Stumbled across this amazing butcher shop by accident 2 years ago and was one of our first go to places now we can cross the border. The customer service is the best we've ever had anywhere. The food is fresh and homemade and prices are amazing for what you get. Looking forward to picking up our steaks tomorrow and BBQ back home. Too bad there Buffalo Bills fans, go Steelers lol????

Our Federal Meats in Niagara Falls is great. They treat me like family whenever I stop in. Almost no other store greets you by your first name every time you visit, but these guys do. And, of course, they know their meat. They have suggestions on how to cook it, answer any questions, and make each customer feel like a king or queen.

Great place! Right as I walked in I was greeted and I got what I wanted in a matter of 2 minutes! I was there for some seafood and the lobster tails were a bit pricey but the king crab was one of best prices I have ever seen. If you are in the area and want some quick meat definitely recommend. I’ll come back for sure????

Despite the meat shortages reported by the media, Federal seems to be able to keep most all of its products in stock. Even masked, the butchers maintain a friendly attitude and remain willing and able to go out of their way to be helpful.

Everyone is always helpful and pleasant and I love how you can have them cut you what you want. They always have what I'm after and it can be wrapped for the freezer, wrapped for that day....whatever you need. I really like that they have side dishes made in the store and pre-made dinners.Everything I need....

Stopped in for the first time last week to get an Easter ham to smoke. Staff was very helpful and made specific recommendations based on my needs. All the meat looked as fresh as it could be. So happy to have found a local butcher who’s informative, friendly, and has amazing product. Definitely only going to Federal from now on
