The best Rib-Eye I have ever had. No, The best steak I have ever had! I often am a little hesitant when it comes to purchasing meat, especially when it comes to attempting to live frugally. But hey, it was a special occasion and I was recommended the Ribeye cut (One of the most expensive cuts) and was blown away. Easy to cook, Even more easy to eat... I am at a loss for words, Just go check this place out and buy some damn meat. You won't be disappointed.

Butcher Peter Corbeil is an amazing individual and he runs his Queens Park Meat Market the old fashioned way. I love the comfort of the small town feel when you walk into the store and how Peter selects and buys full carcass meat before hanging and aging it himself, and then custom cuts it to your specifics and satisfaction then wraps the products in the brown butcher paper and tape. You pay with cash or run an account just like the old days. Peter also makes his own sausages and takes custom orders, make sure you get your fresh Christmas turkey order in soon. You can find this wonderful little shop which has been in the residential neighbourhood since 1924 on the corner of 4th Ave and 2nd St. Thank you Peter for supporting our community.

This is an awesome butcher in New Westminster. I just went for the first time today and they had quite a varied selection. They make most of the stuff they sell, including the corned beef and all their sausages. I tried the paprika sausage just now and it was really good. The guys who work here also know quite a bit and can help you with selecting what cuts to get. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

A classic Staple of New Westminster, Queens Park Meat Market has been open for over 100 years. Those who know about it love it, quality of meats is top notch and locally grown. Not pretentious with certified organic meats but hormone free, grown ethically with out involvement of the large meat producers. Prices are good and meat is always amazing! Just be aware its cash or cheque.. No debit no credit...

Have you tried the meat pies? The fillings are very tasty and healthy, with lots of meat and veg, and the pastry is an excellent texture, and when cooked as directed, is lovely. The aroma out of the oven was mouth watering. Try them!

We're sometimes fortunate enough to find "hole in the wall" places that are really special. Queen's meat is one of the guilty pleasures I allow myself regularly. Their organic New York steaks are absolutely to die for. I've only gotten complements when serving them to friends. The craziest part is their prices are lower than that garbage plastic wrap steak at any of major grocery chains. Keep up the good work boys!

Meat is cut there. Good quality. I found it prohibitively pricey. Wasn't expecting big-store rates but was a little shocked at what I paid for 4 steaks. That said they were cut from the rib in front of me. Has some sausage and delicatessen offerings as well. Has old school butcher shop feel to it.

This is by far and away the best deli in New Westminster, and honestly probably one of the best in all of Vancouver. Florin, the main boss man is crazy knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it takes to get you the meat that you want. Evan is the only other guy that I have dealt with there, and he's hot on the heels of Florin. Always ready with a tip or trick, or just some advice on the best way to prepare the incredible meets they have provided you. I am going to be moving to a different part of the city in the next little bit, and I will still be making the pilgrimage to go to this incredible butcher!

I bought two 2-inch dry aged Porterhouse steak a month or so ago from here. Florin is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, offering lots of advice on cooking and storing food, as well as just sharing some stories from his days of working as a chef in Michelin Star restaurants. The porterhouse’s fillet was amazingly tender as expected, and the other side is literally the best striploin me and my friends have ever had in our lives! Will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to other meat lovers!

Friendly and helpful staff. They make their own sausage, cured meat, and source great bacon. Everything there is top notch. Sausage can be a little salty, but it’s down to a matter of preference. Best butcher experience I’ve had.

The steaks are awesome - try the hanger steak for something new. The bacon/beef burgers are amazing and they have some other tasty varieties as well.

Great small Deli in the New Westminster. Uses paper to wrap the products which removes unwanted plastic that would normally be found in supermarkets. Prices were great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Every cut of meat I have received has been amazing quality and has made my cooking experience a pleasure. Honestly haven't had a better steak from a butcher outside of Lepp's in Abbotsford which is legendary. These guys must have an amazing source. Couple that with their obvs talent for giving you a proper and excellent cut...I feel a little crazy for hyping this place like this but I just finished an ny strip they had in the case. It was really really marbled but not in that weird greasy way. The flavor came all the way through w just salt and pepper and a hot grill. I was also coaxed into some of their house made sausages by some guys in line. Also excellent. These guys have really fleshed out their case since opening and are becoming an out and our full service butcher w all cuts of all meats. Really happy they're in my neighborhood

Found this place due to the high ratings and it did not disappoint. The butchers were very helpful in choosing meat and describing their products. We got the pate, duck, lamb and italian sausage and treated ourselves to a tomahawk steak. Everything was incredible. Probably the best sausage I have had in awhile. Definitely check this place out;i will be back for sure!
