if I could taste it. One has to sign a waiver to taste it! A big gimmick, I personally think. People who like hot spicy flavours know what to expect from a Ghost Peppers and Carolina Reaper. If one does not know, then don’t even think about trying it! To me it was all heat and no flavour. However I did pick two bottles - Ghost Pepper Salsa and a Southern Redneck sauce. Both of them are amazing and extremely hot and a full of flavour. Must buy if you are there and like something hot. The staff on duty was amazing and helpful. Every question we asked he knew what the products were and his recommendations.

I have been here a few times and always leave with something. This time I tried the new "the end" hot sauce. It was very hot but I think the old flashbang was hotter. They sell a variety of spices and rubs (not all hot). I suggest everyone stops by, there is something for everyone

This Pepper Palace is quite welcoming. An employee even came up to us and asked if we would like information or suggestions. He was very kind; so was the lady cashier! My friend and I enjoyed our time there. The selection is amazing! Only one thing I kind of find off. The prices are a bit high. Then again, the hot sauces are high quality! I highly recommend!

Even during stressful COVID-19, both Stephanie and Thomas gave exceptional service. I was at this location on the 5th of September both Thomas and Stephanie were courteous and had great knowledge of their products. Stephanie really was exceptional, and helping me find what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone especially is Stephanie is the one helping customers!!! I wish I could give 10 stars!!

Went in here today and the woman there was pretty pushy and wouldn't let us browse. Also if you want the best selection of hot sauces, go find a Chili Chillies (they have a much better selection of hot sauces compared to Pepper Palace).
