A big thank you to the staff (and patrons!) of H&S Meats. I went into the store on Sunday looking for a brisket for me to smoke this week. Not only was the staff knowledgeable in making sure I got the right size, but also spent the time to enquire about how I was going to smoke the brisket and offered up Craft Paper to make sure I was able to wrap it off. I would recommend to anybody to shop here. Thanks!!

When the owners of Dean's sold, I was concerned the city market would lose its only dedicated butcher. But it's clear that the new owner is dedicated to maintaining this legacy - while taking it up a notch. Excellent cuts all around, and a wonderful selection of cheeses. When I asked about a cheese they don't carry, the staff stopped what they were doing and ordered some on the spot. Simply amazing.

Stopped in this morning after being recommended by a friend and I must say, my fiance and I were not disappointed. The service was fantastic and the quality of the meat is amazing. Will definitely be heading back there when our freezer is empty again.

Hi, my husband just had that huge T-bone steak that I bought at noon today, he told me that it was the best steak he has had in years!!! Even out did steak houses!! Thanks again for the gift certificates and I will be in again!!!
